NAMAZ: CHAND ZAEEF RIWAYAAT 



Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Alhamdulillah Namaz e Nabwi mein sirf Ahadees e Saheeya se istadlaal kiya gaya hai.

Darj e zail riwayaat ko asar e hazir k azeem muhaddis Allama Muhammad Nasir ud Deen Albani Rahimahullah ne zaeef qaraar diya hai is liye namaz e nabawi mein un riwayaat ko shamil nahi kiya gaya hai agarchey ye riwayaat namaz ki baaz kitaabo mein mojood hai:

1. Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab bait ul khula mein dakhil hote to apni angoothi utaar dete". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 19, Tirmizi Hadees no. 1746)

Ye Riwayat zaeef hai is mein Ibne Jareej Mudallis hai aur wo An se riwayat karta hai.

2. Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se sawal kiya gaya k kya aurat kurte aur oudhni mein namaz padh le jabke tahband na ho? Aapne farmaya "Han! agar kurta lamba hai aur qadmo ki pusht ko dhaanpta hai". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 640)

Iski sanad mein Muhammad bin Zaid bin Qunfaz ki maa Ummey Haraam Maj'hool hai, lihaza ye hadees marfoo aur moqoof dono zaeef hai.

3. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab koi namaz padhey to apne saamne koi cheez rakkhey, agar uske paas (rakhne k liye) asa na ho to khat khinchey phir jo bhi uske aagey se guzrega nuksaan na dega". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 689)

Ye riwayat zaeef hai is mein Abu Umar wa bin Muhammad bin Harees aur uska dada dono maj'hool hai.

4. Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Ha'iza aur jumbi quran majeed na padhey". (Tirmizi Hadees no. 131)

Ye riwayat zaeef hai: Ismaeel bin Ayaash ahle hijaaz se munkir riwayaat bayan karta hai, uska ustaaz Mosa bin Uqba hijaazi hai.

5. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Har baal k nichey janabat hai pas baalo ko dhoowo aur badan paak karo". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 248)

Is riwayat mein Haris bin Wajyah hai jo zaeef hai.

6. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam kulli karne k liye aur naak mein paani daalne k liye alag alag paani lete. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 139)

Ye riwayat zaeef hai, is mein Lais bin abi Saleem Haleef mudallis hai aur wo An se riwayat karta hai.

7. Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir al Juhani Razi Allahu Anhu Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se riwayat karte hai k "Jisne acchi tarah wuzu kiya phir apni nigaah aasmaan ki taraf utha kar shahadatain padha uske liye jannat k aatho darwaazey khool diye jaate hai". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 170)

Ye riwayat zaeef hai, kyunki Abu Aqeel ka chacha-zaad bhai maj'hool hai.

8. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Koi shaks wuzu k bagair azaan na de". (Tirmizi Hadees no. 200, 201)

Is silsile ki dono riwayaat zaeef hai, ek riwayat mein Muawiyah bin Yahya Al Sadafi hai jo zaeef hai aur doosri riwayat munqatey hai, kyunki Ibne Shihaab Zahri ki Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se sima'at sabit nahi.

9. Ziyaad bin Haris Sadaayi bayan karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks azaan kahe wahi takbeer kahe". (Tirmizi Hadees no. 199, Abu Dawood Hadees no. 514)

Abdur Rahman bin Ziyaad Afreeqi k zaeef k bina par ye riwayat zaeef hai.

10. Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ne iqamat kahi jab "QADMA MATIS SALAAH" kaha to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne "AQAMA HALLAHU WA ADAMAHA" kaha. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 528)

Ye riwayat zaeef hai is riwayat mein "RAJULA MIN AHLISH SHAAM" maj'hool hai aur Muhammad bin Sabit zaeef hai.

11. Namaz e Payambar k musannif Dr. Muhammad Ilyas Faisal ne azaan aur takbeer k masa'il mein apne fiqhi maslak ki pairvi mein intihaayi be-insaafi se kaam liya.

Masnoon azaan k kalmaat k saboot mein Hazrat Abdullah bin Zaid Razi Allahu Anhu ki riwayat (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 499) paish ki lekin aadhi hadees ka zikr kiya, riwayat mein mojooda iqamat k alfaaz ka zikr tak nahi kiya kyunki takbeer k taaq kalmaat unke fiqhi maslak mein jayez nahi they.

Isi tarah iqamat k alfaaz k liye Hazrat Abu Mahzoorah Razi Allahu Anhu ki riwayat (Tirmizi Hadees no. 192) paish ki lekin aadhi, hadees k alfaaz mulahiza farmaiye:

Hazrat Abu Mahzoorah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k mujhe Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne azaan k 19 kalmaat aur takbeer k 17 kalmaat sikhaaye. (Tirmizi Hadees no. 192)

Afsoos Dr. Muhammad Ilyaas sahab ne fiqhi taasub ka saboot dete hue azaan k 19 kalmaat ka zikr tak nahi kiya kyunki azaan mein tarjee unke maslak mein jayez nahi hai.

Dr. Mosoof ne apni kitab mein jagah jagah intihaayi be-insaafi ka saboot diya, Ahadees e Saheeya ko zikr karne k bajaaye apne maslak ko sahih sabit karne k liye jayez na-jayez tareeqey ikhtiyaar kiye.

