GHAR K ANDAR AURATO KO MOOTEY KAPDE SE APNA SAR, SEENA AUR KAMAR DHAANK KAR RAKHNI CHAHIYE

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai Allah ta'ala reham farmaye un aurato par jinhone sab se pehle hijrat ki, jab quran ki ye aayat nazil hui ("WAL YAZRIBNA BI KHUMURI HINNA ALA JUYUBI HINNA" Tarjuma: "Aurato ko chahiye k wo apne daaman par apni chadarey lapait kar rakkhey". (Surah Noor Surah no. 24 Ayat no. 31) to unhone mootey kapdo k pardey phaad kar oudhniya banayi aur hukm par amal kiya. (Abu Dawood Kitabul Libaas 2: 3457)

Wazahat: Yaad rahe hamare han rayij bareek kapde ka dupatta sharayi taqazo ko poora nahi karta.

HAZRAT AYESHA RAZI ALLAHU ANHA NE APNI BHAANJI K SAR PAR BAREEK DUPATTA DEKHA TO USE UTAAR KAR PHAAD DIYA AUR USE MOOTE KAPDE KA DUPATTA BANA KAR DIYA

Hazrat Murjana Razi Allahu Anha kehti hai k hafsa binte Abdur Rahman Razi Allahu Anha (bin Abu Bakr Razi Allahu Anhu) Ummul Momineen Hazrat E Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ki khidmat mein hazir hui us waqt Hazrat Hafsa Razi Allahu Anha ek bareek audhni liye hue thi, Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne use phaad diya aur uski jagah ek mooti chadar udha di. Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Aurat (poori ki poori) satar hai jab wo nikalti hai to shaitaan use accha (haseen wa jameel) karke dikhata hai". (Sahih Sunan Tirmizi Hadees no. 936)

AURAT KO NAMAZ K LIYE TEEN KAPDE PEHAN'NE CHAHIYE, QAMEES, IZAAR AUR AUDHNI
NAMAZ MEIN AURAT K PAAO BHI LAMBI QAMEEZ YA IZAAR SE DHAKEY HONE CHAHIYE

Hazrat Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha ne Rasool E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se daryaft farmaya: "Aurat izaar k bagair kurte aur audhni mein namaz padh sakti hai? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "Agar kurta lamba ho jis se aurat k kadmo ki pusht dhaank jaye to jayez hai". (Mustadrak E Hakim, 1: 256)

Hazrat Ummey Haraam Razi Allahu Anha ne Nabi E Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki zooja e Mohtarma Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha se daryaft farmaya: "Aurat ko kitne kapdo mein namaz padhni chahiye?" Hazrat Ummey Haraam Razi Allahu Anha ne jawab diya "Audhni aur lambe kurte mein ba'shart k kurta pao ki pusht dhaanp le". (Muatta Imam Malik Kitabus Salaat Abwabus Salaatul Juma'ah)

NAMAZ K LIYE AURAT KA APNE SAR KO MOOTE KAPDE SE DHAANPNA WAJIB HAI

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Nabi E Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Baalig aurat ki namaz chadar k bagair nahi hoti". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat 1: 596)

Wazahat: Yaad rahe umrah wa hajj k liye bhi aurat ka libaas wahi hai jo namaz k liye hai

AURAT K PAO BHI SATAR MEIN SHAMIL HAI

Hazrat Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anhu Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki zooja e Mutah'hara ne izaar ki guftagu k doraan Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se daryaft farmaya: "Ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! Aurat apna izaar kaha tak latkaye? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: (Pindli se) ek balisht niche karle, Hazrat Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha ne arz kiya is tarah to uska satar khul jayega (yani kapda pao ko nahi dhaanpega (chupayega) Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "To phir ek haath tak niche karle lekin us se zayada na kare". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Libaas 2: 3467)

GHAR MEIN AURAT KA IZAAR BALISHT BHAR AUR GHAR SE BAHAR HATH BHAR PINDLI SE NICHEY HONA CHAHIYE JIS SE USKE PAO KI PUSHT DHAKI RAHE

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Nabi E Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne khawateen k izaar k baare mein irshad farmaya: "Ek balisht bhar (pindli se) niche hona chahiye" Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne arz ki "Jab auratey bazaar jaye to phir kitna lamba hona chahiye?" Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "Haath bhar". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Libaas 2: 2884)

MARD K LIBAAS MEIN KAMEES AUR PAGDI (YA TOPI), TEHBAND (YA SHALWAAR) AUR JOOTEY SHAMIL HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek aadmi ne arz ki "Ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! mohrim kaun se kapde pehney?" Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "Qamees, Pagdiya, Paijaamey, Topiya pehno aur moozey na pehno" han, agar kisi k paas jootey na ho to wo moozo ko takhno k nichey se kaat kar pehan le. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Libaas)

DOORAN E NAMAZ KANDHO KA DHAANPNA ZARURI HAI

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Tum mein se koi shaks ek kapde mein is tarah namaz na padhey k uske dono kandho k darmiyaan koi cheez na ho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat)

AGAR KISI WAQT PAGDI YA TOPI MAYASSAR NA HO TO USKE BAGAIR ADA KI GAYI NAMAZ DURUST HAI

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek aadmi ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se ek kapde mein namaz ada karne k baare mein sawal kiya to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Kya tum mein se har shaks ko 2 kapde mayassar hai?". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat)

UMRAH YA HAJJ K LIYE MARD KA LIBAAS 2 ANSILI CHADARO AUR JOOTO PAR MUSHTAMIL HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Kareem Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Tumhe tehband, chadar aur jooto mein ehraam baandhna chahiye agar jootey na ho to moozey pehan lo lekin unhe takhno se nichey tak kaat lo". (Musnad Ahmad, Muntaqul Akhbar Kitabul Hajj)

QURBANI K MASA'IL




Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

EID UL AZHA KI NAMAZ PADHNE AUR KHUTBA SUN'NE K BAAD ISTATA'AT RAKHNE WALE PAR QURBANI SUNNAT E MOKKADA HAI

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Jo aadmi qurbani karne ki istata'at rakhta ho phir bhi qurbani na kare wo hamari masjid mein na aye". (At Targeebut Tahzeeb Hadees no. 1079)

JISE QURBANI DENA HO WO ZILL HIJJAH KA CHAND DEKHNE K BAAD QURBANI KARNE TAK NAKHOON AUR BAAL WAGAIRAH NA KAATE

Hazrat Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha kehti hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Jab ko aadmi zill hijjah ki dasvi (eid ul azha) ko qurbani dene ka irada rakhta ho to wo apne jism k kisi bhi hissey k baad na kaate aur na hi nakhoon kaate". (Sahih Sunan Ibne Maja Hadees no. 2548)

GAAYE (COW) KI QURBANI MEIN 7 AUR OUNTH (CAMEL) KI QURBANI MEIN 10 IFRAAD SHAREEK HO SAKTE HAI

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath ek safar mein they k eid ul azha ka din aa gaya to hum mein se gaaye ki qurbani mein 7,7 aur ounth ki qurbani mein 10,10 ifraad shareek hue. (Sahih Sunan Tirmizi Hadees no. 1501)

KHASSI JANWAR KI QURBANI JAYEZ HAI
MAYYAT KI TARAF SE QURBANI KI JAYE TO MAYYAT KO SAWAB PAHUNCH JATA HAI

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha aur Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab qurbani ka irada farmate to 2 maindhey mootey taazey, seengh wale, chitkabrey aur khassi, un mein se ek apni ummat k har us aadmi ki taraf se karte jo Allah ki toheed aur Rasool ki risalat ki gawahi deta hua aur doosra Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur Aal e Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki taraf se zibah farmate. (Sahih Sunan Ibne Maja Hadees no. 2531)

DO DAANT WALA JANWAR ZIBAH KARNA LAZIM HAI, AGAR DO DAANT WALA JANWAR MILEY HI NA TO PHIR DO DAANTO SE KAM UMAR WALI BHAID YA DUMBA ZIBAH KARNE KI RUKHSAT HAI

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Do daant wale janwar k alawa kisi aur janwar ki qurbani na karo albatta agar mushkil paish aye to phir do daant se kam umar ki bhaid (Dumba) zibah karlo". (Sahih Mulim Kitabul Azha)

Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai humne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath do daanto se kam umar wale dumba ki qurbani di. (Sahih Sunan Nasayi Hadees no. 4080)

Wazahat: Do daant se kam umar wala dumba ya bhaid wo hai jiski umar ek saal se kam ho (wallahu Aalam bis sawaab), Qurabani k liye do daant wala janwar hona zaruri hai

EID UL AZHA K MAUQEY PAR CHAAR DIN TAK QURBANI KARNA JAYEZ HAI, EID KA DIN AUR AYYAM E TASHREEQ (11, 12 AUR 13 ZILL HIJJAH) K TEEN DIN

Hazrat Jubair bin Mut'am Razi Allah Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya (eid k baad) tamaam ayyaam e tashreeq (janwar) zibah karne k din hai. (Musnad Ahmad, Nailul Autaar 5:215)

EID UL AZHA KI NAMAZ SE QABL AGAR KISI NE JANWAR ZIBAH KAR DIYA TO WO QURBANI SHUMAR NAHI HOGI

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne eid ul azha k rooz farmaya: "Jisne namaz se qabl janwar zibah kar diya, use dobara qurbani deni chahiye". (Al loo loo wal Marjaab Hadees no. 1282)

APNE HAATH SE QURBANI KARNA MUSTAHAB HAI, LEKIN KISI DOOSRE SE KARANA BHI JAYEZ HAI

Hazrat Jaabir Razi Allahu Anhu se hajjatul wida ki hadees mein riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam qurban-gaah tashreef laye aur taresath (63) ounth apne wast e mubarak se zibah kiye, baaki ounth (37) Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu ko diye jinhe Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu ne zibah kiya, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu ko bhi apni qurbani mein shareek kiya phir Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne har ounth ka tukda lene ka hukm diya jise handiya mein daal kar pakaya gaya, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu dono ne us mein se goosht khaya aur shorba piya. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Hajj baab Hajjatun Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam)

GHAR K SARPARAST KI TARAF SE DI GAYI QURBANI SAARE GHAR WALO KI TARAF SE KAAFI HAI

Hazrat Ata bin Yasaar Rahimahullah kehte hai mene Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu se darwaft kiya k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k zamane mein tum loog qurbani kis tarah karte they, to unhone kaha k ahad e risalat mein har aadmi apni taraf se aur apne ghar walo ki taraf se ek hi qurbani diya karta tha. (Sahih Sunan Ibne Maja Hadees no. 2546)

QURBANI KA JANWAR ZIBAH KARNE SE PEHLE "BISMILLAHI WALLAHU AKBAR" KEHNA MASNOON HAI

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne do safaid rang k aur seengho wale maindhey zibah kiye mene dekha k Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam apna pao uski gardan par rakkhey hue they aur "BISMILLAHI, ALLAHU AKBAR" padh kar apne haath se zibah farma rahe they. (Mishkaat ul Masabeeh Hadees no. 1453)

KISI DOOSRE AADMI KI TARAF SE QURBANI K WAQT US AADMI KA NAAM LENA SUNNAT HAI

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai (k qurbani k waqt) Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne maindhey ko pakda, use litaya phir use zibah kiya aur farmaya: "Allah k naam se, ya Allah! Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam, Aal e Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur ummat e Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki taraf se qubool farmaya". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Azha)

QURBANI K JANWAR KO JALDI JALDI AUR ACCHE TAREEQEY SE ZIBAH KARNA CHAHIYE

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hukm diya k "(Jab qurbani karo to) churiya khoob taiz karo, janwar se chipa kar rakkho aur jab zibah karne lago to jaldi zibah karo". (At Targeeb ut Tahzeeb Hadees no. 1083)

