NAMAZEY MAJBOORAN FAUT HO JAYE TO KESE PADHEY?

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k gazwa e khandaq k din Umar Razi Allahu Anhu guroob aaftaab k baad quraish ko bura bhala kehte hue aaye aur arz ki Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! mene namaz e asar ada nahi ki hatta k suraj guroob ho chuka hai, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Wallah mene bhi namaz e asar ada nahi ki" phir hum sab muqaam e Bathaan mein aaye, humne wuzu kiya aur guroob aaftaab k baad pehle namaz e asar padhi phir namaz e magrib ada ki. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat hadees no. 596, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 631)

Maloom hua k namazo ki tarteeb qayem rakhni chahiye.

JAHA DIN AUR RAAT BAHUT TAWEEL HO WAHA NAMAZ K AUQAAT

Hazrat Nawaas bin Sam'aan Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Dajjal chalees din zameen par rahega uska ek din ek saal k barabar, ek din mahina k barabar ek din ek hafta k barabar aur baaqi din aam dino ki tarah hongey" Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ne arz kiya k jo din ek saal k barabar hoga to kya us din ek din ki namaz ada karni hogi? Aapne farmaya "Nahi balke tum andaazey se namazey ada karna". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Fitan Hadees no. 2937)

Maloom hue k jin muqamaat par lambi muddat tak kabhi lagataar din aur kabhi lagataar raat hi rehti hai neez 24 ghante mein waha zawaal aur guroob ka koi nizaam na ho unhey paanch waqt ki namazey andaazey se ada karni hogi (yaani waqt wagairah k hisaab se).

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks namaz bhool jaye ya soo jaye pas uska kaffarah ya hai k jis waqt usey yaad aaye us namaz ko padhle". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 597, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 684)

Is hadees se istadlaal karte hue jamhoor ulama subah aur asar ki namaz k baad faut shudah farz namaz ki adaaygi jayez samajhte hai aur fajar aur asar k baad nafil namaz padhna mana samajhte hai.

Is hadees se ye bhi maloom hua k agar koi shaks namaz padhna bhool jaye aur uska waqt guzar jaye to jis waqt yaad aye wo usi waqt poori namaz padhle aur usi tarah agar koi shaks soo jaye ya subah aankh hi aese waqt khule k suraj tulu ho chuka ho to jaagne wale ko usi waqt poori namaz padh leni chahiye aur us par kisi qism ka kaffarah nahi hai.

Qaza e umar wale masle ki shariyat mein koi asal nahi lihaza ye bidaat hai.

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek safar mein farmaya "Aaj raat kaun hamari hifazat karega? aea na ho k hum fajar ki namaz ko na jaagey, Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha k mein khayaal rakkhunga phir unhone mashriq ki taraf muh kiya aur (kuch dair baad) Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu bhi gafil ho kar soo gaye, jab aaftaab garam hua to jaagey aur khade hue, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur Sahaba bhi jaage, Aapne farmaya "Ounth ki nakeel pakad kar chalo kyunki ye shaitaan ki jagah hai" phir (nayi jagah pahunch kar) Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ko azaan dene ka hukm diya, Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ne azaan di, Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne do rakaatey padhi baaqi loogo ne bhi do sunnatey padhi phir Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne fajar ki namaz padhaayi aur farmaya "Jo shaks namaz bhool jaye use jab yaad aaye to namaz padhle". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 595, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 680)

Qarieen e kiraam! asal haqeeqat aapne jaan li k suraj tulu ho kar garam ho chuka tha tab Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ne azaan di magar qawwalo ne ek aur hi qissa ghad liya:

"BILAL NE JAB TAK AZAAN E FAJAR NA DI"
"QUDRAT KHUDA KI DEKHIYE NA MUTLAQ E SAHAR HUI"

Yaani jab tak Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ne azaan nahi di tab tak subah nahi hui

Is Hadees se maloom hua k ye qissa manghadat hai.

Note: Subah ki sunnatey padhne ka zikr Sahih Muslim mein hai.

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k fael se bilkul wazey hai k neend se baidaar hone par fauran namaz ada ki jaye, lihaza qaza namaz ki adayigi k liye iske baad wali namaz k waqt ka intazaar nahi karna chahiye, balke aese shaks ko sirf tauba e istaghfaar aur naiki ke mooqo mein sabqat le jaane ka ehtamaam karna chahiye.