Ek hawala mulahiza farmaiye:

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar aur Hazrat Abdullah ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhum chaar burd (48 kilometer) k lambe safar mein namaz qasar padhte aur rooza iftaar karte aur chaar burd 16 farsakh k barabar hote hai. (Sahih Bukhari)

Bukhari mein ye riwayat sanad k saath mojood nahi hai, Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah ne baab mein bila sanad is riwayat ka zikr kiya, inko Taaliqaat e Bukhari kaha jata hai, Bukhari ki Sahih riwayat mein inka shumaar nahi hota.

ye hawala bhi mulahiza farmaiye:

(Tashahud mein padhte hue) jab "ASH'HADU AN LA ILAHA" par pahunchey to haath ki badi ungli aur angoothey ka halqa banaye, shahadat ki ungli se isharah kare aur "ILLALLAH" par ungli ko nichey kare. (Safa no. 196)

Doraan e khutba sunnatey na padhey. (Safa no. 244)

Unhone apni baat ki koi daleel naqal nahi ki, aesa karna Ahadees e Saheeya se sabit nahi, balke ye baat sahih ahadees k khilaaf hai.

12. Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k sunnat ye hai k haath naaf k nichey rakkhey jaye. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 756)

Ye riwayat zaeef hai kyunki Ziyad bin Zaid Maj'hool hai aur Abdur Rahman bin Is'haaq al Koofi ko jamhoor muhaddiseen ne zaeef kaha hai.

13. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k "Namaz mein hath naaf se nichey rakkho". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 758)

Is riwayat mein bhi Abdur Rahman bin Is'haaq al Koofi hai jo zaeef hai.

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Namaz mein apni ungliyo ko na chatkhaao". (Ibne Maja Hadees no. 965)

Iski sanad mein Haris bin Abdullah al aawad hai aur wo zaeef hai.

14. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks "WAT TEENI WAZ ZAITOON" ki tilawat karte hue "ALAI SALLAHU BI AHKAMIL HAKIMEEN" kahe to use chahiye k kahe "BALA WA INNA ALA ZALIKA MINSH SHAHIDEEN" aur jab Surah Qiyaamah ki tilawat karte hue ye aayat "ALAISA ZALIKA BI QADIRIN ALA AYYUH YIYAL MAUTA" padhey to jawab mein kahe "BALA". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 887, Tirmizi Hadees no. 3347)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se sun'ney wala aaraabi maj'hool hai, lihaza riwayat zaeef hai.

15. Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo koi ruku mein teen baar "SUBHANA RABBI YAL AZEEM" kahe to uska ruku poora hoga aur ye adna darja hai aur jo koi sajdah mein teen baar "SUBHANA RABBI YAL AALA" kahe to uska sajdah poora ho gaya aur ye adna darja hai. (Tirmizi Hadees no. 261, Abu Dawood Hadees no. 886)

Riwayat zaeef hai kyunki Awan bin Abdullah ki Ibne Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu se mulaqaat sabit nahi, lihaza asnad munqatey hai aur Is'haaq bin Yazeed maj'hood hai.

16. Hazrat Wayel bin Hujar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab sajdah karte to apne ghutne apne haatho se pehle rakhte aur jab sajdey se uthtey to haatho ko ghutno se pehle uthaate". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 736, 838, 839, Tirmizi Hadees no. 268)

Iski ek sanad mein Abdul Jabbaar bin Wayel hai, jisne apne walid se kuch nahi suna, doosri sanad mein Shareek al Qaazi hai jo zaeef aur mudallis hai aur An se riwayat karta hai.

17. Hazrat Abdullah bin Zaid Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam (tashahud mein) apni ungli ko harkat nahi dete they. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 989)

Muhammad bin Ajlaan mudallis hai aur An se riwayat karta hai.

18. Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam do rakaato k baad (tashahud mein) is tarah baithte goya k garam patthar par baithey hue hai yaha tak k khade ho jaate. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 995, Tirmizi Hadees no. 366)

Iski sanad munqatey hai kyunki Abu Ubaidah ne apne walid se kuch nahi suna.

19. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tumhey namaz mein shak ho k teen padhi hai ya chaar aur ziyadah gumaan chaar rakaat ka ho to salaam pherne se pehle do sajde karo phir tashahud padho phir salaam phero". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1028)

Riwayat zaeef aur munqatey hai, Khusaif zaeef hai aur Abu Ubaidah ne apne baap se kuch nahi suna.

20. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Farz namaz har musalman k pichey wajib hai chahey naik ho ya badd aur chahey wo kabeerah gunah kare". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 594)

Riwayat zaeef hai kyunki Mak'hool ne Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se kuch nahi suna.

21. Hazrat Sayib bin Yazeed Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Jab Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam juma k din mimbar par baithey to masjid k darwazey par azaan di jaati. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1088)

Is riwayat mein Muhammad bin Is'haaq Mudallis hai aur An se riwayat karta hai, alawah azee ye mimbar k paas azaan dene ki mehfooz riwayat (Tabraani 7:146) k khilaaf bhi hai.

22. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Juma us shaks par farz hai jo juma padh kar raat ko wapas apne ahle o ayaal mein aa sakey". (Tirmizi Hadees no. 502)

Abdullah bin Saad al Maqbari matrook, Hijaaz bin Nasr aur Ma'aarak bin Ibaad zaeef hai.

23. Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Juma us shaks par laazim hai jo azaan ki aawaaz suney". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1056)

Is riwayat mein Abu Salma bin Nabeeyah aur Abudllah bin Haroon Maj'hool hai.

24. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Eid k din barish thi is liye Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne masjid mein namaz e eid padhaayi". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1160)

Is riwayat mein Esa bin Abdul Aala maj'hool hai.

25. Takbeeraat e eid k alfaaz:

"ALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR, LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU, WALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR, WA LILLAHIL HAMD" k masnoon hone ki koi daleel nahi hai.

Daare Qutni mein in alfaaz ki sarahat aayi hai lekin Imam Zahbi ne ise sakht zaeef balke mouzu kaha hai.