OUNTH KI BAAYI TAANG BAANDH KAR KHADE KHADE ZIBAH KARNA CHAHIYE

Hazrat Jaabir Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ounth ko is halat mein zibah karte k uska baya paao bandha hota aur wo baaqi teen pao par khada hota. (Abu Dawood Kitabul Manakib 1: 1767)

QURBANI K LIYE ZIBAH SHUDA JANWAR K PAIT SE NIKALNE WALA MURDA BACCHA ZIBAH KIYE BAGAIR KHANA JAYEZ HAI
JO SHAKS MURDA BACCHA KHANA PASAND NA KARE WO NA KHAYE TO KOI HARJ NAHI

Hazrat Abu Saeed Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k humne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se arz kiya "Ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! hum (baad aukaat) apni ounthni ya bakri zibah karte hai to uske pait mein (murda) baccha paate hai, use phaink de ya kha le?, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya "Agar chaho to khalo kyunki uski maa ko zibah karna usko zibah karna hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Zahaya)

Wazahat: Agar jaanwar zibah karne k baad pait se zinda baccha nikle to use zibah karna zaruri hai

QURBANI KA GOOSHT HASB E ZARURAT KHANA, SADQA KARNA AUR ZAKHEERA JAYEZ HAI

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha kehti hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "mene tumhe (madeena) mein (baaz) mohtaaj loogo k aane ki wajah se (qurbani ka goosht zakheerah karne se) rooka tha lihaza ab khao, zakheerah karo aur sadqa karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Azha)

Wazahat: Qurbani ka goosht zarurat k mutabiq agar koi sara istemaal karna chahey to kar sakta hai lekin us se kuch sadqa karna mustahab hai, goosht k do ya teen masaavi hissey kar k ek khud khana ek rishtedaar ko taqseem karna aur teesra sadqa karna zaruri nahi. wallahu alam bis sawaab

QURBANI K JANWAR SE KOI CHEEZ QASAAB KO BATAUR UJRAT DENA MANA HAI

Hazat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mujhe qurbani k ounth par (nigraani k liye) khada hone aur zibah karne k badle mein (qasaab ko) us se kuch na dena ka hukm diya. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Hajj)

KANA, BEEMAR, LANGDA AUR BOODHA JANWAR QURBANI K LIYE ZIBAH KARNA MANA HAI

Hazrat Bara bin Aajib Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya chaar qism k janwaro ki qurbani jayez nahi, kana janwar jis ka kanaparn bilkul wazey ho, beemar janwar jis ki beemari wazey ho aur langda janwar jiska langda-pan wazey ho aur boodha (ya dubla patla) janwar jiski haddiyo mein gooda na ho. Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "10 baate fitrat mai se hai"
1. Muchey katarna
2. Dadhi Badhana
3. Miswaak Karna
4. Naak mai paani daalna
5. Nakhoon kaatna
6. Ungliyo ki pusht saaf karna
7. Bagal k baal saaf karna
8. Zair E Naaf baal moondhna
9. Paani se istanja karna (Hadees k raavi) Hazrat Mus'ab Razi Allahu Anhu kethe hai dasvi baat mai bhool gaya mumkin hai wo
10. Kulli Karna ho. (Tirmizi Jild 2 hadees no. 2214)

DHADHI BADHANA AUR MOOCHEY KATARNA WAJIB HAI
MOOCHEY KATARWANA YA MOONDHNA DONO DURUST HAI

Hazrat Abdullah ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne moochey katarwane ya moondhane aur daadhi choodne ka hukm diya hai. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 3537)

DAADHI MOODNA AUR MOOCHEY BADHANA MUSHRIKEEN AUR MAJOOS KA TAREEKA HAI, MUSALMANO KO UNKI MUSHABIHAT IKHTIYAAR NA KARNE KA HUKM HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saamne majoos (aatish parast) ka zikr kiya gaya to Aap  Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshaad farmaya: "Ye loog moochey badhate hai aur daadhiya mudaatey (kaat'te) hai, inki mukhalifat kiya karo", Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu apni moochey is tarah kaat'te jis tarah bakri ya ounth (camel) ki awan (acchi tarah) kaati jati hai. (Ibne Hibban kitabuz zeenat wal tateeb hadees no. 5476)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "Mushrikeen ki mukhalifat karo, daadhi badhao aur moochey katarwao". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Libaas)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "Moochey kartarwao aur daadhi badhao aur majoosiyo ki mukhalifat karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Taharah)

DAADHI KARTARNA AUR MOOCHEY BADHANA YAHOOD WA NASARA KA TAREEQA HAI LIHAZA MUSALMANO KO UNKI MUSHABIHAT IKHTIYAAR KARNE SE AAP SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WA SALLAM NE MANA FARMAYA HAI

Hazrat Abu Umama Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai humne arz ki "Ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! ahle kitab (yaani yahood wa nasara) apni daadhiya chooti karte hai aur moochey badhate hai" Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "Tum apni moochey katarwao aur daadhi badhao aur ahle kitab ki mukhalifat karo". (Musnad Ahmad 36: 613 tehqeeq shuyaib arnaoot Hadees no. 22283)

Hazrat Zaid bin Habeeb Razi Allah Anhu (kasra k naam dawat naama irsaal karne k waqiya mein bayan karte hai k khusro parvaiz k numaindey Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko giraftaar karne k liye madeena munawwara gaye) jab wo dono Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein hazir hue to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne un dono ki taraf dekhna pasand na farmaya kyunki dono ne apni daadhiya mundhaa rakkhi thi, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: "Tum dono k liye wail hai kisne tumhe daadhi moondhane aur moochey badhane ka hukm diya hai? dono ne jawab mein kaha hame hamare rabb yaani kasra ne hukm de rakkha hai Rasool E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya: mere rabb ne mujhe apni daadhi badhane aur moochey katraane ka hukm diya hai". (Al bidaya wan nihaya safa no. 663)

Wazahat: Wail jahannam ki ek waadi ka naam hai aur uska mana "halakat aur barbaadi" hai, dono aetabaar se anjaam ek hi hai "Jahannam"

MOOCHEY BADHAANE WALA HUM MEIN SE NAHI

DAADHI KO BALL DE KAR CHOTA ZAHIR KARNA BHI MANA HAI

Hazrat Ruwaif bin Saabit Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Ae Ruwaif! mumkin hai mere baad teri zindagi lambi ho lihaza logo ko bata dena jisne apni daadhi ko girhey (gaanth lagayi, ya mooda) di (taakey chooti nazar aye) ya ghoode k gale mein dhaga baandha (takey nazar na lage) ya kisi jaanwar ki leed ya haddi se istanja kiya, us se Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam baizaar hai". (Sunan Nasayi Kitabuz Zeenat Hadees no. 3: 4692)

JUMA K DIN MOOCHEY KATARNA MUSTAHAB HAI

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

EID K DIN GUSAL KARNA, KHUSHBU LAGANA AUR MISWAAK KARNA MUSTAHAB HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Beshak Allah ta'ala ne us rooz (juma) ko musalmano k liye eid ka din banaya hai lihaza jo shaks juma k liye aye use chahiye k gusal kare agar shushbu mayassar ho to wo lagaye aur miswaak bhi kare". (Ibne Maja Abwab Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1: 901)

EID K DIN ACCHE KAPDE PEHANNA MUSTAHAB HAI

Hazrat Ummey Ateeya Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hukm diya k "Dono eido k din hum haiz wali aur parda nasheen (yaani tamaam) aurato ko eid-gaah mein laye takey wo musalmano k saath namaz aur dua mein shirkat kare albatta haiz wali auratey namaz na padhey". NAMAZ E EID K LIYE PAIDAL JANA AUR WAPAS AANA SUNNAT HAI

EID UL AZHA K MOUKEY PAR TASHREEQ K TAMAAM DINO MEIN KASRAT SE TAKBEEREY KEHNI CHAHIYE

Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu tashreek k tamaam dino mein namazo k baad apne bistar par, apne khaimey mein, apni majlis mein aur jalte phirte takbeerey kaha karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain)

MASONOON TAKBEER K ALFAAZ DARJ ZAIL HAI

Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Razi Allahu Anhu ayyam e tashreeq (11,12,13 zill hijjah) mein ye takbeer padha karte they "ALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU WALLAHU AKBAR ALLAHU AKBAR WA LILLAHIL HAMD". (Musannaf ibne Abi Shaiba, Gulayl Hadees no. 3: 125)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Basr Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k wo khud eid ul fitr ya eid ul azha ki namaz k liye loogo k sath eid-gaah rawana hue to imam k dair karne par napasandeedgi ka izhaar kiya aur famaya: "Hum loog to us waqt namaz padh kar fariq bhi ho jaya karte they aur wo ishraaq ka waqt tha". (Sahih Sunan Ibne Maja Hadees no. 1005)

EID UL AZHA KI NAMAZ JALD AUR EID UL FITR KI NAMAZ NISBATAN DAIR SE PADHNA MASNOON HAI

Hazrat Abu Huwairis Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne najraan k governer Umar wa bin Hazam Razi Allahu Anhu ko tehreeri taur par ye hidayat farmayi "Eid ul azha ki namaz jaldi padho aur eid ul fitr ki namaz takheer se padho aur loogo ko khutba mein naiki ki naseehat karo". (Shafee Kitabus Salat, Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 442)

KHULE MAIDAN MEIN NAMAZ PADHNE K LIYE SATRAH KA EHTAMAAM KARNA CHAHIYE

EID UL FITR AUR EID UL AZHA KI NAMAZ DO DO RAKAAT HAI

Hazrat Umar bin Khattab Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k farmaan k mutabiq eid ul azha ki namaz do rakaat hai, eid ul fitr ki namaz do rakaat hai, musafir ki namaz do rakaat hai, juma ki namaz do rakaat hai aur ye mukammal namaz hai kam nahi. NAMAZ E EID K BAAD TAQABBALLAHU MINNA WA MINKA K ALFAAZ SE EK DOOSRE K AAMAAL E SALEHA KI QABOOLIYAT KI DUA MAANGNA DURUST HAI

Hazrat Jubair bin Nazeer Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum eid k rooz jab aapas mein milte to ek doosre ko "TAQABBALLAHU MINNA WA MINKA" kehte. (Fathul Baari Kitabul Eidain)

EID-GAAH JAANE AUR AANE KA RAASTA BADALNA SUNNAT HAI

Hazrat Jaabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai "Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid k rooz eid-gaah mein aane jaane ka raasta tabdeel farmate they". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain)

AGAR JUMA K ROOZ EID AA JAYE TO DONO PADHNI BEHTAR HAI LEKIN EID PADHNE K BAAD AGAR JUMA KI BAJAYE SIRF NAMAZ E ZUHAR ADA KI JAYE TO BHI DURUST HAI

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se riwayat kiya hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Tumhare aaj k din mein do eidey (ek eid, doosra juma) ikatthi ho gayi hai jo chahey usk liye juma k badle eid hi kaafi hai lekin hum dono (yaani juma aur eid) ada karenge". (Sahih Sunan Ibne Maja Hadees no. 1083)

ABR KI WAJAH SE SHAWWAAL KA CHAND DIKHAYI NA DE AUR ROOZA RAKH LENE K BAAD MALOOM HO JAYE K CHAND NAZAR AA CHUKA HAI TO ROOZA KHOOL DENA CHAHIYE
AGAR CHAND KI ITTELA ZAWAAL SE QABL MILE TO NAMAZ E EID USI ROOZ ADA KAR LENI CHAHIYE AGAR ZAWAAL K BAAD ITTELA MILE TO NAMAZ E EID DOOSRE ROOZ ADA KI JAYEGI