NAMAZ K MAMNOOA AUQAAT

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne subah (ki namaz) k baad namaz padhne se mana farmaya hatta ke suraj khoob zahir ho jaye aur (namaz) e asar k baad namaz padhne se mana farmaya hatta ke suraj acchi tarah gayeb ho jaye. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 581, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 826)

Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hamey teen fitno mein namaz padhne aur mayyat dafan karne se mana farmaya:
1. Jab Suraj tulu ho raha ho yaha tak k buland ho jaye
2. Aeyn dopahar k waqt
3. Jab suraj guroob ho raha ho yaha tak k poori tarah guroob ho jaye. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 831)

Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Suraj k nikalte waqt aur guroob hote waqt namaz na padh kyunki suraj shaitaan k singho k darmiyaan se tulu hota hai". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 582, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 828)

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Asar k baad namaz na padho illa ye k suraj buland ho". (Abu Dawood Kitut Tahtawi Hadees no. 1274, Nasayi Hadees no. 573, Ise ibne Khuzaima, Ibne Hibban, Ibne Hazam aur Hafiz ibne Hajar ne sahih kaha)

Is hadees se zahir hai k asar k baad namz ki mumaniyat muttalaq nahi hai, kareeb muwalli ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne asar k baad do rakaatey padhi, aap se iski wajah daryaft ki gayi to farmaya "Baat ye hai k mere paas qabeela abdul qais k loog (ahkaam e deen seekhne k liye) aaye they unhone (yaani unke saah meri masroofiyat ne) mujhe zuhar k baad ki do sunnato se baaz rakkha, pas ye wo dono thi (jo mene asar k baad padhi hai)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Sahu Hadees no. 1233, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 834)

Imam Shafi Rahimahullah is hadees se istadlaal karte hue tahyatul masjid ya tahyatul wuzu ki adaaygi fajar aur asar ki namaz k baad bhi jayez qaraar dete hai.

Imam Qudaama Rahimahullh ne asar k baad sunnato ki qaza k jawaaz par ye daleel bhi di hai k asar k baad ki mumaniyat khafeef (halki) hai, jabke ibne Hazam ne 23 Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum jinme Khulafa e Arba aur kubaar sahaba shamil hai) se asar k baad 2 rakaat padhna zikr kiya hai.

Fajar k baad mumaniyat ka aagaaz tulu e fajar se hota hai, jab fajar tulu ho gayi to fajar ki sunnato k alawa baaqi nawafil mamnoo hai.

Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ka gulaam Yasaar bayan karte hai k Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne mujhe tulu e fajar k baad (nafil) namaz padhte hue dekha to farmaya "Ae Yasaar! hum is tarah (nafil) namaz padh rahe they k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam tashreef laye aur farmaya k "Jo loog yaha mojood hai wo un loogo ko ye baat bata de k tulu e fajar k baad do rakaat (sunnato) k alawa koi namaz na padho". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Tahtawi Hadees no. 1278)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jisne tulu e aaftaab (k aagaaz) se pehle namaz e fajar ki ek rakaat padhli wo apni namaz poori kare, aur jisne guroob aafaatb (k aagaaz) se pehle namaz e asar ki ek rakaat padhli wo apni namaz poori kare, usne fajar aur asar ki namaz paa li". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 579, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 608)

Ye riwayat us shaks k liye hai jo kisi shari uzr ki wajah se late ho gaya warna mehaz susti ki bina par namaz ko is qadar late karna sarasar munafiqat hai.

Hazrat Jubair bin Mut'im Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Ae manaaf k baito! raat ho ya din jis waqt bhi koi shaks us ghar ka tawaaf karna chahey aur namaz ada karna chaahey usey mat rooko". (Tirmizi Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 868)

Maloom hua fajar aur asar ki namaz k baad mamnooa auqaat mein bhi tawaaf aur uske baad ki do rakaat ada ki ja sakti hai.

