Azaan Ki Ibtida:
Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab Madina tashreef laye to sawal paida hua k namaz k aukaat ka elaan kese kiya jaye? kuch loogo ne ye tajweez di k namaz k waqt buland makaam par aag roshan ki jaye ya nakoos bajaya jaye!
Hazrat Ibne Anas Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya: "Baaz Sahaba ne kaha aag jalana ya nakoos bajana yahood wa nasara ki mushabihat hai, phir Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ko huqm diya gaya k Azaan k kalmaat 2,2 baar aur takbeer (Iqamat) k kalmaat 1,1 baar kahe siwaye "QADQA MATIS SALAH" ke". (Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees No. 603, Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees No. 378)

Azaan k Jaft kalmaat aur Takbeer k taaq kalmaat:
Hazrat Abdullah Bin Zaid Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne nakoos tayyar karne ka huqm diya takey loogo ko Namaz k liye jama kiya ja sake mai soya hua tha k mene Khawab mai ek Aadmi ko dekha jo nakoos uthay hue tha mene kaha Ae Allah k bande! kaya tu nakoos bajayega usne pucha k tum uska kya karoge, mene kaha hum Namaz k liye loogo ko jama karege, usne kaha mai tujhe aesi baat na sikhao jo us se behtar ho, mene kaha kyu nahi? usne kaha yu kaho: "ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH, ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH, HAIYYA ALAS SALAH HAIYYA ALAS SALAH, HAIYYA ALAL FALAH HAIYYA ALAL FALAH, ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, LA ILAHA ILLALLAH". Tarjuma: "Allah sab se bada hai Allah sab se bada hai Allah sab se bada hai Allah sab se bada hai, Mai gawahi deta hu k Allah k siwa koi (saccha) mabood nahi Mai gawahi deta hu k Allah k siwa koi (saccha) mabood nahi, Mai gawahi deta hu k Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) Allah k Rasool hai Mai gawahi deta hu k Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) Allah k Rasool hai, Namaz ki taraf aao Namaz ki taraf aao, Nijaat ki taraf aao Nijaat ki taraf aao, Allah sab se bada hai Allah sab se bada hai, Allah k siwa koi mabood nahi" Phie jab takbeer kaho to yu kaho: "ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH, ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH, HAIYYA ALAS SALAH, HAIYYA ALAL FALAH, QADQA MATIS SALAH QADQA MATIS SALAH, ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, LA ILAHA ILLALLAH".
Mai subah ko Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k paas aya aur apna khawab sunaya, Aap ne farmaya: "Tum Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu k sath khade ho aur usko batlao jo tumne dekha wo buland awaaz wala hai" jab Bilal RA ne Azaan di to Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu jaldi se Masjid aye aur arz ki Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! us zaat ki kasam jis ne aap ko haq k sath bheja hai maine bhi khawab mai uski manind dekaha hai, Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Allah ki tareef ki. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees No. 499, Ibne Maja Kitabul Azaan Hadees No. 706, Ise Imam Ibne Habaan Hadees No. 287, Imam Tirmizi aur Imam Noowi ne sahi kaha)

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k zamane mai Azaan k kalmaat 2,2 martaba aur taqbeer k kalmaat 1,1 baat they siwaye iske k Muazzin "QADQA MATIS SALAH" do baar kehta tha. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees No. 510, 511, Nasai 668, Darmi 280/1, Hakim 198/1, 198, Imam Zehbi aur Imam Noowi ne ise sahi kaha)

Dohri Azaan Aur Dohri Iqamat:
Azaan mai shahadat k charo kalmaat pehle dhimi awaaz se kehna aur phir dobara bulanad awaaz se kehna Tarjih kehlata hai, Abu Mahzura Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne bazaat khud mujhe Azaan sikhai, Aap ne unhi Azaan k 19 aur iqamat k 17 kalmaat sikhaye, pas Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya (Azaan is tarha) Kaho: "ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH, ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH,
Phir dobara kaho "ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH, ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH, HAIYYA ALAS SALAH HAIYYA ALAS SALAH, HAIYYA ALAL FALAH HAIYYA ALAL FALAH, ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, LA ILAHA ILLALLAH".
Aur Iqamat yu kaho: "ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH, ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH ASH'HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAR RASULULLAH, HAIYYA ALAS SALAH HAIYYA ALAS SALAH, HAIYYA ALAL FALAH HAIYYA ALAL FALAH, QADQA MATIS SALAH QADQA MATIS SALAH, ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR, LA ILAHA ILLALLAH". (Muslim Kitabus Salat Hadees No. 379, Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees No. 502)