Hazrat Abu Umair bin Anas Razi Allahu Anhu apne chacho se jo ashaab e Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam mein se they, riwayat karte hai k baaz sawaar Nabi E Akarm Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur gawahi di k unhone guzishta rooz (Shawwaal ka) chand dekha hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ko hukm diya k wo rooza tood de aur farmaya "Kal subah (namaz e eid k liye) eid-gaah aayen". (Sahih Sunan Abu Dawood Hades no. 1026)

AGAR KISI KO EID KI NAMAZ MIL SAKE YA BEEMARI KI WAJAH SE EID-GAAH NA JA SAKE TO USE DO RAKAAT TANHA ADA KAR LENI CHAHIYE
GAON MEIN BHI NAMAZ E EID PADHNI CHAHIYE

Hazrat Anas bin Maalik Razi Allahu Anhu ne apne gulaam ibne abi ateeba ko zaviya gaon mein namaz padhane ka hukm diya to ibne abi ateeba ne Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu k ghar walo aur baito ko jama kiya aur sab ne shahar walo ki takbeer ki tarah takbeer aur namaz ki tarah namaz padhi aur Akrama Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha "Gaon k loog eid k rooz jama huo aur do rakaat namaz padhey jis tarah imam padhata hai" aur Ata Rahimahullah ne kaha "Jab kisi ki namaz faut ho jaye to wo do rakaat namaz ada karle". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain)

EID K ROOZ ROOZA RAKHNA MANA HAI

Hazrat Abu Ubaid Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai mene Umar bin Khattab Razi Allahu Anhu k saath namaz e eid ada ki, Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha "in do, dono k roozey rakhne se Nabi e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mana farmaya pehla din jab tum apne roozey khatam karo (yani eid ul fitr), doosra din jab tum qurbaani ka goosht khate ho (Yaani eid ul azha)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Saum Baab Saum Yaumul fitr)

QURAN SE DALEEL

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem
1. beshaq tumhara rab wo hai jisne aasmano aur zameen ki takhleeq 6 din mai ki phir arsh par qayam hua wo din ko raat se is tarha chipa deta hai k raat din ko jaldi se aa leti hai aur suraj aur chaand aur dusre sitaro ko is tarha banaya k wo sab Allah k hukm k tabay hai, to kya us k liye hi nhi hai khaliq hona aur hakim hona badi hi khubiyo wala tamaam jahano ka rabb.(Surah Aaraaf Surah no. 7 Ayat no. 54)
2. Beshaq tumhara rabb wo hai jisne aasmano aur zameen ki takhleeq 6 din mai ki phir arsh par qayam hua (waha se tamaam) kaam ki tadbeer karta hai koi uski ijazat k bagair (uske saamne) shifa'at karne wala nhi hai, aesa hai tum sab ka rabb lihaza uski ibadat karo kya tum phir bhi soochte nhi. (Surah Younus Surah No. 10 Ayat No. 3)
3. Allah wo hai jin ne aasmano ko bagair satoono k buland kiya (jesa k) tum is (aasmani dunya) ko dekh rahe ho phir Allah arsh par qayam hua aur suraj aur chand ko is tarha apne ma'tahat kiya k wo ek muqarrar shuda waqt tak k liye chal rahe hai Allah hi kaam ki tadbeer karta hai (aur) wazahat k sath nishaniya bata raha hai takey tum loog apne rabb se milne par yakeen kar lo. (Surah Ra'ad Surah No. 13 Ayat no. 2)
4. Rahman (wo hai jo) Arsh par qayam hai. (Surah Taha Surah no. 20 Ayat no. 5)
5. Rahman wo hai jisne aasmano aur zameen aur jo kuch bhi in k darmiyan hai (sab) ki takhleeq 6 din mai ki phir arsh par qayam hua pas aap us k baare mai kisi khabargeer se hi puchey. (Surah Furqaan Surah no. 25 Ayat no. 59)
6. Allah wo hai jisne aasmano aur zameen aur jo kuch bhi in k darmiyan hai (sab) ki takhleeq 6 din mai ki phir arsh par qayam hua (Allah k saamne) Allah k elawa tum sabka koi madadgaar nahi aur na hi koi sifarish karne wala kya tum loog yaad nhi rakhte.(Surah Sajda Surah no. 32 Ayat no. 4)
7. Allah wo hai jisne aasmano aur zameen ki takhleeq 6 din mai ki phir arsh par qayam hua wo janta hai jo kuch zameen mai dakhil hota hai aur jo kuch zameen se nikalta hai, aur jo kuch aasmano se utarta hai aur aasman mai chadta hai aur tum lood jaha kahi bhi ho wo tum loogo k sath hai aur jo kuch tum loog karte ho Allah wo sab dekhta hai.(Surah Hadeed Surah no. 57 Ayat no. 4)
Is mandarja bala aayat e mubaraka mai hamare is rawa mouzu ki daleel k sath sath ek aur baat ki bhi wazahat hai, jis k bare mai aksar loog galat fehmi ka shikaar hote hai, aur wo hai Allah ki "ma'iyat" yani uska sath hona jis k bare mai amuman ye khayal kiya jata hai k Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala apni zaate mubarak k zariye kisi k sath hota hai, jo ki durust nhi hai kyunki Allah ne khud hi apni "ma'iyat" ki kefiyat bayan farmate hue irshad farmaya: WALLAHU BIMA TAMALOONA BASEER Aur jo kuch tum loog karte ho Allah wo sab dekhta hai yani Allah ka sath hona uske ilm wa kudrat, simaat wa basarat k zariye hai, na k uski zaat e mubarak k wajood paak k sath kisi k sath hona hai. 



8. Jo koi izzat chahta hai to (wo ye jaan le k) tamaam tar izzat Allah k liye hai (yani izzat dene wala wahi hai) paak batey us (Allah) ki taraf chadti hai aur nek amal apne karne wale ko buland karta hai aur jo loog buraiya karte hai unke liye shadeed azaab hai aur unki buri haali hi nestey nabood hogi. (Surah Fatir Surah no. 35 Ayat no. 10)



9. Sawal karne wale ne azaab k bare mai sawal kiya jo wakai hone wala hai kafiro k liye us azaab ko door karne wala koi bhi nahi Allah ki taraf se (Allah hi hai) jo (Aasmano ki) sidhiyo ka malik hai us (Allah) ki taraf farishte aur rooh (unhe seediyo k zariye) chadhte hai ek (aese) din mai jis ki mikdaar (tumhari ginti k mutabik) 50 hazaar saal k barabar hai. (Surah Ma'arij Surah no. 70 Ayat no. 1 se 4 tak)



10. Wo (Allah) Aasman se le kar zameen (har) kaam ki tadbeer farmata hai phir wo (kaam) ek aese din mai jis ki mikdaar tumhari ginti k mutabik 1000 saal hai Allah ki taraf chadh jata hai. (Surah Sajda Surah no. 32 Ayat no. 5)

11. Wo (yani farishte) apne oopar se apne rabb se darte hai aur jo huqm unhe diya jata hai usi k mutabik (har) kaam karte hai. (Surah Nahal Surah no. 16 Ayat no. 50)
 



Allah ta'ala k mandarja bala farameen se saaf wazey toor par samajh ata hai k Allah apni tamaam tar makhlook k upar us se juda aur buland hai kisi lafz ki koi tashrih ya taweel karne se pehle hame Allah k ye darj zael farameen bhi zehan mai rakhne chahiye jin mai Allah ne apne Rasool Muhmmad SAW ko mukhatib farma kar unke ummatiyo ko unki Aap saw k mansab risalat ki zimmedariyo mai se sab se aham zimmedar batai hai aur hame ye samjhaya k Allah k farameen mubaraka ko Allah k Rasool SAW ki bayan karda qauli aur amli tafseer, sharah aur talimaat k mutabik samjha hai na k apni akal wa sooch, mijaaz pasand na pasand aur apne khud saakta jahalat zuda falsafo k mutabik.
 