A'IMMA E MASAJID KO NAMAZ AWWAL WAQT PAR PADHAANI CHAHIYE

Hazrat Abu Zarr Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Tera kya haal hoga, jis waqt tujh par aese imam (hakim) hongey jo namaz mein dair karengey ya uske waqt se qaza karengey?" mene kaha k aap mujhe us haal mein kya hukm farmate hai? aapne farmaya "Namaz ko uske waqt par padh (yaani awwal waqt par) phir agar tu us namaz (ki jamat) ko (jo tu padh chuka hai) unke saath paa le to (unke saath) dobaarah namaz padhle tehqeeq ye namaz tere liye nafil hogi". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 648)

Hazrat Ubada bin Saamit Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Tehqeeq tum par mere baad aese imam hongey jinko baaz cheezey waqt par namaz padhne se baaz rakkhengi, yaha tak k uska waqt jata rahega, pas namaz waqt par padho (agarchey tanha padhni padey)" ek shaks bola, Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! mein unke saath bhi namaz padhu? aapne farmaya "Han! agar tum chaaho". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 433)

"INNAS SALAATA KANAT ALAL MUMINEENA KITABAM MAUQOOTA" "Baishak momino par namaz uske muqarrarah auqaat par farz ki gayi hai". (Surah Nisa Ayat no. 103)


NAMAZ E PANJGAANA K AUQAAT

Hazrat Bureedah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek aadmi ne Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se namaz k auqaat puchey, Aapne farmaya "In do dino mein hamare saath namaz padho", Jab Suraj ka zawaal hua to Aapne Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ko zuhar ki azaan kehne ka hukm diya, asar ki namaz ka hukm diya jab suraj buland, safaid aur saaf tha, magrib ki namaz ka hukm diya jab suraj guroob hua, isha ki namaz ka hukm diya jab surkhi gayib hui aur fajar ki namaz ka hukm diya jab fajar tulu hui (yaani pancho namazo ko unke awwal waqto mein padhaya) doosre din Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ko hukm diya k zuhar ki namaz acchi tarah thandi (kar) aur asar ki namaz padhi jabkey suraj buland tha, aur is (awwal) waqt se takheer ki jo uske liye (pehle din) tha, magrib ki namaz shafq (suraj ki surkhi) gayib hoone se pehle padhi aur isha ki namaz ek tihaayi raat guzarne par padhi, fajar ki namaz (subah) roshan karke padhi (yaani namazo ko unke aakhiri auqaat mein padhaaya) aur farmaya "Tumhari namaz k auqaat un do waqto k darmiyaan hai jisko tumne dekha". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 613)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Namaz e zuhar ka waqt suraj dhalne se shuru hota hai aur (us waqt tak rehta hai) jab tak aadmi ka saaya uske qadd k barabar na ho jaye (yaani asar k waqt tak) aur namaz e asar ka waqt us waqt tak hai jab tak aaftaab zard na ho jaye, namaz e magrib ka waqt us waqt tak hai jab tak shafq (suraj ki surkhi) gayib na ho jaye, namaz e isha ka waqt theek aadhi raat tak hai aur namaz e fajar ka waqt tulu e fajar se le kar us waqt tak hai jab tak aaftaab tulu na ho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 612)


NAMAZ E FAJAR ANDHEREY MEIN

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab namaz e fajar padhte they, auratey (masjid se Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath namaz padh kar) apni chadaro mein lipti hui loot'ti to andherey ki wajah se pehchaani na jaati thi". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 867, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 645)

Maloom hua k Nabi E Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam andherey mein awwal waqt namaz padha karte they agarchey namaz ka waqt subah saadiq se suraj tulu hoone tak hai, lekin awwal waqt padhna afzal hai.

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne koi namaz uske aakhiri waqt mein nahi padhi yaha tak k Allah ne aapko wafaat de di". (Behaqui 1:435, Mustadrak E Hakim 1:190, isko Hakim aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Is riwayat se maloom hua k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam hamesha namaz awwal waqt par ada karte they, albatta baaz mouqey par (shari uzr ki bina par) namaz takheer se bhi ada ki.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Awwal waqt namaz padhna afzal hai". (Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 170)


GARAM AUR SARD MOSAMO MEIN NAMAZ E ZUHAR K AUQAAT

Ek Martaba garmi mein Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ne zuhar ki azaan dena chahi to Aapne farmaya "Thand ho jaane do (thehar jao) garmi ki shiddat jahannam k josh se hai, garmi ki shiddat mein us waqt tak thehro k teelo (pahaad wagairah ki chotiya) k saaye nazar aane lagey". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 539, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 616)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab garmi sakhat ho to namaz e zuhar thandey waqt mein padho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 533, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 615)

Thande waqt ka ye matlab nahi k asar ki namaz k waqt padho jabke muraad ye hai k shiddat ki garmi mein suraj dhalte hi fauran na padho balke thodi dair karlo, yaha tak k teelo k saaye nazar aane lagey.