26. Hazrat Bureedah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Witr haqq hai jo witr na padhey wo hum mein se nahi, aapne teen baar farmaya". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1419)

Is mein Abdullah bin Abdullah al Manka al Maroozi zaeef hai.

27. Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha bayan karti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam witr ki do rakaat par salaam nahi phairte they. (Nasaayi Hadees no. 1698)

Is mein Qatadah mudallis hai jo An se riwayat karta hai.

28. Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne safar kiya aur poori namaz bhi padhi. (Sharah Sunnah, Daare Qutni, Behaqui)

Ek sanad mein Talha bin Umar hai jo zaeef hai, doosri sanad mein Saeed bin Muhammad bin Tawaab hai jiski jaraah wa tadeel mojood nahi.

29. Hazrat Abdullah bin abi Aufi Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis shaks ko Allah ta'ala se ya kisi insaan se hajat ho to wuzu kare phir do rakaat padhey aur phir ye dua kare". (Tirmizi Hadees no. 479, Ibne Maja Hadees no. 1384)

Is mein Fayid bin Abdur Rahman matrook hai.

30. Maaqil bin Yasar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Apne murdo par Surah Yaseen padho". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 3121)

Abu Usman aur uska walid dono maj'hool hai.

ESAAL E SAWAB K TAREEQEY 



Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

1. Hazrat Abu Hurairha Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Marne k baad insaan k aamaal k sawab ka silsila munqatey (toot) ho jata hai lekin teen cheezo ka sawab mayyit ko milta rehta hai:

1. Sadqa e Jaariya
2. Loogo ko faida dene wala ilm
3. Naik aulaad jo mayyit k liye dua kare. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Waseeyah Hadees no. 1631)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Momin ko marne k baad jin aamaal aur naikiyo ka sawab milta rehta hai us mein:

1. Wo ilm jo usne loogo ko sikhaya aur phailaya
2. Naik aulaad hai jo usne apne pichey choodi
3. Quran ki taleem jo loogo ko sikhaayi
4. Masjid jo tameer karaayi
5. Musafir-khana
6. Wo sadqa jo sehat ki halat mein usne nikala, us sabka sawab marne k baad milta rehta hai". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Muqadmah Hadees no. 242)

2. Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Hazrat Saad bin Ubadah Razi Allahu Anhu ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se apni maa ki nazar k baare mein sawal kiya jise poora karne se pehle wo faut ho gayi thi, Aapne farmaya "Apni maa ki taraf se tum nazar poori karo". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wasaaya Hadees no. 2761, Sahih Muslim Kitabun Nazar Hadees no. 1638)

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k qabeela juhaina ki ek aurat Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein hazir hui aur arz kiya k meri maa ne hajj ki nazar maani thi lekin hajj karne se pehle hi faut ho gayi kya mein uksi tarf se hajj karu, Aapne farmaya "Han! uski taraf se hajj karo, agar tumhari walidah par qarz hota to kyu tum ada karti?" usne arz ki han! Aapne farmaya "Allah ka qarz yaani nazar ada karo, Allah ta'ala ziyaadh haqdaar hai k uska qarz ada kiya jaye". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jaza us said Hadees no. 1852)

3. Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Jo shaks faut ho jaye aur uske zimmey roozey baaqi ho to uska waris roozey rakkhey". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Saum Hadees no. 1956, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Siyaam Hadees no. 1147)

4. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek shaks ne Rasool allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se arz kiya k mera baap faut ho gaya hai aur usne kuch maal chooda hai lekin koi waseeyat nahi ki agar mein uski taraf se khairaat karu to kya ye uske gunaho ka kaffarah banega? Aapne farmaya "Han". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Wasiyah Hadees no. 1630)

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k ek shaks (Saad bin Ubadah) ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se arz kiya k meri maa achanak mar gayi aur mera gumaan hai k agar wo baat karti to kuch sadqa khairaat karti, ab agar mein uski taraf se khairaat karu to kya usko kuch sawab milega? Aaapne farmaya "Han". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1388, Sahih Muslim Kitabuz Zakaat Hadees no. 1004)

5. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmya ak "Momin ki rooh qarz k saath mu'allaq rehti hai jab tak wo ada na kar diya jaye". (Tirmizi Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1078)

Baaz loog mayyit ko sawab pahunchane k liye teesre din, daswey din ya chaleesvey din khane ka ehtamaam karte hai, baaz har jumeraat ya har saal barsi mana kar khana taqseem karte hai, baaz quran-khuwani karwaate hai, yani quran padh kar sawab murdo mein taqseem karte hai baaz chadar bicha kar guthliyo par sawa laakh martaba "LA ILAHA ILLALLAH" ya Darood Shareef padhte hai, aur uska sawab mayyit ko pahunchte hai in baato ka Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum se koi saboot nahi lihaza ye bidaat hai, inse bachna wajib hai aur esaal e sawab k wahi tareeqey ikhtiyaar karne chahiye jinka saboot Ahadees E Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam mein mojood hai.

Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu k saamne ek aadmi ko cheenk aayi to usne "ALHAMDU LILLAHI WAS SALAATU WAS SALAAMU ALA RASOOLILLAH" kaha ye sun kar Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmane lage "Mein bhi "ALHAMDU LILLAHI WAS SALAATU WAS SALAAMU ALA RASOOLILLAH" keh sakta hu magar Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne is mouqey par hamey ye taleem nahi di balke ye farmaya k cheenk aaney par "ALHAMDU LILLAHI ALA KULLI HAAL" padha jaye. (Tirmizi Kitabul Adab Hadees no. 2738, Imam Hakim 4:265, 266 aur Imam Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "MAN AHDASA FI AMRINA HAZA MA LAISA MINHU FA HUWA RADD" Jisne hamare is deen mein koi aesi baat shamil ki jo is mein se nahi hai to wo mardood hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Sulah Hadees no. 2697, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Aqzeeyah Hadees no. 1718)

Maloom hua k deen mein apni taraf se kisi qism ki ziyadati nahi karni chahiye.