 
HADEES E RASOOL SAW SE DALEEL
 
Zikr shuda ayaat e mubaraka k baad ab insha Allah Ahadees e sharifa zikr karta hu aeiye dekhte hai k Allah k Rasool SAW ne Allah ki is sifate uloo yani tamaam tar makhlooq se juda aur buland hone k bare mai kya farmaya hai:
1. Muaviya ibne hakeemus sulmi RA farmate hai mere paas ek baandi hai jo uhad (pahaad) k saamne aur ird gird meri bakriya charaya karti thi ek din mene dekha k uski (nigrani mai meri) jo bakriya thi un mai se ek ko bediya le gaya, mai aadam ki aulad mai se ek aadmi hu jis tarha baaki aadmi gamgeen hote hai mai bhi usi tarha gamgeen hota hu, lekin mene (is gam mai) use ek thappad maar diya, to mai Rasool Allah SAW k paas aya kyunki use thappad maarna mere liye (dil par) bada (boojh) ban gya tha, mene arz kiya "ae Allah k Rasool SAW kya mai use azaad kar du?to Rasool Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: us baandi ko mere paas lao, to mai us baandi ko le kar phir dobara hazir hua to Rasool Allah SAW ne us se daryaft farmaya Allah kaha hai? us baandi ne jawaban arz kiya "Aasmano par", phir daryaft farmaya "mai kon hu?", us baandi ne jawaban arz kiya "aap Allah k Rasool hai" to Rasool Allah SAW ne mujhe huqm farmaya ise azaad kar do ye emaan wali hai. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 537)
2. Abu Huraira RA se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: jab raat ka akhiri teesra pehar hota hai to hamara rabb Allah tabark wa ta'ala har raat mai dunya k aasman ki taraf utarta hai aur farmata hai "kon hai jo (is waqt) mujh se dua kare k mai uski dua kabool karu, kon hai jo (is waqt) mujhse koi sawal kare k mai uska sawaal pura karu, kon hai jo (is waqt) mujhse magfirat talab kare k mai uski magfirat karu". (Sahih Bukhari kitabut tahajjud, Sahih Muslim kitabus salaatul musafireen hadees no. 758)
3. Abu Huraira RA kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: raat k farishte aur din k farishte tum loogo mai ek dusre k pichey aatey hai aur namaz e asr aur namaz e fajr k waqt ikatthey ho jate hai (yani farishto ka ek garoh fajr k waqt ata hai aur asr tak rehta hai, ye din k farishte hai aur dusra garoh asr k waqt ata hai aur fajr tak rehta hai ye raat k farishte hai) phir wo farishte jinhone tumhare darmiyan raat guzari hoti hai (yani asr k waqt aane wale farishte) uper (Allah ki taraf) chadhte hai to (waha) unka rabb unse puchta hai, jabke wo bando k baare mai farishto se jayada janta hai, tumne mere bando ko kis haal mai choda? to farishte kehte hai jab humne unhe choda to wo loog namaz padh rahe they aur jab hum unke paas gaye to wo namaz padh rahe they. (Sahih Muslim kitabul masajid Hadees no. 632, Sahih Bukhari hadees no. 555, Sahih ibne khuzaima hadees no. 321, Sahih ibne hibban hadees no. 1736, Muatta Imam malik hadees no. 416, Musnad Ahmad, Sunan nasai kitabus salaat hadees no. 489)
4. Abu Huraira RA se hi riwayat hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne irshaad farmaya: beshaq Allah k kuch aese farishte hai jo (zameen mai) chalte phirte hi rehte hai, aur (Allah k) zikr ki majliso ki talaash mai rehte hai, jab wo koi aesi majlis paate hai jis mai (Allah ka) zikr ho raha ho to wo zikr karne walo k sath baith jate hai aur ek dusre ko apne paro se dhanp lete hai, yaha tak k unke aur dunya wale aasman k saari jagah mai wo farishte phir jate hai, aur phir jab alag hote hai to aasman ki taraf chadhte aur buland hote hai, Rasool Allah SAW ne mazeed farmaya: to (waha) Allah farishto se puchta hai k tum sab kaha se aye ho? jabke Allah farishto k bare mai khud unse jayada janta hai, to farishte jawaban arz karte hai, hum aapke un bando k paas se aye hai jo zameen mai aap ki pakizagi, aapki ki badhai, aur aapki wahdaniyat aur aap ki tareef bayan karte hai, aur aap se sawaal karte hai. (Sahih Muslim kitab zikr wa dua hadees no. 7015)
5. Abu saeed khudri RA yaman se layi jane wali zakat ki takseem ka ek waqiya bayan karte hue kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: kya tum loog mujhe amanatdaar nhi jaante jabke mai uski taraf se amanatdaar hu jo aasman par hai, aur mujhe subah wa shaam se khabar aati hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Magazi Hadees no. 4351, Sahih muslim kitabuz zakaat hadees no. 2500)
6. Abu Huraia RA kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne irshaad farmaya: jisne paak (halaal) kamayi se khajoor k barabar bhi sadqa kiya aur (yaad rakho k) Allah ki taraf pakeeza (cheez) k elawa aur kuch nahi chadhta to Allah us sadqa ko apne sidhey hath mai qabool farmata hai aur us sadqa ko sadqa karne wale k liye badhata hai yaha tak wo pahaad k barabar ho jata hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut tauheed hadees no. 7430)
7. Abu Huraira RA se hi riwayat hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne irshaad farmaya: uski kasam jis k haath mai meri jaan hai jab koi khawind apni beewi ko apne bistar par bulaye aur wo beewi inkaar kare to wo jo aasman par hai us aurat se us waqt tak naraaz rehta hai jab tak us aurat ka khawind us se raazi nhi hota. (Sahih Muslim kitabul nikah hadees no. 1436)
8. Abdullah bin umar wa bin Aaas RaziAllahu anhuma kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: reham karne walo par rehmaan reham karta hai, tum us par reham karo jo zameen par hai, tum par wo reham karega jo aasman par hai. (Sunan tirmizi hadees no. 1924, Sunan abu dawood kitabul adab hadees no. 4931, musannaf ibne abi shaiba kitabul adab hadees no. 925)
9.  Abu Huraia RA kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne irshaad farmaya: jab Allah takhleeq mukammal kar chuka to usne kitab mai likha k mere rehmat mere gussey par galib hogi wo kitab Allah k paas hai arsh k uper. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul bad ul khalk hadees no. 3194, Sahih Muslim kitabut tauba hadees no. 2751)
Allah k Rasool Allah SAW saaf bata rahe hai k Allah arsh k uper hai, har jagah nhi, aaiye dekhte hai k arsh kaha hai, kahi aesa to nhi k arsh yahi kahi ho aur Allah bhi???
10. Abu Huraia RA kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne irshaad farmaya: jo Allah aur uske Rasool par emaan laya aur namaz ada karta raha aur ramzan k rooze rakhta raha to Allah par (uska) ye haqq hai k Allah use jannat mai dakhil kare khawah usne Allah ki raah mai jihaad kiya ho ya apni basti mai hi zindagi guzari ho to Sahaba RA ne kaha: Ae allah k Rasool Allah SAW kya hum loogo ko ye khushkhabri suna de? to Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: Allah ne Allah ki raah mai jihaad karne walo k liye jannat mai ek soo darjaat bana rakhey hai, har 2 darjaat k darmiyaan itna fasila hai jitna zameen aur aasman k darmiyan hai, lihaza jab tum Allah se sawaal karo to firdoos mango kyunki wo jannat ka darmiyani aur sab se buland muqaam hai, mai samajhta hu k us k uper rehman ka arsh hai jis mai se jannat k darya phoot te hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jihaad hadees no. 2790)
11. Jareer RA kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: jo un par reham nahi karta jo zameen par hai us par wo reham nhi karta jo aasman par hai. (Tabraani hadees no. 2494, tagzibut tahzeeb hadees no. 3411, sahih tagzibut tahzeeb hadees no. 2255)
12. Salman faarsi RA kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: tumhara rabb bahut haya karne wala aur buzurgi wala hai, jab uska koi banda uski taraf apne dono haath buland karta hai to Allah uski baat se haya karta hai k us bande k haatho ko khali na moodey. (Sunan abu dawood hadees no. 1485, Sunan tirmizi hadees no. 3556)
jab banda apne haath uthata hai to uske haath aasman ki taraf hote hai, agar Allah har jagah mojood hai to aagey pichey daaye baaye kisi bhi taraf haath phela kar dua karli jaani chahiye, aasman ki taraf uper ki taraf haath kyu uthaaye jaate hai???
13. Abdullah ibne umar RA kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: mazloom ki baddua se daro kyunki wo chingari ki tarha aasman ki taraf chadhti hai. (Mustadrak e hakim hadees no. 81 is hadees ko imam hakim ne kaha hai k ye muslim ki shart par sahih hai)
14. Nawaas bin sa'maan kalbi RA fitna e dajjal k aur yajooj majooj k nikalne aur qatal ki khabro par mushtamil ek lambi hadees bayan karte hue kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: phir yajooj majooj chal padege aur khamr naami pahaad k paas ja pahunchege, aur ye pahaad baitul muqaddas wala pahaad hai (jab waha pahunchenge) to kahenge jo loog zameen par they unhe to hum qatl kar chuke, chalo jo aasman par hai use qatl kare, ye kehte hue wo apne teer aasman ki taraf phekenge to Allah unke teero ko khoon ki tarha surkh kar k unki taraf palta dega. (Sahih Muslim kitabul fitan hadees no. 2937, Sunan Nasai kitabul fitan hadees no. 2240)
15. Jabir bin Abdullah RA Rasool Allah SAW ka khutba e hajj bayan karte hue kehte hai k Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya: aur tum loogo ko mere baare mai pucha jayega to tum loog kya kahoge, sabne jawab diya hum gawahi denge k aap ne (Allah k pegamaat ki) tableeq farmadi, aur (risalat wa nabowat ka) haqq ada kar diya aur nasihat farma di, to Rasool Allah SAW ne apni shahadat wali ungli se loogo ki taraf ishara farmate hue use aasman ki tarf uthate aur irshad farmaya: Ae Allah gawah reh Rasool Allah SAW ne aesa teen martaba kiya. (Sahih Muslim kitabul hajj hadees no. 1218)
Rasool Allah SAW k in farameen mai saaf saaf wazey toor par ye taleem di gayi hai k Allah arsh se uper hai aur apni tamaam makhlooq k tamaam ahwaal janta hai, ummeed to nahi k koi sahib e emaan Allah aur Rasool Allah SAW k ye farameen k baad bhi Alalh ta'ala ko har jagah mojood samajhta rahe.
 
 
AQWAAL E SAHABA RA SE DALEEL
 
Quran aur Ahadees e Rasool Sallallahu alaihi wa sallam k baad hum aqwaal e sahaba razi Allahu anhum ajmaeen ki taraf aatey hai

1. Abdullah ibne umar RA kehte hai "Rasool Allah SAW ki wafaat k baad Rasool Allah SAW k pehle bila fazl khalifa amirul momineen abu bakr RA Allah k Rasool Allah SAW k hujre mai aye aur jhuk kar aap Rasool Allah SAW ki maiyyat e mubarak ko peshani par boosa diya aur farmaya: aap par mere maa baap qurbaan ho aap zindagi mai bhi pakeeza they aur mar kar bhi pakeeza hai aur phir bahar tashreef laye aur sahaba RA se khitab farmate hue irshad farmaya: Ae loogo agar to Muhammad SAW tumhare mabood they jin ki tum ibadat karte they to phir jaan lo k tumhare (wo) mabood Muhammad SAW foout ho gye hai, aur agar tum loogo ka mabood wo hai jo aasmano par hai to phir tumhara mabood nhi mara". (Imam bukhari ki tarikhul kabeer hadees no. 623, musannaf ibne abi shaiba hadees no. 37021, imam zahabi aur imam sakhawi ne ise sahih kaha hai)

2. Kaeis rh kehte hai "jab amirul momineen hazrat e umar RA shaam gaye to apni oothni (camel) par sawar they, loogo ne usne kaha agar aap ghode par sawar hote to accha tha kyunki aap se milne k liye bade bade loog aye hai to hazrat e umar RA ne farmaya: kya mai tum loogo ko yaha se dikhai nhi de raha, balke fesley  to waha se hote hai aur ye kehte hue apni ungli se aasman ki taraf ishara kiya". (Musannaf ibne abi shaiba hadees no. 33844 aur 34443 al albani ne kaha is ki sanad bukhari aur muslim ki shara'it k mutabik sahih hai)

3. Hafiz qaazi abu ahmad bin ahmad isaal al subhaani Rh ne riwayat ki k abdullah ibne mas'ood RA ne kaha: Allah paak hai aur khalis taareef Allah hi k liye hai aur Allah sabse bada hai, to in alfaaz ko lekar ek farishta Allah azz wa jal ki taraf chadhta hai, aur jin jin farishto k paas se wo farishta guzarta hai wo farishte ye alfaaz kehne wale k liye magfirat ki dua karte hai yaha tak k in alfaaz se rehman ka chehra khush ho jata hai. (Imam shamsuddeen zahabi ne "al aluwul alil gaffar" mai kaha k is riwayat ki sanad sahih hai)

4. Imam usman bin saeed daarmi "al radd alal jahmiyah" mai sahih sanad k saath abdullah bin mas'ood RA ka ye qaul nakal kiya: kabhi kisi bande ko tijarat wa haqoomat ki khawahish hoti hai aur jab wo kaam uske liye asaan hone lage to Allah ta'ala uski taraf saato aasmano k uper se dekhta hai aur farishto se kehta hai: in kaamo ko is bande se door kardo agar ye kaam mene is k liye muhaiyya kar diye to ye kaam ise jahannam mai dakhil karne ka sabab ban jayenge. (Imam ibne qayyim rh ne bhi al jayoosh al islamiya mai is riwayat ki sanad ko durust karaar diya)

5. Ibne abi mulaika rh se riwayat hai k emaan walo ki walida mohtarma, Rasool Allah SAW ki pakeeza aur mehbooba begam hazrat e Aisha RA ki maut ki beemari k waqt Abdullah ibne abbas RA ne unke paas aaney ki ijazat talab ki to ummul momineen Aisha RA ne farmaya "mujhe us se koi kaam nhi" to abdur rahman bin abu bakr RA (ummmul momineen Aisha RA k bade bhai) ne kaha ammi jaan ibne abbas aapke neek baito mai se hai aur aap ki iyaadat k liye aya hai, to hazrat e Aisha RA ne Abdullah ibne abbas RA ko aney ki ijazat di, Abdullah ibne abbas RA ne aaney k baad Aisha RA ki mijaaz pursi ki aur unki hoosla afzayi karte hue kaha: aur aap (to wo hai jis) ki pakeezagi (ki gawahi) Allah ne 7 aasmano k uper se nazil ki jise jibraeel AS le kar aye. (Mustadrak e hakim hadees no. 6726, musnad ahmad hadees no. 2496 is hadees ko imam hakim aur imam zahbi ne sahih kaha)

6. Anas RA ka kehna hai k (Emaan walo ki walida mohtarma) zainab (binte jahash RA) Rasool Allah SAW ki dusri begam fakhr k sath kaha karti thi: tum loogo ko tumhare khandaan walo ne biyaha hai aur meri shadi Allah ne 7 aasmano k uper se ki
Dusri riwayat mai hai k farmaya karti thi: Allah ta'ala ne mera nikah aasman par kiya. (Sahih Bukhari kitabut tauheed hadees no. 7420 aur 7421)


sahaba razi Allahu anhum ajmaeen k aqwaal se bhi yahi sabit hua k Allah arh par hai


sahaba razi Allahu anhum ajmaeen k aqwaal e mubaraka k baad ab insha Allah tabayi aur taba tabayi rahimahullah k aqwaal se paish karunga, aur inka agaaz ummat k 4 bade maroof aur marooj mazahib k imamo rahimahullah se shuru karunga
 
 
AQWAAL E AA'IMMA (CHAARO IMAMO) SE DALEEL
 
Tabayi aur taba tabayi rahimahullah k aqwaal mai sab se pehle ummat k chaar bade sahib e mazhab imamo rahimahulla k aqwaal paish kar raha hu, khayal rahe k ye aqwaal in charo bade imamo rh k zamene ki tarteeb k mutabik hai, kisi ka zikr pehle ya kisi ka baad mai hone se uski darja bandi maksood nahi.