NAMAZ E JUMA KA WAQT

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam juma ki namaz us waqt padhte jab suraj dhal jaata. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Juma Hadees no. 904)

Hazrat Sahal Bin Saad Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k hum juma padhne k baad khana khante aur dopahar ka aaraam karte. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Juma Hadees no. 939, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Juma Hadees no. 859)

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k aap juma ki namaz sardiyo mein jaldi padhte aur sakht garmi mein dair karte. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Juma Hadees no. 906)


NAMAZ E ASAR KA WAQT

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam namaz e asar padhte they aur aaftaab buland (zardi k bagair roshan) hota tha agar koi shaks namaz e asar k baad madeena shehar se "Awaali" (madeena ki nawaahi bastiya) jata to jab uske paas pahunchta to suraj abhi buland hota, baaz awaali, madeena se chaar kaus k faasle par waqey hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 550, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 621)

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Munafiq ki namaz e asar ye hai k wo baitha aaftaab (k zard hoone) ka intazaar karta rehta hai, yaha tak k jab wo zard ho jata hai aur shaitaan k do seengho k darmiyaan ho jata hai to wo namaz k liye khada hota hai aur chaar thoongey maarta hai aur usme Allah ko nahi yaad karta magar thoda". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 622)


NAMAZ E MAGRIB KA WAQT

Hazrat Salma Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k hum Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k hamraah aaftaab guroob hotey hi magrib ki namaz ada kar liya karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 561)


NAMAZ E ISHA KA WAQT

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek raat hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka namaz e isha k liye intazaar karte rahe jab tihaayi raat guzar gayi to aap tashreef laye aur farmaya "agar meri ummat par giraah na hota to mein us waqt isha ki namaz padhata" phir mu'azzin ne takbeer kahi aur aapne namaz padhaayi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 639)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam namaz e isha se pehle sona aur namaz e isha k baad guftagu karna pasand karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 568)

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam isha mein kabhi takheer farmate aur kabhi awwal waqt padhte jab loog awwal waqt jama hoote to jaldi padhte aur agar loog dair se aatey to aap dair karte. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 646)

NAMAZ KI AHMIYAT

NAMAZ KI AHMIYAT

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya "Tehqeeq qayamat k din loogo k amaal mein se sabse pehle namaz hi ka hisaab hoga". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 864, Hakim 1:362, 363 ise Imam Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se sawal kiya gaya k Allah ta'ala ko konsa amal ziyaadh mehboob hai? Aapne farmaya "waqt par namaz padhna" mene kaha phir konsa? aapne farmaya "Maa baap k saath naik salook karna" mene kaha phir konsa? aapne farmaya "Allah k raaste mein jihaad karna". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 527, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 85)

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka aakhiri kalaam tha "Namaz aur gulaam k baare mein Allah se daro". (Ibne Maja Kitabus Wasaaya Hadees no. 2697, Ibne Hibban 1220, ise Imam Bosiri ne sahih kaha)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Namaz deen ka satoon hai". (Tirmizi Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 2616, ise Imam Hakim 2:76, 1412 aur 1413, Imam Zahbi aur Imam Tirmizi ne sahih kaha)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne irshad farmaya "Qayamat k din jab Allah ta'ala baaz dozakhiyo par rahmat karne ka iraadah farmayega to farishto ko hukm dega k wo dozakh se aese loogo ko bahar nikaal le jo Allah ki ibadat kiya karte they, farishtey unhey nishaan e sajah se pehchaan kar dozakh se nikaal lengey (kyunki) sajdah ki jagaho par Allah ta'ala ne dozakh ki aagh ko haraam kar diya hai waha aagh ka kuch asar na hoga". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 806, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 182)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Mere paas Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam aaye aur kehne lagey ae Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! khawah kitna hi aap zindah rahey aakhir ek din marna hai aur jis se chahey kitni muhabbat kare aakhir ek din juda ho jana hai aur aap jesa bhi amal karey uska badla zaroor milta hai aur usme koi taraddud nahi k momin ki sharafat tahajjud ki namaz mein hai aur momin ki izzat loogo (k maal) se istagna (baratne) mein hai". (Mustadrak E Hakim 4:324, 325, Imam Hakim aur Imam Zahbi ne ise sahih aur Hafiz Munzari ne hasan kaha)