Muslim ki Raiwayat mai shuru mai ALLAHU AKBAR do dafa hai jabke Abu Dawood ki riwayat mai ALLAHU AKBAR chaar dafa hai yani dohri azaan aur dohri iqamat sikhai magar afsoos k baaz loog mehaz apne Fiqhi maslak ki perwi mai intihai be insafi se kaam lete hue ek hi Hadees mai bayan shuda dohri iqamat par hamesha amal karte hai magar dohri azaan hamesha chood dete hai (kabhi nahi kehte) halanke Azaan wa iqamat ko dohra, ya ikhara kehna dono tarha sunnat se sabit hai. is se maloom hua k jab tak musalman kisi makhsoos Fiqah k Taqleedi bandhano se rihai nahi pata wo itaat e Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka haq ada nahi kar sakta lihaza behtar ye hai k kisi masle mai mukhtalif Aimma k Dalail ka muwazana karke koi raye kayam ki jaye, mana k ek Talib e Ilm k liye aesa karna mushkil hai magar Ulma e Kiraam Muqallid ban kar tasweer ka sirf ek rukh loogo ko kyu dikhate hai? Zara Sochiye!

Fajar Ki Azaan Mai Izafa:
Abu Mahzura Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne unko azaan ki taleem di aru farmaya: "Fajar ki Azaan mai "HAIYYA ALAL FALAH" k baad do baar ye kalmaat zayada kahe: "ASSALATU KHAIRUM MINAN NAOU" Namaz Nind se behtar hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees No. 501, Nasai Hadees No. 633, Ise Imam Ibne Khuzaima, Imam Habaan aur Imam Noowi ne sahi kaha)

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k subah ki Azaan mai "HAIYYA ALAL FALAH" k baad "ASSALATU KHAIRUM MINAN NOUM" do dafa kehna sunnat hai. (Behiqi 423/1 Ise Imam Ibne Hajar ne hasan kaha)

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ne Barish k din apne Muazzin se kaha k "HAIYYA ALAS SALAH" ki bajaye "AS SALATU FIRRIJAAL" ya "SALLU FI BUYUTIKUM" "Apne gharo mai namaz ada karo" kaho aur farmaya: Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne aese hi kiya, Juma agar che farz hai magar mujhe pasand nahi k tum kichad aur mitti mai (Masjid) chalo. (Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees No. 668, Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees No. 699)

Is se maloom hua k Azaan k kalmaat mai "ASSALATU KHAIRUM MINAN NAUM" kehna ya "ASSALATU FIRRIJAAL" kehna Azaan mai izafa nahi hai balke ehad nabuwat ki Sunnat hai lihaza ise Azaan k andar manpasand izafo ki daleel banana durust nahi hai.

Mujahid ne Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat kiya hai k mene Umar Bin Khattab Razi Allahu Anhu se daryafat kiya k kis wajah se aap ka laqab Farooq pada?

To unhone kaha: Mujhse 3 din pehle Hazrat Hamza Razi Allahu Anhu musalman hue phir Harzat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne unke islam lane ka waqiya bayan kar k akhir mein kaha k phir jab mein musalman hua to mene kaha! Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! Kya hum haq par nahi hai khawah zinda rahe khawah mare?

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: Kyu nahi! us zaat ki kasam jis k hath mein meri jaan hai tum loog haq par ho khawah zinda raho khawah maut se do chaar raho.

Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k tab mene kaha k phir chupna kesa?

Us zaat ki kasam jis ne Aap ko haq k sath mab'oos farmaya hai hum zaroor bahar niklenge. chunanche hum 2 safoh mein Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko hamrah le kar bahar aye ek saff mein Hazrat Hamza Razi Allahu Anhu they aur ek me Mein (Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu) tha hamare chalne se chakki k aatay ki tarha halka halka gubbar udh raha tha, yaha tak k hum Masjid E Haraam mein dakhil ho gaye.

Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ka bayan hai k kuraish ne mujhe aur Hazrat Hamza Razi Allahu Anhu ko dekha to unke dilo par aesi chout lagi k ab tak na lagi thi isi din Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mera laqab "Farooq" rakh diya. Ye ek sawaal hai k kya hum ahle qayaas hai?
Muqallideen Hazraat ka aetraaz hai k hum ahle hadees nahi hum ahle qayaas hai kyunki hum kai masle mai ijtihaad karte hai isi liye hum ahle qayaas hai kya ye kehna sahi hai?
Zara dekhte hai
Mai Muqallideen Hazraat ko bata dena chahta hu k hum qayaas, ijtihaad aur ijma k munkir nahi hai
Hum jis masle mai ijtihaad karte hai to hum sabse pehle ye dekhte hai k kya Quran O hadees mai iska koi zikr aya hai jis se k hum is masle mai ijtihaad kar sake

1. Kya hum namaz ki haalat mai mobile ko band kar sakte hai?

2. Kya bhains ko gosht halal hai?

"Ek bhains gair muqallid ko muqallid bana deti hai"
ab yaha par sawal ye paida hota hai k agar hum bhains ka gosht khaye to kya hum muqallid ban jayenge?