1. IMAM NOMAAN BIN SAABIT ABU HANIFA RAHIMAHULLAH TAREEKH E WAFAAT 150 HIJRI
abu ismaeel ansari apni kitab "AL FAROOQ" mai abu mutiul hakam bin abdullah balkhi hanfi jinhone fiqh e hanfi ki motabar tareen kitab "FIQHUL AKBAR" likhi, jise galt aam toor par imam abu hanifa rh se mansoob kiya jata hai, in abu mutee k bare mai likha k unhone imam abu hanifa rh se pucha: "jo ye kahe k mai nhi janta k mera rabb zameen par hai ya aasman par to aesa kehne wale k baare mai kya huqm hai?", to imam abu hanifa rh ne farmaya: to usne kufr kiya kyunki Allah kehta hai rehman arsh par qayam hua aur uska arsh saato aasmano k uper hai, mene phir pucha "agar wo ye kahe k mai nhi janta k Allah ka arsh aasman par ya zameen par hai (to phir uska kya huqm hai)?", to imam abu hanifa rh ne farmaya: aesa kehne wala kafir hai kyunki usne is baat se inkaar kiya k Allah ka arsh aasmano k uper hai aur jo is baat se inkaar kare wo kafir hai. (mukhtasar alawul alliyil gaffar rakam 118, safa no. 136 mualiff imam shamsuddin zahabi rh nashir maktaba islamiya bairoot labnaan dusri isha'at, sharah aqeedatut tahaviya safa no. 288 nashir maktaba islamiya, bairoot labnaan 9vi isha'at)
Imam abu hanifa rh ka zikr aya hai to pehle unse mansoob fiqh k imamo ki baat nakal karta chalu,

1.1. IMAM ABU JAFAR AHMAD BIN MUHAMMAD TAHAVI HANFI RAHIMAHULLAH TAREEKH E WAFAAT 321 HIJRI
Apni mashoor kitab "AQIDATUT TAHAVIYA" mai kehte hai: Allah arsh aur uske alawa bhi har ek cheez gani hai aur har cheez uske ahaatey mai hai aur wo har cheez se uper hai aur uski makhlook uska ahaata karne se kaasir hai.

1.2. IMAM SADARUDDIN MUHAMMAD BIN ALAUDEEN RAHIMAHULLAH TAREEKH E WAFAAT 792 HIJRI
jo ibne abil'az hanfi k naam se mashoor hai is “AQIDATUT TAHAVIYA” ki sharah mai imam tahavi rh ki is mandarja bala baat ki sharah mai likhte hai k: ye baat puri tarha se saabit hai k Allah ki zaat makhlook se mili hui nhi (balke alag aur juda hai) aur na Allah ne makhlokaat ko apne andar banaya hai (yani Allah ka har cheez par muheet hone ka ye matlab nhi k makhlokaat uske andar hai balke wo muheez hai apne ilm k zariye, iske dala’il abhi ayenge insha Allah)
phir uske baad Allah ta'ala k apni makhlook se juda, buland aur uper hone k dalail mai warid hone wali nasoos k baare mai bayan karte hai k ye nasoos takreeban 20 iksaam mai hai, aur phir inhi iksaam ko bayan karte hue 16 kisam (16 no.) k bayan mai likha: fir'oon ne kaha ae haaman mere liye imarat banao takey mai raasto tak pahunch saku, aasman k raasto tak (aur unke zariye uper jakar) musa AS k mabood ko jhaank kar dekh lu aur beshaq mai ise (yani musa as ko) jhoota samjhta hu. (Surah momin surah no. 40 Ayat no. 36 aur 37) hawala (sharah aqidatut tahaviya safa no. 287 nashir maktaba islamiya, bairoot, labnaan 9vi isha'at)

2. IMAM MALIK IBNE ANAS RAHIMAHULLAH TAREEKH E WAFAAT 179 HIJRI
mahdi bin jafar bin abudllah kehte hai k imam malik ibne anas rh k paas ek aadmi aya aur usne kaha: Ae abu abdullah Rahman arsh par qayam hua kese qayam hua?
is sawal par imam malik rh itne gussey mai aye k mene unhe kabhi itne gusse mai nhi dekha k gusse ki shiddat se imam sahab paseena paseena ho gye, aur imam rh bilkul khamosh ho gye, loog intezaar karne lage k ab imam sahab kya kahenge
kaafi dair k baad imam malik rh ne farmaya: Allah ka arsh par qayam hona (yani istawaa farmana) anjaani khabar nhi, aur (Allah k istawaa farmane ki) kefiyat aqal mai aane wali nhi (kyunki uski hamare paas us kefiyat k baare mai koi khabar nhi na Allah ki taraf se aur na hi us k Rasool SAW ki taraf se) aur is par emaan lana farz hai, aur is kefiyat k baare mai sawaal karna bida'at hai, aur mujhe ye andesha hai k tum gumrah ho. phir imam malik rh ne us aadmi ko masjid e nabwi se nikaal dene ka huqm diya aur usko nikaal diya gaya. (Asbaat e sifatul uloo, riwayat 104 mu'allif imam mofiquddin abdullah bin ahmad bin kadama muqaddasi)
Imam zahbi rh ne kaha k ye qaul imam malik rh se sabit hai is k alawa ye kaul imam malik rh k ek aur ustaad se bi sabit hai, in sha Allah tabayi k zikr mai unka zikr karunga.
Abdullah bin naafae rahimahullah ka kehna hai k imam malik rh ne farmaya: Allah aasmano par hai aur uska ilm har jagah hai aur uske ilm se koi cheez kharij nhi (Aetaqaad ahlus sunnah muallif imam habtullah lalkayi, tamheed muallif imam ibne abdul barr)

3. IMAM MUHAMMAD BIN IDREES SHAFAE RAHIMAHULLAH TAREEKH E WAFAAT 204 HIJRI
abi shaiba aur abi soor rahimahullah kehte hai k imam shafae rh ne farmaya: mene imam malik rh aur imam sufyaan suri rh aur deegar tabayi (in ka zikr in sha Allah agey ayega) ko jis tarha sunnat ki jis baat par paya mai bhi us par hi qayam hua aur wo baat ye hai k: is baat ki shahadat di jaye k Allah k alawa koi saccha aur haqeeqi mabood nhi aur muhammad SAW Allah k rasool hai, aur Allah aasmano se uper apne arsh se uper hai, jise chahta hai apni makhlooq k kareeb hota hai, aur mujhe chahta hai dunya k aasman ki taraf utarta hai aur aqeedeh k degar muamalaat ka zikr kiya. (ijtamaul jevoosh al islamiya, muallif imam ibne qayyim al jauzi rh nashir darul kutub ilmiya bairoot pehli isha'at)(mukhtasar alawul alliyil gaffar rakam 196, muallif, muhaqqiq, nashir aur isha'at tafseel pehle likhi ja chuki hai)

4. IMAM AHMAD BIN HAMBAL RAHIMAHULLAH TAREEK E WAFAAT 241 HIJRI

Charo imamo rh k aqwaal k baad degar tabayi aur taba tabayi k aqwaal paish e khidmat hai, jis tarha charo imamo ka zikr karte hue unki tareekh e wafaat likhi thi in sha Allah isi tarha ab jin jin buzurgaan e deen ka zikr karunga unki tareekh e wafaat bhi zikr karunga

1. Masrook bin ajdaa al hamdaani koofi rahimahullah (tabayi tareekh e wafaat 62 hijri)
inhone bahut se sahaba RA se sunnat e Rasool SAW afzal salaat wa tasleem ka ilm hasil kiya aur aagey pahunchaya, jab ye emaan walo ki maa Aisha RA se koi hadees riwayat karte to kaha karte: mujhe siddeque ki beti siddeqa, Allah k habeeb ki habeebiya, jis ki baraat 7 aasmano k uper se hue, ne bataya: aur phir hadees bayan karte imam ibne qayyim rh ne "IJTAMA  JAYUSH AL ISLAMIYA" mai is qaul ko sahih karaar diya.

2. Sufyan suri rahimahullah (tabayi tareekh e wafaat 161 hijri)
kehte hai k mai rabiyya bin abu abdur rahman rahimahullah (tabayi tareek e wafaat 163 hijri) k paas tha k ek aadmi ne unse pucha "rahman arsh par istawa kese hue hai, is istawa ki kefiyat kya hai?" to unhone jawab diya: istawa kya hai ye sab ko maloom hai, aur (Allah k) is istawa ki kefiyat kya hai ye hame nhi maloom lekin is par eman lana farz hai aur is kefiyat k baare mai sawal karna bidaat hai, imam zahbi rh ne kaha "ALAWUL ALLIYIL GAFFAR" mai ye riwayat nakal ki, aur imam al albani rh ne is ko sahih sanad karar diya.

3. Ibne ayeena abu imran rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareek e wafaat 198 hijri)
kehte hai k mai rabiyya bin abu abdur rahman rahimahullah (tabayi tareek e wafaat 163 hijri) k paas tha k ek aadmi ne unse pucha "rahman arsh par istawa kese hue hai, is istawa ki kefiyat kya hai?" to unhone jawab diya: istawa kya hai ye sab ko maloom hai, aur (Allah k) is istawa ki kefiyat kya hai ye hame nhi maloom aur ye paigham Allah ki tarf se hai, aur Rasool Allah SAW k zimmey mai uski tableeg thi (so wo unhone kardi) aur hamare zimmey is ki tasdeeq karna hai (jo hum karte hai) imam habtullah bin hasan al lalkayi abu mansoor rh tareekh e wafaat 418 hijri ne "ETAQAAD AHLUS SUNNAH" mai sahih sanad k sath riwayat kiya.

4. Imam e tafseer al zihaak bin mazahim halali rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 106 hijri)
ki taraf se bayan karte hue kehte hai k unhone kaha: Allah apne arsh par hai aur uska ilm un (yani uski makhlookaat) k sath hai (imam allama qazi subhan abu ahmad asaal aur imam habdullah al lalkayi rh ne sahih sanad k sath nakal kiya)

5. Siddeque ibne muntasir kehte hai k mene sulemaan tameemi rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 172 hijri)
ko kehte hue suna: agar mujhse ye pucha jaye k Allah kaha hai to mai ye kahunga k wo aasman par hai, imam zahbi rh ki "ALAWUL ALLIYAL GAFFAR" daleel rakam 114, imam al albani rh ka kehna hai k (ye kaul) imam habtullah al lalkayi rh ne sahih sanad k sath riwayat kiya.