Yaani jo kuch Allah ne diya hai us par sabr, shukar aur qina'at kare aur loogo k maal mein tama wa hirs na rakkhey.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "mene khawab mein apne ba-barkat aur buland qadr parwardigaar ko behtareen soorat mein dekha, pas usne kaha, Ae Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! mene kaha Ae mere rabb mein hazir hu, Allah ne farmaya muqarrab farishte kis baat mein bahas kar rahe hai? mene kaha mein nahi jaanta, Allah ne teen baar pucha, mene har baar yahi jawab diya, phir mene Allah ko dekha k usne apna haath mere kandho k darmiyaan rakkha, yaha tak k mene Allah ta'ala ki ungliyo (Allah ka haath aur ungliya dar asal ye Allah ta'ala ki sifaat mein hai lekin unki kefiyat hum nahi jaante, hum unhey makhlooq k haat aur ungliyo se tashbiya nahi dete balkey degar gaibi umoor ki tarah Allah ki un sifaat par bhi emaan bil ghaib rakhte hai) ki thandak apni chaati k darmiyaan mehsoos ki, phir mere liye har cheez zahir ho gayi, aur mene sabko pehchaan liya, phir farmaya Ae Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! mene kaha mere rabb! mein hazir hu, Allah ne farmaya muqarrab farishte kis baat mein behas kar rahey hai? mene kaha kafaraat (gunaaho ka kaffarah ban'ne wali naikiyo) k baare mein, Allah ne farmaya wo kya hai? mene kaha namaz ba-jamaat k liye paidal chal kar jana aur namaz k baad masjido mein baithna aur mashakkat (sardi ya bimaari) k waqt poora wuzu karna" Allah ta'ala ne farmaya aur kis cheez mein behas kar rahe hai? mene kaha darjaat ki bulandi k baare mein, Allah ta'ala ne farmaya wo kya hai? mene kaha k loogo ko khana khilana, guftagu mein naram andaaz ikhtiyaar karna aur raat ko tahajjud ki namaz ada karna jab loog soo rahe hon darjaat ki bulandi ka ba'as hai, Allah ta'ala ne farmaya "apne liye jo chaho dua karo" Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k phir mene ye dua ki "ALLAHUMMA INNI AS'ALUKA FEELAL KHAIRAATI WA TARKAL MUNKARAAT WA HUBBAL MASAKEENI WA AN TAGHFIRA LI WA TARHAMNI WA IZA ARATTA FITNATAN FI QAUMIN FATA WAFFANI GAIRA MAFTOONIN WA AS'ALUKA HUBBAKA WA HUBBA MAYYUHIBBUKA WA HUBBA AMALII YUQARRIBU ILA HUBBIKA" "Ae Allah mein tujhse sawaal karta hu naikiyo k karne ka aur buraiyo k choodne ka aur miskeeno k saath muhabbat karne ka aur ye k tu mujhe baksh de aur mujh par raham kar aur agar tera kisi qaum ko aazma'ish mein daalne ka iraadah ho to mujhe aazma'ish se bacha kar maut de dena aur mein tujhse teri aur har us shaks ki muhabbat maangta hu jo tujh se muhabbat karta hai, aur mein tujhse wo amal karne ki tofeeq maangta hu jo (mujhe) teri muhabbat k qareeb kar de" Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Mera ye khawaab haqq hai pas isko yaad rakkho aur doosre loogo ko bhi ye khawaab sunao". (Tirmizi Kitabut Tafseerul Quraan Hadees no. 3235, ise Imam Tirmizi ne hasan sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jisne subah ki namaz padhi, wo Allah ki panah mein hai, pas Allah ta'ala tum se apni panah k baare mein kisi cheez ka mutaalba na kare kyunki jis se wo ye mutaalba karega yaqeenan usko apni giraft mein le kar muh k bal jahannam mein phaink dega". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 657)

Maloom hua k subah ki namaz padhne wale ko satana sakht gunah hai kyunki wo Allah ki panah mein hai aur jo Allah ki panah mein dakhal daalega usko Allah jahannam mein daal dega.