Quran o Hadees mai aya hai k gaaye (cow) ka gosht halal hai humne yaha ijtihaad kiya kyunki Arab mai us waqt bhains nahi thi sirf Gaaye (cow) thi lekin Ajam mai bhains thi waha gaaye (cow) kam thi jesa k girgit ki jins (nasal) chipkali hai usi tarha gaaye (cow) ki jins bhains hai bas rang (color) ka fark hai aksar a'emma hazraat ne bhi yahi kaha hai aur wese bhi India mai gaaye (cow) par pabandi (ban) hai aur yaha bhains jayada hai isi liye hum uski nasal bhains ko halal kehte hai aur khate hai aur qurbani bhi dete hai

Ab hame ye dekhna hai k kya Kayaas aur ijtihaad hadees se sabit hai?
Ji han sabit hai zara dekhte hai Hadees is tarha hai

Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: agar hakim faisla karne mai ijtihaad karta hai phir uska faisal sahi ho jaye to use 2 ajr hai aur faise mai ijtihaad karta hai to phir galti karta hai to use 1 ajr hai (Bukhari Hadees No. 7352, Muslim Hadees No. 3240)

Is hadees ko aap samne rakhey aapke sare shubhaat door ho jayenge aru is hadees se ye bhi pata chala k agar hum kisi masle mai ijtihaad kare to hum Ahle Qayaas nahi ho jayenge hum Ahle Hadees hi rahenge
Imam Abu Hanifa Ra, Imam Malik Ra, Imam Shafai Ra, Imam Ahmed Ibne Hambal Ra ne kai maslo mai ijtihaad kiya unka jo ijtihaad sahi hua to unhe 2 ajr milenge aur agar galti hui to unhe 1 ajr milega
Imamo se galti bhi hui hai kyunki wo masoom Anil Khata nahi they lekin hamare muqallideen bhai hadees hone k bawajood us ijtihaad par amal karte hai jisme khata hui hai aur kehte hai hamare imam ne kara hai hum bhi karenge kya hamare imam galat they?
Mai aapko bata dena chahta hu k imam sahab ne tahqeeq ki qayaas kya aur khata bhi hui tab bhi unko 1 neki milegi kyunki unhone mehnat ki hai lekin aap unki khata par amal karenge to to aap ko neki nahi gunah milega
Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal Ra ne kaha tha mere nazdeek zaeef hadees jayada mehboob hai raaye k mutabiq imam sahab nahi chahte they k mai zaeef hadees hone k bawajood bhi apni koi raaye du imam sahab ne zaeef hadees par hi amal kar liya sahih aur Hasan ki adam maujoodgi mein...
iqdul jayyed mai kaha k jab tumhe sahi hadees mil jaye to us par amal kar lena aur meri baat ko chhod dena
Abhi qayamat tak ki zindagi mai kai aise masle hamare samne ayenge jinka hal quran o hadees mai sarahatan nahi hai un maslo mai hame ijtihaad karna padega masalan hum chand (moon) par hai to hame kaha rukh karke namaz padhni hai, jaha 6 mahine sooraj nahi nikalta waha namzo ka waqt kya ho etc.
Jesa k ye sabit hua k ijtihaad karna hadees se bhi sabit hai aur ye qauli sunnat bhi hai phir bhi hame Ahle Qayaas kehna ye kaha ki samajhdari hai


Is se ye sabit hua k agar hum kisi masle mai qayaas bhi kare to bhi hum Ahle Hadees hi hai.

Quran Surah Al-Hijr Chapter 15 Verse 9
"Be-shak yeh (kitab) nasihat hum hi ne utari hai aur hum hi iske nighebaan hai"

Allah ne toh khud hi elaan kar diya ke woh khud quran ki hifazat karenge. Toh kya yeh maan liya jaye ke jo log yeh baatein faila rahen hain ke unhe Allah ke kiye wade par bharosa nahi ya shak hai?

Hazrat Umar RA ke baad jab quran murrattab kiya jaraha tha Hazrat Usman RA ke dawr mein, Toh Hazrat Usman RA ne hukm diya tha ek sahih (original) copy quran ka har ek musalmaan sube (province) mein bheja jaye aur saath hi saath yeh bhi hukm diya ke jo bhi quran ki copy pahle se mawjood hai use jala diya jaye taake musalmaano mein kisi tarah ki uljhan (confusion) na rahe.

Sochiye quran ko jalaya gaya taake quran har tarah ki gadbadi se mahfooz rahe woh bhi Khalifa Hazrat Usman RA ke dawr mein.

Toh yeh saabit huwa ke qurani sms ya email ko delete karna qayamat ki nishani nahi hai..

Balke yeh ek bohat khushi ki baat hai ke aaj hum phone aur computer ke button ke ek click se quran aur hadis ko padh sakte hain. Sms aur email ke jariye hum sab kitni acchi aur ilmi baatein share kar sakte hain. Toh kyun na karen.