6. Imam abdur rahman bin umar al ouzayi rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 157 hijri)
kehte hai: hum tabayi ki mojoodgi mai bhi ye hi kaha karte they k: Allah apne arsh k uper hai aur Allah ki jo bhi sifaat sunnat e shareefa mai warid hue hai hum un par (bila taweel) emaan rakhte hai. (imam beheqi rh ne "ASMA WA SIFAAT" mai imam hakim rh ki riwayat se nakal kiya)

Waleed bin muslim rahimahullah kehte hai k mene imam abdur rahman bin umar al ouzayi rh aur imam malik bin anas rh (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 179 hijri) aur imam sufyan suri rh (taba tabayi tareek e wafaat 161 hijri) aur imam al lais bin saad fehmi misri rh (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 175 hijri) rahimahullah jameean se un ahadees k baare mai pucha jin mai Allah ki mukhtalif sifaat ka zikr hai to unhone kaha: is par aese hi emaan rakho jesa k ahadees mai aya hai. 8. Imam hammaad bin zaid darham basri rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 179 hijri)
suleman bin harb rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 224 hijri) kehte hai k mene hammaad bin zaid ko kehte hue suna: tabayi aur sunnat k imamo balke sahaba RA, aur Allah aur uske Rasool SAW aur tamaam emaan walo ka kehna ye hi hai k, Allah aasman par hai aur apne arsh k uper hai, aur Allah apne tamaam aasmano se uper aur bulanad hai, aur wo dunya k aasman ki taraf utarta hai, aur unka ye kehna quran o hadees k dala'il ki bunyaad par hai jabke firqa e jahmiya wale ye kehte hai k Allah har jagah mojood hai aur Allah unke is batil qaul se paak hai balke uska ilm har waqt hamare saath hai. 9. Imam muhammad bin is'haaq bin yasaar imam magaazi (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 150 hijri)
salma bin fazal ka kehna hai muhammad is’haaq ne kaha: jesa k Allah ne apne baare mai bataya hai k sab se pehle sirf paani tha aur uske uper Allah ka arsh tha aur wo zul jalaal wal ikraam arsh k uper tha, apni tamaam makhlooq se buland aur uske uper koi cheez na thi, aur uske alawa koi cheez na thi, phir Allah ne rooshni aur andhera banaye, phir dhuye se saato aasmano ki kamaan banayi aur phir zameen ko bichaya, phir aasmano ki taraf mutawajjah hua aur unko aapas mai jooda aur unki takmeel 2 din mai ki, aur zameen aur aasmano ki takhleeq se 7 dino mai farig hua, aur phir pehle ki tarha apne arsh par qayam hua. 10. Imam mujahid abdullah bin mubarak rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 215 hijri)

11. Imam abu ma'aaz khalid bin suleman bakhli rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 199 hijri)

banaan bin ahmad rh kehte hai k imam kaanibi rh ne jahmi fiqey k ek aadmi ko ye kehte hue suna k rahman arsh par hai to imam kaanibi ne kaha: jo is baat par yaqeen nahi rakhta k rahman arsh par qayam hai, jesa k ab aam loog is par yaqeen nhi rakhtey to aesa karne wala jahannami hai. 13. Imam abu bakr abdullah bin zubari al humaidi mufti ahle makka rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 179 hijri)

ali bin hasan bin yazeed al salmi apne walid se riwayat karte hai k "ek aadmi ko jahannami aqaid ka hamil hone ki wajah se tauba karne ki mohlat dete hue kaid kiya gaya, jab ye pata chal chuka k usne tauba karli hai to hishaam bin ubaidullah imtihaan lene k liye uske paas gaye aur pucha: kya tu is baat ki gawahi deta hai k Allah apne arsh k uper apni tamaam makhlook se juda aur alag hai. to us jahannami ne jawab diya: mai nhi janta k Allah ki apni makhlooq se alag hona kya hai? to hishaam rh ne kaha ise wapas kaid mai daal do isne abhi tak tauba nhi ki.

15. Imam muhammad bin mus'ab aabid sheikhul bagdaad rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 228 hijri)
abu hasan muhammad bin ata rh ka kehna hai k unhone muhammad bn mus'ab aabid rh ko ye kehte hue suna k: ae Allah ko ye samajhta hai k tu aakhirat mai na baat karega aur na dikhayi dega to wo sifaat ka kya farq, mai gawahi deta hu k tu saato aasmano se uper apne arsh k uper hai, na k us tarha hai jese k tere zandeeq dushman kehte hai (k tu har jagah mojood hai). 17. Imam kataiba bin saeed, sheikh e kharasaan rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 240 hijri)
abu abbas siraaj ka kehna hai k unhone kataiba bin saeed ko ye kehte hue suna k: Hum jante hai k hamara rabb saato aasman par apne arsh k uper hai jesa k Allah azz wa jall ne jawab farmaya hai, Rahman apne arsh par qayam hai aur ye qaul islam aur ahle sunnat wa jamaal k imamo ka hai. 18. Imam e muhaddiseen imam ali bin madeeni rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 234 hijri)
muhammad bin haris rh kehte hai k imam ali bin madeeni rh se pucha gaya : Allah ta'ala ki sifaat k bare mai ahle jamaat ka kya qaul hai? to unhone jawab diya: ahle jamaat is par eman rakhte hai k Allah akirat mai baat bhi karega aur dikhayi bhi dega, aur bila shaq wa shuba ye k Allah azz wa jall aasmano k uper apne arsh par qayam hai. 19. Imam is'haaq bin rahway rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareek e wafaat 238 hijri)
halb bin ismaeel karmaani rh ka kehna hai k mene is'haaq bin rahway rh se pucha k Allah k qaul: kabhi aesa nhi hota k 3 aadmiyo mai koi sargoshi ho aur unke darmiyan chotha Allah na ho, ya 5 aadmiyo mai sargoshi ho aur unke andar chata (6th) Allah na ho khufya baat karne wala khawah is se kam ho ya zyada, jaha kahi bhi wo ho, Allah unke saath hota hai phir qayamat k rooz unko bata dega k unhone kya kuch kiya hai Allah har cheez ka ilm rakhta hai : ki tafseer hum kese bayan kare?
to unhone jawab diya k (is ki tafseer ye hai k): tum jaha bhi ho wo tumhare shah rag se zayada tumhare kareeb hai, aur wo apni tamaam makhlooq se juda aur alag hai, aur phir abdullah ibne mubarak rh ka qaul zikr kiya: Allah apne arsh par hai apni tamaam makhlooq se alag aur juda, aur is masle mai sab se wazay tareen daleel Allah ta'ala ka ye qaul hai k rahman arsh par qayam hai. 20. Imam ismaeel bin yahya muzni rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 264 hijri)
ali bin abdullah al halwaani ka kehna hai k humne ibraheem muzni rh ko sawaliya khat likha, jis k jawab mai Allah ki hamd wa sana aur aqidhey ki baatey likhtey hue unhone likha: Allah ki na koi tashbiya hai na koi barabar wala, aur wo sun'ne wala hai, dekhne wala hai, ilm wala aur jan'ne wala hai, aur apne arsh par bulanad hai aur apne ilm se apni tameem makhlooq ko janta hai, aur quran Allah ki taraf se Allah ka kalaam hai Allah ki makhlooq nhi hai, Allah k kalmaat Allah ki makhlooq nhi hai, aur hamesha se hai aur hamesha rahega, aur na hi hamare rabb mai koi kami hai ya thi k hum use pura kare, uski sifaat makhlooq ki sifaat ki mushabihat se paak hai, aur wo apne arsh par apni tamaam makhlooq se juda alag aur buland hai.

21. Imam hafiz muhaddis al shark muhammad bin is'haaq ibne mandah rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 395 hijri)
ka kehna hai k: Allah ta'ala apni tamaam sifaat k sath jana pehchana hua hai gair maroof nhi, aur us tarha mojood hai k unko mehsoos nhi kiya ja sakta, aur wo apni sifaat k zariye itna kareeb hai goya k tu use dekh raha hai lekin uska ahaata nhi kiya ja sakta, wo kareeb hai lekin apni makhlooq mai se kisi k sath juda hua nhi, aur wo door hai is tarha k kisi se hata hua nhi, (yani is tarha k sab hi kuch) dekhta aur sunta hai aur sab se buland hai aur apne arsh par qayam hai, pas (emaan wale) dil use jaante hai, lekin, aqal uski kefiyat nhi jaan sakti aur wo har cheez par qadir hai. 22. Imam hafiz e asr ubaidullah bin abdul kareem abu zar'a raazi rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareek e wafaat 264 hijri)

23. Imam hafiz usman bin saeed daarmi rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 280 hijri)
apni kitab "AL NAKSH ALA BUSHRA MAREESI" mai likhte hai: musalmano ka is baat par ittefaaq ho chuka hai k Allah ta'ala apne aasmano se uper arsh k uper hai, aur likha: beshaq Allah arsh k uper hai aur wo arsh k uper se sunta hai, uski makhlooq mai se kisi ki sarsarahath bhi us se chipi nhi rehti, aur na koi cheez makhlooq ko Allah se chipa sakti hai.

24. Imam abu zakriya yahya bin ammaar al sajsataani rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 422 hijri)
apni mukhtasar kitab mai likha: hum firqa jahmiya ki tarh ye nhi kehte k, Allah har jagah mojood hai aur har cheez k sath juda hua hai pas hum nhi jaante (k kis waqt) wo kaha hai?
balke hum ye kehte hai: Allah ta'ala ki zaat apne arsh k uper hai aur us ka ilm har cheez ko gheerey hue hai aur uska ilm aur sima'at aur basarat har cheez ko jaanti hai aur har cheez par haavi hai, aur ye hi Allah ka farmana hai: aur tum loog jaha kahi bhi ho Allah tum loogo k sath hai, aur jo kuch tum loog karte ho Allah wo dekhta hai ka mana hai aur ye hi kehte hai kyunki ye hi baat Allah aur uske Rasool SAW ne kahi: (KITABUL ARSH, imam shamsuddin zahbi rh, IJTAMA JEWUSH AL ISLAMIYA, imam ibne qayyim al jauzi rh)