JIBRAEEL ALAIHIS SALAAM KI IMAMAT

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Khana kaba k paas Jibraeel Alaihis salaam ne meri imamat ki, pas mujhe zuhar ki namaz padhaayi, aur mujhe asar ki namaz padhaayi, aur mujhe magrib ki namaz padhaayi, aur mujhe isha ki namaz padhaayi aur mujhe farjar ki namaz padhaayi". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 393, Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 149, ise Imam Tirmizi, Ibne Khuzaima, Hakim, Zahbi aur Abu Bakr ibne Arbi ne sahih kaha)

Imamat e Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam ki is hadees se malom hua k namaz ka darja itna buland hai, uski imamat Allah k nazdeek itni aala wa raafe, aur use makhsoos hayet, muqarrarah qaaro, mutaeena zaabato aur nihayat khushu wa khuzu se ada karna is qadr zaroori hai k Allah ta'ala ne taleem e ummat k liye Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam ko haadi e Aalam Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k paas bheja, Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam ne Allah k hukm k mutabiq Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko namaz ki kefiyat, ahmiyat, uske auqaat aur uke qaadey sikhaaye aur phir Aap Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam k bataaye aur sikhaaye hue waqto, tareeqo, qaado aur zaabato k mutabiq namaz padhte rahey aur ummat ko bhi hukm diya
"Tum us tarah namaz padho jis tarah tum mujhe namaz padhte dekhte ho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 631)

NAMAZ KI FAZILAT

NAMAZ KI FAZILAT

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam me farmaya "Paanch namazey, un gunaho ko jo un namazo k darmiyaan hue, mita deti hai aur (isi tarah) ek juma doosre juma tak k gunaho ko mita deta hai, jab k kabeerah gunaho se ijtanaab kiya gaya ho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 233)

Masalan fajar ki namaz k baad jab zohar padhengey to dono namazo k darmiyaani arsey mein jo gunah, lagzishey aur khataye ho chuki hongi Allah ta'ala unko baksh dega, isi tarah raat aur din k tamaam sageerah gunah namaz e panjagana se maaf ho jaate hai.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum se farmaya "bhala mujhe batao agar tumhare darwaazey k bahar nehar ho aur tum us mein har rooz paanch baar nahao, kya (phir bhi jism par) mael baaqi rahega?" Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ne kaha "Nahi" aapne farmaya "Yahi misaal pancho namazo ki hai, Allah ta'ala unke sabab gunaho ko maaf kar deta hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 528, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 667)

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k ek shaks ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar arz kiya k (mene gunah kiya hai bataur e saza) mein hadd ko pahuncha hu pas mujh par hadd qayam kare, Aapne us se hadd ka haal daryaft na kiya (ye na pucha k konsa gunah kiya hai?) itne mein namaz ka waqt aa gaya, us shaks ne aapke saath namaz padhi jab aap namaz padh chukey to wo shaks phir khada ho kar kehne laga k ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! tehqeeq mein hadd ko pahuncha hu pas mujh par Allah ka hukm nafiz kijiye, Aapne farmaya "Kya tuney hamare saath namaz nahi padhi?" usne kaha "padhi hai" Aapne farmaya "Allah ne tera gunah baksh diya hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Tauba Hadees no. 2764)

Allah ki rahmat aur bakshish kitni wasey hai k namaz padhne k sabab Allah ne uska gunah jise wo apni samajh k mutabiq "Hadd ko pahuncha" keh raha tha maaf kar diya maloom hua namaz gunhao ko mitaane wali hai.

Hazrat Abu Zarr Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne jaadey (sardi) k mosam mein nikley, patjhad ka mosam tha, Aapne ek darakht ki do shakhey pakad kar unhey hilaya to pattey jhadne lage aapne farmaya "Ae Abu Zarr Razi Allahu Anhu!" mene kaha Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! hazir hu, Aapne farmaya "musalman jab namaz padhta hai aur uske saath Allah ki raza chahta hai to uske gunah is tarah girte hai jis tarah is darakht k pattey jhadey hai". (Musnad Ahmad 5:179, 21889, Imam Munzari 1:248 ne ise hasan kaha)

Hazrat Umara bin Rawiba Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks aaftaab k tulu wa guroob se pehle (fajar aur asar ki) namaz padhega wo shaks hargiz aagh mein dakhil nahi hoga". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 634)