QABRO KI ZIYARAT

QABRO KI ZIYARAT 



Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Mene tumhey qabro ki ziyarat se mana kiya tha, ab tum unki ziyarat kiya karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 977)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne apni walidah ki qabr ki ziyarat ki, khud bhi rooye aur jo aapke saath they wo bhi rooye phir aapne farmaya "Mene apni walidah ki bakhshish ki dua karne k liye Allah ta'ala se ijazat maangi, mujhe ijazat nahi mili, phir mene uski qabr ki ziyarat karne ki ijazat maangi pas mujhe ijazat de di gayi pas tum bhi qabro ki ziyarat kiya karo kyunki qabro ki ziyarat maut ki yaad dilati hai". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 9766)

Sheikh Albani farmate hai Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne qabro ki ziyarat karne wali aurato par lanat ki, magar uske baad aapne ijazat de di to usme mard wa aurat dono shamil hai.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek aesi aurat par se guzrey jo qabr par baithi roo rahi thi aapne usey Allah se darne aur sabr karne ka hukm diya. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1252, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 926)

Agar aurato ka qabristan jana jayez hota to aap usko qabristan mein aaney se bhi mana kar dete.

Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha apne bhai Abdur Rahman ki qabr ki ziyarat ko gayi unse kaha gaya, kya Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne (aurato ko) is se mana nahi kiya tha? to Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaya pehle kiya tha phir ijazat de di thi. (Mustadrak E Hakim 1:376, ise Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih aur Hafiz Aeraaqi ne jaid kaha)

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai mene Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se pucha jab mein qabristan mein jau to konsi dua padhu? aapne dua sikhaayi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 974)
is se bhi maloom hua k aurato ka qabristan jana jayez hai.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne kasrat se qabro ki ziyarat karne wali aurato par lanat farmayi hai. (Tirmizi Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1056, Imam Tirmizi aur Ibne Hibban ne ise sahih kaha)

Kyunki inme sabr ka maada kam hota hai neez wo shirkiya umoor mein bhi taiz hoti hai, ye qabro ki ziyarat is liye mashroo nahi k waha ja kar shirk wa bidaat k kaam kiye jaye balke qabro ki ziyarat se maut ko yaad karna maqsood hai.

Maloom hua k aurato k liye ba-kasrat ziyarat to mana hai magar kabhi kabhaar jayez hai.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Murdo ko bura na kaho wo to aagey bhejey hue (aamaal) ki taraf chale gaye hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1393)


AHLE QUBOOR K LIYE DUA KARTE WAQT HAATH UTHANA

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai k "Ek raat Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ghar se nikle aur (madeena k qabristan) baqee pahunchey aur dair tak waha khade rahe phir aapne dono haath utha kar dua ki, aapne teen baar aesa kiya phir wapas aaye, phir aapne Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ko bataya k mere paas Hazrat Jibraeel Alihis Salaam aaye aur kaha k tumhara rabb tumhey hukm farmata hai k tum baqee k qabristan jao aur unke liye maghfirat ki dua karo, Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne arz kiya k mein unke liye kese dua karu to aapne farmaya yuh kaho:

"ASSALAAMU ALA AHLID DIYAARI MINAL MOOMINEENA WAL MUSLIMEENA WA YAR HAMULLAHUL MUSTAQDIMEENA MINNA WAL MUSTAAKHIREENA WA INNA IN SHA ALLAHU BI KUM LALAHIQOON"

"Momin aur musalman ghar walo par salamati ho, hum mein se aagey jaane walo aur pichey rehne walo par Allah ta'ala raham farmaye aur agar Allah ne chaha to hum bhi anqareeb tum se milne wale hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 974)

Muslim hi ki ek riwayat mein ye alfaaz bhi hai:

"AS ALULLAHA LANA WALAKUMUL AAFIYAAH"

"Mein Allah ta'ala se apne aur tumhare liye aafiyat ki dua karta hu". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 975)

QABRO KO PUKHTA BANANE KI MUMANIYAT 



Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Qabro ko uncha karna, pukhta banana, un par gumbad aur qubbey banana haraam hai.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne pukhta qabrey aur un par imarat (gumbad wagairah) banaane se mana kiya aapne qabr par baithne aur unki taraf muh karke namaz padhne se (bhi) mana farmaya hai. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 972)

Chahey koi shaks mujawar ban kar baithey ya chillah kashi k liye, sab na-jayez hai.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne qabro par likhne se bhi mana farmaya hai. (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3226, Hakim 1:370 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k mujhe Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hukm diya k mein har tasweer mita du aur har unchi qabr barabar kardu. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 949)

Hazrat Ummey Habeeba aur Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se ek girjey (church) ka zikr kiya k us mein tasweerey lagi thi, Aapne farmaya k "Jab un loogo ka koi naik shaks mar jata to wo uski qabr par masjid banate aur waha tasweerey banaate, qayamat k din ye loog Allah k nazdeek badtareen makhlooq honge". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 427, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 528)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne aakhri beemari (marazul maut) mein farmaya "Allah ta'ala yahood o nasara par laanat kare jinhone apne paighambaro ki qabro ko masjidey bana liya" Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaya "Agar is baat ka darr na hota k loog aapki qabr ko masjid bana lenge to aapki qabr khuli jagah mein hoti". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1390, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 529)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k siyah rang ki ek khatoon Masjid (nabvi) mein jhaadu phaira karti thi, wo mar gayi aur Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko uski maut ka ilm na hua, ek din Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne uske baare mein pucha, Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ne bataya k wo faut ho gayi hai, Aapne farmaya "Tumne mujhe ittela kyu na di? mujhe uski qabr batao" Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ne aapko uski qabr bataayi, phir aapne qabr par namaz e janazah padhi aur farmaya "Ye qabrey tareeki aur zulmat se bhari hui hai, meri namaz k sabab Allah ta'ala inko roshan kar deta hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitbaul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1337, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 956)

Is se maloom hua k masjid ki safaayi karne ki badi fazilat hai neez ye bhi maloom hua k Allah ta'ala ne Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko har qism ki ghaibi khabrey ata nahi ki thi.