25. Sheikhul sufiya abu mansoor maamar bin ziyaad bin ahmad rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareekh e wafaat 395 hijri)
abu kasim tabraani se riwayat hai k imam maamar bin ziyaad rh ne kaha: mai apne saathiyo ko is baat ki nasihat karta hu jo k sunnat mai hai aur jis par ahle aur ahle tasawwuf wa maarfat ka ittefaaq hai aur wo ye hai k: Allah ta'ala apne arsh par qayam hai aur is (sifaat) ki kefiyat hum nhi jaantey, lihaza to ise kisi se tashbiyah dete hai aur na hi iski koi taweel karte hai, kyunki kayam hona samajh mai aane wali baat hai lekin Allah k liye iski kefiyat hame maloom nhi, aur ye k beshaq Allah ta'ala  apni tamaam makhlooq se juda aur alag hai aur uski tamaam makhlooq us se juda aur alag hai, pas khaliq aur makhlooq mai na koi hulool hai, na ik dujey k sath lagna hai aur na hi ik dujey se judna hai, aur Allah sunta hai, dekhta hai, ilm rakhta hai, sab kuch jaanta hai,baat karta hai, khush hota hai naraaz hota hai, pasand karta hai, hasta hai, hasaata hai, aur qayamat wale din apne bando k saamne muskurata hua ayega, aur jo koi Allah ta'ala k nuzool (yani kisi bhi sifaat) ka inkaar kare wo gumrah aur bidaati hai. 26. Imam hafiz ahmad bin abdullah bin ahmad abu naeem al subhaani rahimahullah (taba tabayi tareek e wafaat 430 hijri)
apni kitab "AL ETAQAAD" mai likhte hai: hamara raasta wo hi hai jo salaf saliheen (yani sahaba RA, tabayi aur taba tabayi rh) ka tha yani kitab aur sunnat aur ijma e ummat wala raasta, aur unka aqida ye hi tha k Allah ta'ala apni tamaam sifaat k sath us tarha hi mukammal hai jesa k wo hamesha se tha, uski sifaat mai na koi kami hai aur na hi koi tabdeeli, hamesha ki tarha wo apne ilm k saath aalim hai, apni basaarat k saath baseer hai, apni sima'at k sath sameei hai, baat karte hue bolta hai, phir wo har cheez ko adm se wajood mai laya, aur ye k quran aur Allah ki taraf se nazil karda tamaam kitaabe Allah ka kalaam hai, aur Allah ka kalaam uski makhlooq nhi hai, aur ye k quran har lihaaz se yani padhey jane, sune jane, mehfooz halat mai, likhi hui halat mai, lipti hui haalat mai, har lihaaz se Allah ka kalaam hai, haqeeqi taur par na k koi hikayat hai aur na hi koi taweel, aur jab hum use padhtey hai to wo hamare alfaaz mai bhi Allah ka kalaam hi hai aur gair makhlooq hai hai, aur (quran ko makhlooq karar dene k liye) alfaaz ka falsafa firqa e jahmiya ki taraf se aya hai aur ye k jo quran ko kisi bhi lihaaz se kisi bhi taur se makhlooq kehta hai wo salaf saaliheen k nazdeek jahannami hai aur jahannami ko salaf kaafir jaante they.
salaf saaliheen k aqaa'id ko bayan karte hue imam abu naeem al subhaani rh mazeed likhte hai k: aur wo un tamaam ahadees par yaqeen rakhte they aur un ko bayan kiya karte they jin ahadees mai arsh ka hona sabit hai aur Allah ka arsh k uper qayam hona sabit hai, aur wo Allah k arsh par qayam hone ko bagair kisi kefiyat k maante they aur us ko sabit karte they, aur ye aqeedah rakhte they Allah apni tamaam makhlooq se alag aur juda hai aur uski tamaam makhlooq us se alag aur juda hai, na to wo kisi k sath judta hai aur na hi kisi mai hulool hota hai, aur wo apne aasmano se uper apne arsh par qayam hai. 

Imam abu naeem al subhaani rh ne in tamaam baato par salaf saaliheen (yani sahaba RA, tabayi aur taba tabayi rh) ka muttafiq hone ka zikr kiya isi liye mai is baat ko sab se aakhi mai laya hu, aur is liye bhi k ho sakta hai kisi padhne wale k dil mai yahi khayal aye k jin buzurgo k aqwaal mene zikr kiye hai un mai se hadees k maroof imamo mai se koi bhi nhi to arz ye hai k tamaam tar aa'imma e hadees ki kitabo mai wo tamam ahadees mojood hai jo Allah ta'ala k  arsh par hone ko sabit karti hai.
Allah ta’ala se dua hai k Allah hame padhne ki uske baad samjhne ki aur uske baad us par amal karne ki tofeeq ata farma. (Aameen)

ATEERAH E RAJAB

Maah e rajab hurmat wale chaar mahino mai se ek hai, arab door e jahalat mai is maah ki tazeem karte they aur is mai janwar zibah karte they jise "Ateerah" kaha jata tha aur eid ul azha ki qurbaani ki tarha ye cheez inke darmiyaan aam taur se raej thi, aagaaz e islam mai nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne usko barkarar rakha lekin baad mai ye mansookh ho gaya, Allama ibne qayyim al jauzi rahimahullah "Tahzeeb sunan abu dawood" mai imaam ibne manzar rahimahullah ka qaul nakal karte hai k: arab jahilat k andar rajab k mahine mai janwar zibah karte they, aur baaz musalmano ne bhi ise kiya phir aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne is se mana kar diya aur farmaya: "LA FARA'A WALA ATEERAH" ye to na fara'a jayez hai aur na hi ateerah.
Fara'a: janwar k pehle bacche ko kehte hai jise arab daur e jahalat mai apne butoo k naam par zibah karte they
Ateerah: rajab mai zibah kiye jaane wale janwar ko kehte hai
chunanche loog is mumaniyat ki wajah se is se baaz a gaye.
lihaza rajab ka ateerah jayez nhi hai neez isme ahle jahiliyat ki mushbihat bhi hai jo mamnoo hai aur is liye bhi k zibah karna ibadat hai aur ibadat tofeeqi hai lekin is ka matlab ye nhi hai k maah e rajab mai mutlakan janwar zibah karna jayez nhi balke is se muraad ye hai k zibah karne wala jo ye aqeedah rakhta hai k wo rajab ka zabiha hai ya maah e rajab ki tazeem karte hue janwar zibah karta hai wo najayez hai.


RAJBI UMRAH
 
Baaz loog kasrat se is mahine mai umrah karte hai aur ye gumaan karte hai k is maah mai umrah ada karne ki degar mahino par fazilat aur khasusiyaat hai halanke khasusiyaat k sath maah e rajab mai umrah ada karna be asal wa be bunyaad hai kyunki aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se is baare mai koi hadees sabit nahi hai balke aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne apni zindagi mai chaar martaba umrah kiya hai aur unme se koi bhi rajab k mahine mai nhi kiya hai chunanche Arwah bin zubair Razi Allahu Anhuma ne masjid e nabawi k andar Abdullah bin umar Razi Allahu Anhuma k is qaul k: "Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek umrah rajab mai kiya tha" k baare mai hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se pucha to Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaya: "Allah ta'ala abu abdur rahman par reham farmaye aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne jo bhi umrah kiya hai mai us mai aap k saath hazir thi aur aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne kabhi bhi rajab k mahine mai umrah nhi kiya". (Sahih Bukhari)
Agar rajab k mahine mai umraha karne ki koi farziyat hoti to aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam apni ummat ko us se zarur aagah farmate jesa k Aap ne ye bayan farmaya k: "Ramzan mai umrah karna hajj k barabar hai". (Sahih Bukhari wa Sahih Muslim)
Lihaza har kisam ki fazilat aur khair wa bhalayi nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki iqtada aur pervi karne mai hai aur nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne rajab mai kabhi bhi umrah nhi kiya hai balke aap ne charo umreh hajj k mahine mai kiye hai, is liye umrah ka sab se afzal waqt maah e ramzan aur hajj k mahine hai is k alawa wo saal k bakya mahino ko ek dusre par koi fazilat nhi hai khawah wo rajab ka mahina ho ya koi aur mahina ho.
Neez ibadato ko aese aukaat k sath khaas karne jinki shariyat ne takhsees nhi ki hai jayez nhi hai kyunki kisi shaks ko ye ikhtiyaar hasil nhi hai sirf Allah aur uske rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam hi kisi ibadat ko kisi waqt k sath khaas kar sakte hai.

 

 RAJBI SIYAAM WA QAYAAM

Maah e Rajab k andar aejaad kardah bida'ato mai se khasusiyat k saath is mahine mai siyaam ya qayaam ka ehtamaam karna bhi hai, iska ehtamaam karne wale aesi hadeeso ka sahara lete hai jinme se kuch hadeese zaeef aur aksar hadeese mouzu (manghadat) hai.
Sheikhul islam ibne taimiyah rahimahullah farmate hai: "Rajab aur shabaan k mahine ko ek saath rooze ya aetakaaf k liye makhsoos karne k baare mai nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aap ke sahaba RA aur Aa'imma e muslimeen se koi cheez warid nhi hai balke sahih bukhari wa muslim mai sabit hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam shabaan ka roza rakhte they aur saal mai shabaan se zayada kisi aur mahine mai (nafli) rozey nhi rakhte they albatta jaha tak rajab k rooze ka talluq hai to uski saari hadeese zaeef balke mauzu hai, Ahle ilm inme se kisi bhi hadees par aetamaad nhi karte hai aur wo is zaeef k qabeel se nhi hai jo fazail k andar bayan ki jaati hai balke wo aam taur se ghadi hui jhooti hadeese hai". Allama ibne rajab rahimahullah farmate hai: "maah e rajab k rooze ki fazilat mai nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur aap k sahaba e kiraam RA se koi cheez sahih sabit nhi hai". (Lataiful ma'arif safa no. 140)
aur Hafiz ibne hajar rahimahullah farmate hai: "Maah e rajab ki fazilat ya is ke rooze ki fazilat ya is k kisi makhsoos din k rooze ki fazilat ya is mahine mai kisi makhsoos raat ka qayaam karne ki fazilat mai koi sahih hadees warid nhi hai jo qabil e hujjat ho mujhse pehle imam abu ismaeel al harvi rahimahullah ne bhi isi baat ki sarhat ki hai". (tabiyeenal ajaba bima wa radafi fazal rajab safa no. 5)
Allama ibne qayyim al jauzi rahimahullah nafli rooze k silsile mai nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k tareeqekaar  ka zikr karte hue kehte hai: "Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne musalsal teen mahino- Rajab, Shabaan aur Ramzan ka rooza nhi rakha hai jesa k kuch loog karte hai na hi aapne kabhi rajab ka rooza rakha hai aur na hi uske rooze ko pasand farmaya hai balke aap se uske rooze ki mumaniyat se talluq hadees marvi hai Jise ibne maja ne zikr kiya hai". (Zaadul maad jild 2 safa no. 64)
Neez sahaba kiraam ki ek jamaat se rajab k rooze ki karahat marvi hai yaha tak k umar farooq Razi Allahu Anhu rajab k mahine mai rooza rakhne wale ko durra lagate they jab tak k wo khane k liye bartan mai apna haath na rakhde, aur kehte they: rajab kya hai? rajab ki ahle jahiliyat tazeem kiya karte they, jab islaam ka zamana aya to use chood diya gaya.
Ulama e salaf k mazkoora kalaam se ye wazey ho jata hai k maah e rajab mai khasusiyaat k saath siyaam wa qayaam karne be asal hai aur ise rooze k liye khaas karne mai iski tazeem lazim aati hai jo ahle jahiliyat ki mushabihat hai aur jo kisi qaum ki mushabihat ikhtiyaar karta hai uska shumaar usi mai hota hai, neez ye deen k andar ek bida'at hai kyunki aap  ne iska hukam nhi farmaya aur na hi ise khulafa e rashideen, degar sahaba e kiraam, tabayi aur salaf saliheen ne kiya hai, aur is silsile mai warid nasoos mauzu aur zaeef hone par jamhoor ulama ka ittefaaq hai.