Hazrat Usman Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks namaz e isha ba-jamaat ada kare (use itna sawaab hai) goya usne aadhi raat tak qayaam kiya aur phir subah ki namaz ba-jamaat padhey (to itna sawaab paaya) goya tamaam raat namaz padhi". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 656)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Tumhare paas farishtey raat aur din ko aatey hai (aaney aur jaane wale farishtey) namaz e fajar aur namaz e asar mein jama hoote hai, jo farishtey raat ko rahe wo aasman ko chadhte hai to unka rabb unse puchata hai (halankey wo apne bando ka haal khoob jaanta hai) tumne mere bando ko kis haal mein paya? wo kehte hai humne unko is haal mein chooda k wo namaz padhte they aur hum unke paas is haal mein gaye k wo namaz padhte they". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 555, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 632)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Munafiqo par fajar aur isha se ziyaadah bhari koi namaz nahi, agar unhey in namazo ka sawaab maloom ho jaye to wo un mein zaroor pahunchey agarchey unhey sireen par chalna padey". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 657, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 651)

Sireen par chalne ka matlab ye hai k agar pao se chalne ki taaqat na ho to un namazo k sawab aur ajar ki kashish unhey sireen k bal par chal kar masjid pahunchney par majboor karde yaani har haal mein pahunchey.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Agar loog azaan dene aur pehli saff mein namaz padhne ka sawaab jaante to uske liye qura daalte, agar unhey zuhar ki namaz k liye jaldi masjid mein jaane ka sawab maloom hota to ek doosre se aagey badhte, agar unhey farjar aur isha ki namaz ba-jamaat ka ajr maloom hota to ghasit'te hue (masjid) aatey". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 615, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 437)

Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko namaz e asar is qadar piyaari thi k jab jang e khandak k din kuffar k hamley aur teer andaazi k sabab ye namaz faut ho gayi to aapko shadeed ranj pahuncha us par Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki zubaan e mubarak se ye alfaaz nikle "Hamey kafiro ne darmiyaani namaz, Namaz e Asar, se baaz rakkha, Allah ta'ala unke gharo aur qabro ko aagh se bhar de". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jihad was Sahar Hadees no. 2931, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 627, 628)


NAMAZI AUR SHAHEED:

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k ek qabeela k do shaks ek saath musalman hue, unme se ek jihaad fi sabilillah mein shaheed ho gya aur doosra ek saal k baad faut hua, Hazrat Talha Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k mene khawab mein dekha k wo sahab jinka ek saal baad intaqaal hua us shaheed se pehle jannat mein dakhil ho gaye, mujhe bada tajjub hua k shaheed ka rutba to bahut buland hai is liye jannat mein usey pehle dakhil hona chahiye tha, mene khud hi Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein arz ki (yaani is taqdeem wa takheer ki wajah puchi) to aapne farmaya "Jis shaks ka baad mein intaqaal hua kya tum uski naikiya nahi dekhte kis qadar ziyaadha ho gayi? kya usne ek ramazan k roozey nahi rakkhey? aur (saal bhar ki farz namazo ki) 6 hazaar aur itni itni rakatey ziyaadah nahi padhi? (un namazo aur roozo ki barkat se wo jannat mein pehle chala gaya)". (Musnad Ahmad 2:333, 838, Imam Munzari 1:1244 aur Imam Haishmi 10:207 ne ise hasan kaha)

Yahi Qissa Talha bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu khud zara tafseel se bayan karte hai k ye qissa kis darja emaan afrooz aur namaz ki ragbat dilaane wala hai, Talha Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k mene subah loogo ko apna khawaab sunaya, sabko is baat par tajjub hua k shaheed ko (jannat jaane ki) ijazat baad mein kyu mili? halankey usey pehle milni chahiye thi, loogo ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se daryaft kiya, Aapne farmaya "isme tajjub ki koi baat nahi hai, batau! kya baad wale shaks ne ek saal ibadat (ziyaadah) nahi ki? usne ek ramazaan k roozey nahi rakkhey? usne ek saal ki namazo k itne itne sajdey ziyaadah nahi kiye? sabne arz kiya, ji han Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! to aapne farmaya "Phir to un dono k darmiyaan zameen wa aasmaan ka farq ho gaya". (Ibne Maja Kitabur Roya Hadees no. 3925, Ibne Hibban 2466 ne ise sahih kaha)