TADFEEN WA ZIYARAT

Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne teen auqaat mein namaz padhne aur murdo ko dafan karne se mana farmaya:

1. Tulu aaftaab k waqt hatta k wo buland ho jaye.
2. Jab Sooraj do-pehar k waqt aen sar par ho hatta k dhal jaye.
3. Ghuroob aaftaab k waqt hatta k ghuroob ho jaye". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 831)

Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k namaz e janazah, namaz e fajr aur namaz e asar k baad ada ki ja sakti hai. (Muatta Imam Malik Kitabul Jana'iz 1:229)

Jang e uhad k din Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum se farmaya "Qabr gehri khood do aur usey hamwaar aur saaf rakkho". (Tirmizi Kitabul Jihaad Hadees no. 1713, Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3215, Imam Tirmizi ne ise sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Yazeed Razi Allahu Anhu ne haaris ka namaz e janazah padhaaya phir mayyit ko pao ki taraf se qabr mein dakhil kiya aur farmaya k ye sunnat hai. (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3211, Imam Behaqui ne ise sahih kaha)


MAYYIT KO QABR MEIN RAKHTE WAQT KI DUA

Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab mayyit ko qabr mein rakhte to kehte:

"BISMILLAHI WA ALA SUNNATI RASOOLILLAHI SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WA SALLAM"

"Allah k naam se aur Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k mazhab aur tareeqey par (ise dafan karte hai)". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3213, ise Imam Hakim aur Imam Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Afsoos k ye sunnat bhi mit'ti chali ja rahi hai kyunki loogo ne iska mutbadil dhoond rakkha hai yaani wahi naarah kalma e shahadat "ASH'HADU ALLAH ILAHA ILLALLAH"

Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqaas Razi Allahu Anhu ne wasiyat ki k mere liye luhad banana aur us par kuch eentey lagana jese Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k liye kiya gaya tha. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 966)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki qabr ounth ki kohaan jese thi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1390)

Hazrat Usman bin Affaan Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab mayyit k dafan se faarigh ho jaate to qabr par khade hue farmate "Apne bhai k liye bakhshish aur sabit qadmi ki dua karo kyunki ab us se sawal wa jawab ho rahe hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3221, Hakim 1:370 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)


QABR PAR BA-TAUR E ALAMAT PATTHAR NASB KARNA

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Usman bin Maz'oon Razi Allahu Anhu ki qabr par alamat k taur par ek patthar nasb farmaya". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1561)


QABR PAR MITTI DAALNA

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne janazah ki namaz padhi phir qabr k paas aaye aur sar ki taraf se teen lap mitti daali. (Ibne Maja Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1565)

Jis Din Najjashi faut hua, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Sahaba k saath nikle, saff-bandi ki aur chaar takbeeraat k saath (namaz e janazah) ada ki. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1254, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 951)

Aur farmaya k "Apne bhai ki namaz e janazah ada karo kyunki arz e ghair (doosri zameen) mein faut hua". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1537)

Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek din bahar nikle aur uhad k shohda k liye is tarah namaz padhi jese mayyit par namaz padhte hai". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 1343, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Fazail Hadees no. 2296)

Is se maloom hua k mayyit ki ghayibaana namaz e janazah padhi ja sakti hai Imam Shafi aur Imam Ahmad bin Hambal ka yahi maslak hai.

Magar Sahaba e Kiram Razi Allahu Anhum aur Tabaeen Rahimahullah mein ghayibaana namaz e janazah k mamool na hone ki sabse badi daleel ye hai k Khulafa e Rashideen ki ghayibaana namaz e janazah poori islami mamlakat mein ada ki jaati, magar aesa kisi se bhi manqool nahi hai, Ibne Qayyim, Ibne Taimiyah, Allama Nasiruddin Albani Rahimahullah aur muhaqqiqeen ki ek jamaat ghayibaan namaz e janazah ada karne ki qayil nahi hai.

Hafiz ibne Abdul Barr farmate hai "Agar ghayib par namaz e janazah jayez hoti to Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam apne Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ki ghayibaana namaz e janazah ada karte isi tarah sharq wa garb (mashriq wa maghrib) mein rehne wale musalman, khulafa e rashideen ki bhi ghayibaana namaz e janazah padhte, magar aesa kisi se bhi manqool nahi hai".

Ibne Qayyim Rahimahullah ne farmaya "Musalmano mein bahut se aese loog faut hue jo Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se ghayib they magar aapne un mein se kisi ki ghayibaana namaz e janazah ada nahi ki".