SALATUR RAGAA'IB
 
Maah e rajab ki bida'ato mai se ek salatur ragaa'ib bhi hai jo maah e rajab ki pehli jume'raat ka rooza rakhne k baad pehle juma ki raat ko magrib aur isha ki namaz k ma'baeen padhi jati hai.
Is bida'at ko sar anjaam dene k liye ek aesi hadees ka sahara liya jata hai jo mutafakka taur par mauzu (manghadat, khud saakhta) hai, ye namaz 12 rakaat hai, har rakaat mai surah fatiha k baad 3 martaba surah qadr aur 12 martaba surah ikhlaas padhi jati hai, har 2 rakaat par salaam phera jata hai namaz se faragat k baad 70 baar Darood Shareef padha jata hai aur is ke baad 2 sajdeh kiye jaate hai aur har 1 sajdeh mai 70 baar (SUBBUHUN KUDDOOSUN RABBUNA WA RABBUL MALAAA'IKATU WARRUH) padha jata hai, is k baad apni haajat ka sawal kiya jaye to hajat puri ho jayegi phir is namaz ki wo fazilate bayan ki gayi hai jo bazaat e khud us hadees k batlaan ka pata deti hai, masalan us shaks k saare gunah bakhsh diye jayege khuwah samandar k jhaag k barabar ho, qayamat k din wo apne ahle khana k 7 loogo ki shifa'at karega, azaab e qabr se nijaat payega, medaan e mehshar mai wo namaz uske sar par saaya kafan hogi. Is hadees ko Allama ibne jauzi rahimahullah ne al mauzuaat mai zikr kiya hai.
Salatur ragaa'ib sabse pehle baitul muqaddas mai 480 hijri k baad aejaad ki gayi is se pehle kisi ne bhi is namaaz ko nhi padha. (Al hawadas wa al bada'a laabi bakr al tartooshi)
Is namaz k bida'at aur gair sharayi amal hone mai koi shak wa shuba nhi khasusan jab k ye namaz karoon mafzala k baad aejaad ki gayi hai, na to ise nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne padha, na aap k sahaba RA mai se kisi ne, na tabayi, na taba tabayi aur na hi salaf saaliheen rahimahullah ne, halanke wo baad mai aane wale loogo se kahi zayada khair wa neki k harees they.
Sheikhul islam ibne taimiyah rahimahullah farmate hai: "Salatur ragaa'ib ki koi asal nhi hai balke ye no aejaad karda (bida'at) hai lihaza ye na jamaat k saath padhna mustahab hai aur na hi infiraadi taur par, balke sahih muslim mai sabit hai k nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne juma ki raat ko qayam karne k liye aur juma k din ko roza rakhne k liye khaas karne se mana farmaya hai aur is silsile mai jo asar zikr kiya jata hai uske jhoot aur manghadat hone par ualama muttafiq hai, salaf aur aa'imma ne sirey se is ka zikr hi nhi kiya hai". Neez aap rahimahullah farmate hai: "Aa'imma e deen is baat par muttafiq hai k salatur ragaa'ib bida'at hai na to ise Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne masnoon karaar diya aur na hi aapke khulafa ne aur na hi aa'imma e deen masalan imam malik, shafi, ahmad, abu hanifa, soori, ouzayi wagaira rahimahullah mai se kisi ne bhi ise mustahab nhi samjha hai, aur is k baare mai jo hadees marvi hai wo hadees ki maarfat rakhne walo ki nazar mai mutafakka taur par jhoot hai". (Majmua E Fatawa 23/134)
Imam nouvi rahimahullah se salatur ragaa'ib k bare mai daryafat kiya gaya k wo sunnat hai ya bida'at? to aap ne jawab diya: ye ek kabeeh aur sakht napasandeeda bida'at, aur munkir baato par mushtamil hai, lihaza is ko tark karna, is se kinara kushi ikhtiyaar karna aur uske karne wale par nakeer karna zaruri hai, bahut se mumalik mai iske karne walo ki kasrat se dhooke mai nhi padna chahiye aur na hi is baat se dhooke mai ana chahiye k ye bida'at "Quwatul Quloob" aur "Ahya e ulumuddeen" wagaira kitabao mai mazkoor hai kyunki bila shuba ye ek batil bida'at hai, aur sahih hadees mai nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "jis ne hamare is amr (deen) mai koi aesi cheez aejaad ki jo is se nhi hai to wo mardood (na kabil e kabool) hai". (Fatawa E Nouvi safa 40)
Imam ibne qayyim rahimahullah farmate hai: "Isi tarha rajab k pehle juma ki raat ko salatur ragaa'ib padhne ki hadeese nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par jhoot ghadi hui hai". (Al munaarul muneef safa no. 95)
Maloom hua k rajab k pehle juma ki raat ko padhi jane wali namaz ek napasandeeda aur kabeeh tareen bida'at hai ise na rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne masnoon kiya hai aur na aap k khulafa e rashideen mai se kisi ne aur na hi aap k sahaba RA wa tabayi aur mashoor aa'imma e deen mai se kisi ne ise mustahab samjha hai, jabke wo loogo mai sab se jayada khair wa bhalayi aur fazail Amaal k harees they.



JASHN E SHAB E ISRA WA MERAAJ
 
Rajab k mahine mai anjaam di jaane wali munkir bida'ato mai se is ki 27vi shab ko isra wa meraaj ka jashan manana hai, jis k andar aesi ibadate ki jati hai jis k baare mai Allah ta'ala ne koi daleel nhi utaari hai, is raat ko jashan manana aur use mukhtalif ibadato k liye khaas karne ke aetabaar se galat hai:
Awwalan: Isra wa meraaj ka waqiya jis raat ko paish aya uski tareek is k mahine aur saal ki ta'een ki koi daleel nhi, is silsile mai ulama ne 10 se zayed aqwaal par ikhtilaaf kiya hai is liye ise maah rajab ki 27vi raat k sath khaas karna be asal wa be buniyaad hai.
Saniyan: Agar is raat ki ta'een sabit bhi ho jaye tab bhi hamare liye jayez nhi k hum is raat mai koi aesi ibadat kare jise Allah aur uske Rasool ne mashroo nhi kiya hai, chunanche ye sabit nhi hai k aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne is raat ko jashan manaya hai ya ise kisi ibadat k saath khaas kiya hai, isi tarha aap k baad aap k khulafa e rashideen aur degar sahaba e kiraam RA ne bhi ise nhi manaya hai, agar is ka jashan manana mashroo hota to Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ise apne qaul ya fael k zariye ummat k liye zarur bayan karte aur agar is tarha ki koi cheez hui hoti to wo maroof wa mash'hoor hoti aur use sahaba e kiraam RA hum tak zarur nakal karte, kyunki unhone nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k mutalliq har us cheez ko hum tak nakal kiya hai jis ki ummat ko zarurat hai is mai kisi kism ki kami nhi ki hai balke wo loog har bhalayi ki taraf sabkat karne wale they agar is raat ko jashan manana mashroo hota to wo is mai pehal karne wale hote lihaza unke baad aane wale kisi shaks k liye jayez nhi hai k wo islaam k andar koi aesi cheez aejaat kare jise unhone nhi kiya hai.
Salisan: Is jashan k andar mukhtalif unwa'a wa iksaam k munkiraat wa gair sharai umoor anjaam diye jaate hai aur tajjub khaiz baat ye k is jashan ko manane wale aksar aese loog hote hai jo shariyat k wajibaat tak ka ehtamaam nahi karte, baaz to bilkul namaz nhi padhte aur baaz masjido mai namaz ba jamat k liye hazir nahi hote lekin in bida'ato mai bahut sargarmi ka muzahira karte hai.
Lihaza ye deen e islaam ka hissa nhi hai, balke ye deen k andar ziyadati aur aesi shariyat ka aejaat hai jis ka Allah ta'ala ne hukm nhi diya hai, aur Allah k dushmanaan yahood o nasaara ki inke apne deen k andar kami baishi karne aur usme bida'at aejaad karne mai mushabihat hai, neez is se deen mai nuks wa kami aur is par ye ittehaam lazim ata hai k wo kamil nhi hai aur aesa shaks zubaan e haal se ye kehta ahi k NAUZU BILLAH Muhmmad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne tableegh e risalat mai khayanat se kaam liya hai isi tarha is k andar bahut se ahadees e rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki sareeh mukhalifat hai jin mai deen k andar bida'at aejaad karne se daraya gaya hai. 



RAJAB K KUNDEY
 
Bahut se loog is mahine mai imam jafar saadiq k naam k kundey bharte hai aur is ko sabit karne k liye ek jhooti kahani ka sahara lete hai jis ka ma hasal ye hai k madina munawwara mai ek gareeb lakkadhare ki biwi ne jo wazeer k ghar jhaadu deti thi ek din mehal k darwaze k paas imam jafar bin muhammad ko apne sathiyo se farmate hue suna k jo shaks aaj 22 rajab ko naha dho kar mere naam k kundey bhare, phir Allah se jo bhi dua mange kubool hogi warna qayamat k din wo meri girebaar pakad le, chunanche us lakkadhaaran ne aesa hi kiya aur us ka shohar bahut sa maal le kar wapas loota aur ek shandaar mehal tameer karke rehne laga aur wazeer ki biwi ne kundey ki haqeeqat tasleem karne se inkaaar kar diya to uske shohar ki wazarat chali gayi phir jab usne tauba ki aur kundey ki haqeeqat ko tasleem kar liya to uski wazra’rat bahaal ho gayi, uske baad badshah aur uski qaum k loog har saal dhoom dhaam se kunday manane lage.

Is farzi kahani ko agar sharayi hesiyat se dekha jaye to pata chalta hai k is mai ek shirkiya amal ki dawat di gayi hai kyunki usmai Gair Allah (Imam jafar saadiq) k naam ki nazar wa niyaaz di jati hai aur Gair Allah k naam ki nazar wa niyaaz karna shirk hai is liye k nazar manna ibadat hai aur ibadat sirf Allah ta'ala k liye makhsoos hai ise kisi dusre k liye anjaam dena Allah ta'ala k saath shirk hai lihaza kisi nabi, wali, buzurg, peer wagaira k liye nazar manna shirk hai aur wo nazar batil hai usko pura karna jayez nhi hai, Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshaad farmaya: "jo shaks ye nazar maane k wo Allah ta'al ki ita'at karega use chahiye k apni nazar puri kar k Allah ki ita'at kare, aur jo shaks Allah ta'ala ki nafarmani ki nazar maane to use chahiye k Allah ki nafarmani na kare yani apni nazar puri na kare." (Sahih Bukhari)

Isi tarha is kahani k andar 22 rajab ko kundey karne ki baat kahi gayi hai jis ka imam jafar saadiq k yaum e pedaish ya wafaat se koi talluq nhi hai kyunki rajab k mahine mai na unki pedaish hue hai aur na wafaat, neez madina k andar jis wazarat aur badshahat ka zikr kiya gaya hai to tareekh mai uska koi zikr nahi milta, balke imam jafar sadiq k door e hayaat mai musalmano ka darul khalifa ya to damishk mai raha hai ya bagdaad mai, galiban ye shirkiya rasm degar rasoom ki tarah shiyo se sunniyo k yaha a gayi hai, jo haqeeqat mai jalilul qadr sahabi hazrat e Muaviyah Razi Allahu Anhu k yaum e wafaat (22 rajab) par khushi manate hai lekin is par parda daalne k liye lakkadhaare ka afsaana taraash liya hai.

Isi tarha rajab k kundey bharne wale us dauraan Allah ta'ala ki halaal kardah cheez goosht aur machli khane se parhaiz karte hai, jo Allah ta'ala k is farman k khilaaf warzi hai: (YAA AYYUHAL LAZEENA AAMANU LA TUHARRIMU TAYYIBAATI MA AHAL LALLAHU LAKUM) Ae emaan walo Allah ta'ala ne jo pakeeza cheezey tumhare waaste halal ki hai unko haraam mat karo. (Surah maida surah no. 5 ayat no. 87)

Allah ta'ala hamari is bida'at se hifazat farmaye aur jo hamare bhai is bida'at mai mubtala hai Allah ta'ala unhe hidayat de (Aameen Ya Rabbal Alameen)