JANAZAH K MASA'IL

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

1. Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum janazah dekho to khade ho jao aur jo shaks janazah k saath jaye us waqt tak na baithey jab tak janazah na rakkha jaye". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1310, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 959)

2. Jab Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqaas Razi Allahu Anhu ka intaqaal hua to Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaya k unka janazah masjid mein lao takey mein bhi namaz e janazah mein shareek ho jao loogo ne tami kiya to unhone farmaya k Allah ki qasam Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Suhail Razi Allahu Anhu aur unke bhai ki namaz e janazah masjid mein padhaayi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 973)

Siddeque Akbar Razi Allahu Anhu ki namaz e janazah bhi masjid mein padhi gayi neez Farooq e Aazam Razi Allahu Anhu ki namaz e janazah Suhaib Razi Allahu Anhu ne masjid mein padhaayi. (Behaqui 4:52)

3. Jis janazey k saath khilaf e shari kaam ho uske saath jana mana hai. Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne us janazey k saath jaane se mana farmaya jiske saath noha aur matam karne wali aurate ho". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1583)

4. Hazrat Mugheera bin Shoba Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Sawaar janazey k pichey rahe aur paidal chalne wale janazey k qareeb rahte hue aagey, pichey daaye aur baaye chal sakte hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3180, Imam Tirmizi ne hasan kaha)

NAMAZ E JANAZAH

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Emaan ki halat mein sawab ki niyat se jo kisi musalman k janazah k saath jata, uske saath rehta, uska janazah padhta aur usko dafan karke farigh hota hai to uske liye do qeeraat sawab hai, har qeeraat uhad pahaad k barabar hai aur jo (sirf) janazah padh kar wapas aa jata hai to uske liye ek qeeraat hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 47, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 945)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis musalman k janazah mein aese 40 aadmi shamil ho jo Allah k saath shirk na karte ho to Allah ta'ala us (mayyat k haqq) mein unki sifarish qabool karta hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 948)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "4 musalman jis musalman ki tareef kare aur acchi shahadat de, Allah usko jannat mein dakhil karega, humne arz kiya "aur 3?" Aapne farmaya "3 bhi" humne arz kiya "aur 2?" aapne farmaya "2 bhi, phir humne ek k baare mein nahi pucha". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1368)

Yaha un musalmano ki gawahi muraad hai jin ka aqeedah wa amal aur akhlaaq wa kirdaar kitab o sunnat k mutabiq ho. (Wallahu Aalam)

Namaz e janazah padhne k liye mayyat ki chaar-paayi is tarah rakkhey k mayyat ka sar shimaal ki simt aur pao junoob ki jaanib ho, phir ba-wuzu ho kar safey baandhey.

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu ne ek mard ka janazah padhaya to wo (uske) sarke saamne khade hue phir ek aurat ka janazah laya gaya to wo uske darmiyaan khade hue aur farmaya k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aesa hi karte they. (Tirmizi Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1034, Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3194, Imam Tirmizi ne ise hasan kaha)

Phir dil mein niyat karke dono haath kandho ka kaano tak uthaaiye aur pehli takbeer keh kar surah fatiha padhey.


JANAZAH MEIN SURAH FATIHA

Hazrat Abu Umama bin Sahal Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k namaz e janazah mein sunnat tareeqa ye hai k pehli takbeer kahi jaye, phir fatiha padhi jaye, phir Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par darood aur mayyat k liye dua (ki jaaye) uske baad salaam (phera jaye). (Musannaf Abdur Razzaaq Hadees no. 6428, 3:489, 490, Hafiz ibne Hajar ne ise sahih kaha)

Hazrat Talha bin Abdullah bin Aouf Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k mene Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu k pichey namaz e janazah padhi to aapne Surah Fatiha padhi, aur farmaya "Mene ye is liye kiya k takey tum jaan lo k ye sunnat hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1335)

Is se jahri qiraat bhi sabit hui, tajjub hai jo loog uth'te baith'te "Fatiha" ka naam lete hai wo namaz e janazah mein ise padhte hi nahi.

Hazrat Talha bin Abdullah kehte hai k mene Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu k pichey namaz e janazah padha unhone Surah Fatiha aur ek aur Surah padhi aur buland aawaaz se qiraat ki hatta k humne suna, jab farigh hue to farmaya "Ye sunnat aur haqq hai". (Nasaayi Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1987, 4:74-75, Ibne Tarkumani ne sahih kaha)


NAMAZ E JANAZAH KA SIRRAN PADHNA SUNNAT HAI

Hazrat Abu Umama bin Sahal Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k namaz e janazah mein sunnat tareeqa ye hai k imam pehli takbeer k baad Surah Fatiha sirran (aahista awaaz se) padhey phir teen takbeeraat kehe aur aakhiri takbeer k sath salaam phaira jaya. (Nasayi 4:75, 1989, Hafiz ibne Hajar ne ise sahih kaha)

Buland aawaaz se bhi janazah padhaya ja sakta hai, chunanchey Hazrat Aouf bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k, Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne namaz e janazah mein ek dua padhi jo mene yaad karli aur mene tamanna ki kaash k ye mera janazah hota. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 963)


JANAZAH KI TAKBEERAAT

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k beshak Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne najjashi k janazah mein 4 takbeeraat kahi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1333, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 951)

Hazrat Zaid bin Arkam Razi Allahu Anhu namaz e janazah par 4 takbeeraat kehte, ek janazah par unhone 5 takbeeraat kahi aur farmaya k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam is tarah bhi karte they. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 957)

MAYYAT PAR ROONA



Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Agar mayyat ko dekh kar roona aaye aur aansu jaari ho to mana nahi, is liye k ye be-ikhtiyaar rona hai jo jayez hai, Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Saad bin Ubada ki behoshi par rooye Sahaba bhi aapko dekh kar rooye pas aapne farmaya suno "Allah t'ala aankh k roone aur dil k pareshan hone ki wajah se azaab nahi karta balke zuban (k chalane aur wa waila karne) se azaab karta hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1304, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 924)
Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya (Allah k han) wo sabr motabar hai jo sadmey k shuru mein ho. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1302, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 926)
Yaani ba baila aur bain karne k baad sabr karna, sabr nahi hai, asal sabr ye hai k museebat k waqt tasleem wa raza ka muzahirah kiya jaye aur izhaar e gham k fitri tareeqey k alawah aur kuch na kiya jaye.
Hazrat Abdullh bin Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Wo hum mein se nahi hai jo rukhsar peetey, girebaan phaade aur jahiliyat ki pukar pukaare"(yaani nooha aur wa baila kare). (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1294, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 103)
Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Mein bezaar hu us se jo (mayyat ki museebat mein) sar k baal nochey aur chilla kar rooye aur apne kapde phaade". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1296, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 104)
Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: Allah ta'ala farmata hai "Mere (us) momin bande k liye bahisht hai jiske piyaare ko mein ahle dunya se qabz karta hu aur wo (uski maut par) sabr karta hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabur Riqaaq Hadees no. 6424)
Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jahiliyat k chaar kaam aese hai jinhey meri ummat k loog bhi karengey:
1. (Apne) hasb par fakhar karna
2. (Doosre k) nasb par taan karna
3. Sitaaro k zariye paani talab karna
4. Nooha karna, (aur ye bhi farmaya) "Agar nooha karne wali aurat marne se pehle tauba na kare to qayamat k din us par gandhak ka kurta aur kharish ki oudhni hogi". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 934)
Ahle Jahiliyat ka aqeedah tha k sitaaro ki naqal wa harkat aur tulu wa ghuroob ka barish aur daigar zameeni waqiyaat wa hawadas k saath gehra talluq hai aaj kal ilm e nujoom bhi inhi shirkiya khurafaat se ibarat hai, Allah ta'ala mehfooz rakkhey. (Aameen)
Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k baite Ibraheem jab halat e naza mein they to aapne usey uthaya aur farmaya "Aankh aansu baha rahi hai aur dil ghamgeen hai magar uske ba-wajood hum kuch nahi kahenge siwa e us (baat) k jis se hamara rabb raazi ho, aur Allah ki qasam ae Ibraheem! hum teri judaayi k sabab ghamgeen hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1303, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Fazail Hadees no. 2315)
Maloom hua k Allah ta'ala mehboob ki muhabbat mein aa kar apne faisle nahi badalta balke jo chahta hai so karta hai, wo kisi ki taaqat se mar'oob hota hai na kisi ki muhabbat se maghloob, gafoor ur raheem hai tu har ek k liye aur agar be-niyaaz hai to sabke liye.
Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka nawasa faut hua to aapki aankho se aansu jaari ho gaye, Hazrat Saad bin Ubada Razi Allahu Anhu ne arz ki ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! ye kya hai? aapne farmaya "Ye wo rahmat hai jo Allah ne apne bando k dilo mein paida ki hai aur Allah apne bando mein se rahmat karne walo par hi rahmat karta hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1284, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 923)
Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis aurat k teen bacchey mar jaaye aur wo Allah ki raza-mandi ki khatir sabr kare to wo jahannam ki aag se aadh banenge ek aurat ne pucha agar do bacchey mar jaye to? aapne farmaya "do bacchey bhi" Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k us se muraad wo bacchey hai jo abhi baligh na hue ho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Ilm Hadees no. 101, Sahih Muslim Kitabur Birr wa silah Hadees no. 2633, 2634)
Ek riwayat mein hai k wo apne maa baap se milenge phir unka kapda ya haath pakdenge aur unko na choodenge yaha tak k Allah unko aur unke baapo ko jannat mein dakhil kar dega. (Sahih Muslim Kitabur Birr wa Silah Hadees no. 2635)
Ek aur riwayat mein hai k Allah ta'ala un baccho par (apni) rahmat aur fazal k sabab us shaks ko (yaani unke walid ko) jannat mein dakhil karega. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1248) ba-shart k walid ka aqeedah durust ho.
ACHANAK MAUT
Hazrat Ubaid bin Khalid Salmi Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Achanak maut (kafir k liye) Allah ta'ala ki ghazab ki pakad hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 311, Musnad Ahmad 4:219)
MAUT K WAQT PAISHANI PAR PASEENA
Hazrat Bureedah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Maut k waqt momin ki paishani par paseena aa jata hai". (Tirmizi Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 982, Imam Tirmizi ne ise hasan kaha)
JIS GHAR MEIN WAFAAT HO UNKE HAN KHANA PAKA KAR BHEJNA
Hazrat Abdullah bin Jafar Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k jab Hazrat Jafar Razi Allahu Anhu ki wafaat ki khabar aayi to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Aale jafar k liye khana tayyar karo un loogo par aesi museebat aayi hai jis mein wo khana nahi paka sakengey". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3132, Ibne Maja Hadees no. 1610)
Kitni buri aur na-munasib baat hai k baaz ahle mayyat doosro k liye khane ka intazaam karte hai.
TAZIYAT K MASNOON ALFAAZ
"INNA LILLAHI MA AKKHARA WA LAHU MA AATAA WA KULLU SHAI'IN INDAHU BI AJALIN MUSAMMAN FAL TASBIR WAL TAHTASIB"
"Yaqeenan Allah ka (maal) hai jo usne le liya aur usi ka hai jo usne de rakkha hai uske han har cheez (k fana hone) ka waqt muqarrar hai (lihaza) sabr karke uska ajr o sawab hasil karo". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 1284, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 923)

Hazrat Zainab binte Jahash Razi Allahu Anha k bhai ka inteqaal ho gaya, teen din baad unhone khushbu mangwaayi aur usko mala, phir kaha mujhe khushbu ki zaroorat nahi thi magar mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se suna k jo aurat Allah t'ala aur qayamat par emaan rakhti ho uske liye halaal nahi k teen din se ziyaadah kisi mayyat par soog kare, siwaye shohar k jiska soog chaar maah das din hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1282, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 1487)

Hazrat Ummey Ateeya Razi Allahu Anha ka ladka faut ho gaya, teesre din unhone zardi mangwa kar badan par mali aur kaha "Hamare liye shohar k alawah kisi aur (ki wafaat) par teen din se ziyaadah soog karna mamnoo hai". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 1279)

MARD KO 3 KAPDO MEIN KAFAN DENA MASNOON HAI

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko teen (safaid) kapdo mein kafan diya gaya us mein kurta tha na amama. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1264, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 941)

Aurat k kafan mein 5 kapde istemaal hote hai Hasan Basri Rahimahullah farmate hai k aurat k kafan ka paanchva kapda wo hai jo qamees k nichey rehta hai, us se aurat ka satar aur raaney baandhi jaati hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz)

Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Ahram ki halat mein ek shaks ki gardan uske ounth ne tood daali to aapne farmaya k "Usko paani aur bairi k patto se ghusal do aur do kapdo mein use kafan do". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 1265, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 1206)

Aur ye do kapde wo hai jin mein usne ahraam bandha hua tha. (Nasayi Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1904)

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne uhad k shohda k baare mein hukm diya k unko khoon aalood (kapdo samait) dafan kiya jaye aur na wo ghusal diye gaye aur na hi unki namaz e janazah padhi gayi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1343)

MARNE SE PEHLE APNA KAFAN TAYYAR KARNA JAYEZ HAI

Hazrat Sahal bin Saad Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek aurat Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k paas ek buni hui haashiye daar chadar tohfa mein laayi, aapko us waqt chadar ki zaroorat thi aapne le li aur uska tahband banaya, ek Sahabi (Abdur Rahman bin Aouf) kehne lage kya umdah chadar hai aap mujhko de dijiye, aapne chadar unhey de di, loogo ne kaha k tumne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se chadar maang kar accha nahi kiya aapko khud zaroorat thi, Abdur Rahman kehne lage: Allah ki qasam mene pehan'ne k liye nahi maangi balke mein usko apna kafan banaunga, phir wo chadar unka kafan bani. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1277)

Hazrat Ummey Ateeya Razi Allahu Anha ne kaha, hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki beti zainab ko nehla rahe they to aapne farmaya "Usko 3, 5 ya 7 baar pani aur bairi k patto se ghusal do aur aakhiri baar (pani mein) kuch kafoor bhi mila lo, aur ghusal se faraghat par mujhe ittela kar dena ghusal daayi taraf aaza e wuzu se shuru karo" (Ummey Ateeya kehti hai) humne (ghusal k baad) uske baalo ki teen chotiyo goondhi aur unko pichey daal diya. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1258, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 939)

Is hadees se maloom hua k aurat ko auratey hi ghusal degi.

Miya beewi ek doosre ko ghusal de sakte hai: Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se kaha k "Agar tum mujhse pehle mar gayi to mein tumhey ghusal dunga, kafan pehnaunga aur tum par namaz e janazah padhunga aur tumhey dafan karunga". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1465)

Yaad rahe k ghusal e mayyat ka bhi taqreeban ghusal janabat wala hai albatta ghusal k doraan mayyat ka bahut khayal rakhna chahiye, tafseel darj zail hai:

1. Wafaat k foran baad mayyat ka muh aur aankhey band ki jaye, baazu, taangey aur hath paon ki ungliya bhi seedhi kardi jaye neez qamees aur banyaan wagairah utaar kar chadar se mayyat ka badan dhaanp diya jaye, mayyat k baazu, galey, ya pindli mein koi taweez dhaaga ya kada wagairah ho to use utaar de.
2. Paani aur bairi k pattey ubaal liye jaaye phir neem garam pani istemaal kiya jaye lakdi ka takhta aesi jagah rakkha jaye jaha pani ka nikaas, aur gandagi ko thikaane lagaana aasaan ho, mayyat ko us takhte par lita liya jaye, naaf se ghutno tak ki jagah kapde se dhaanp di jaye aur doraan e ghusal, siwa e majboori k mayyat ki sharm-gaah par nazar pade aur na hi kapde k bagair usey hath lagaaye.
3. Agar jism zakhmi hua aur us par pattiya bandhi hui ho to ehtiyaat se pattiya khool kar ruyi aur neem garam pani se aahista aahista zakham dhoye jaye, har kaam ki ibteda daayi taraf se kare siwa e iske k sirf baayi janib tawajjoh ki mustahiq ho.
4. Naaf ki janib se mayyat ka pait 2 ya 3 dafa dabaya jaye (takey andar ki gandagi imkaani hadd tak kharij ho jaye) phir baaye hath par kapde ka dastana wagairah (jo kafan k saath banaya jata hai) pehan kar pehle mitti k teen dhailo aur phir paani se uska istanja kare, agar zair e naaf baalo ki safaayi baaqi ho to karli jaye.
5. Naak, daant, muh ka khayal aur kaano mein acchi tarah geeli rooyi phair kar unki alag se safaayi karli jaye takey baad mein wuzu k doran teen dafa se ziyadah na dhona pade.
6. Bismillah padh kar mayyat ko masnoon wuzu karaya jaye (sar ka masah aur pao rehne de)teen dafa acchi tarah sar dhooye.
7. Hasb e zaroorat sabun istemaal karte hue poore jism ko teen ya paanch ya saat martaba acchi tarah dhooye, akhiri dafa nehlaate waqt paani mein kuch kafoor mila le, sabse aakhir mein pao dhooye. (Muhammad Abdul Bazzar Afi Allahu Anhu)