NAMAZ KI FARZIYAT

NAMAZ KI FARZIYAT

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Namaz wo aham fareeza hai jiska Allah ta'ala ne meraaj ki raat bara e raast Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko hukm diya meraaj ki raat Allah ta'ala ne pachaas namazey farz ki Musa Alaihis Salaam ne Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko farmaya k tumhari ummat ko itni taqat na hogi tum Allah k paas loot kar aur takhfeef chaho Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam loot kar gaye hatta k paanch namazey reh gayi Allah ta'ala ne farmaya "Ae Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! wo din raat ki paanch namazey hai, har namaz mein das namazo ka sawaab hai to ye wahi pachaas namazey huyi". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 162)

Subhan Allah, Allah ta'ala ki apne bando par kitni inayat hai k paanch namazey padhi pachaas ka ajr miley

Quran Majeed mein bahut si aayaat mein namaz ka zikr hai:

1. Beshak Namaz be-hayaai aur munkir baato se rookti hai. (Surah Ankaboot Ayat no. 45)

2. Beshak falah paa gaya jisne pakeezagi ikhtiyaar ki aur apne rabb ka naam zikr kiya phir namaz ada ki. (Surah Aala Ayat no. 14, 15)

3. Emaandaar loog kaamyaab ho gaye jo apni namazo mein aajazi karte hai. (Surah Mominoon Ayat no. 2)

4. Aur jo apni namazo par muhafizat karte hai, yahi loog aese waris hai jo jannatul firdaus k malik hongey aur usme hamesha rahengey. (Surah Mominoon Ayat no. 9-11)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Muaaz bin Jabal Razi Allahu Anhu ko yaman bhejte hue farmaya "Unko dawat do k wo is baat ka iqraar kare k Allah k siwa koi mabood nahi aur Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Allah k Rasool hai, agar wo ye baat maan le to unko batao k Allah ne tum par din raat mein paanch namazey farz ki hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuz Zakaat Hadees no. 1395, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 19)


IS FARZIYAT SE BACCHEY AUR PAGAL MUTSHANA HAI:

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Teen insaan marfu ul qalam hai:
1. Soya hua jaagne tak
2. Na-baligh baccha baligh hone tak
3. Pagal insaan aqal dursut hone tak". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Hudood Hadees no. 4403)


AULAAD KO NAMAZ SIKHANE KA HUKM:

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Apne baccho ko namaz padhne ka hukm do jab wo saat saal k ho jaye aur jab wo das baras k hon to unhey tark e namaz par maaro aur unke bistar juda kardo". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 495, Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 407, ise Imam Hakim aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Is hadees mein Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam baccho k waledayn ko irshad farma rahey hai k wo apni aulaad ko saat baras ki umar mein hi namaz ki taleem de kar namaz ka aadi banane ki koshish kare aur agar das baras k ho kar namaz na padhey to waledayn tadeebi karwaahi kare unhey saza de kar namaz ka paband banaye aur das baras ki umar ka zamana chunkey baloogat k qareeb ka zamana hai is liye unhey ikattha na sooney diya jaye.


TARK NAMAZ KUFR KA ELAAN HAI:

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Aadmi aur sihrk wa kufr k darmiyaan farq, namaz ka chood dena hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 82)

Is ka matlab ye hai k islam aur kufr k darmiyaan namaz diwaar ki tarah hayil hai, doosre lafzo mein namaz ka tark musalman ko kufr tak pahunchane wala amal hai.

Hazrat Bureedah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Hamare aur munafiqo k darmiyaan ahad namaz hai, jisne namaz chood di pas usne kufr kiya". (Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1079, Tirmizi Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 2621, Ise Tirmizi, Hakim 1:6,7 aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Is hadees ka matlab ye hai k munafiqo ko jo aman hasil hai wo qatal nahi kiye jaate aur unke saath musalmano jesa salook rawa rakkha jata hai to uski wajah ye hai k wo namaz padhte hai aur unka namaz padhna goya musalmano k darmiyaan ek ahad hai jiske sabab munafiqo ki jaan aur unka maal musalmano ki talwaar aur yalqaar se mehfooz hai aur jisne namaz tark ki to usne apne kufr ka izhaar kar diya, musalmaan bhaiyo! gaur karo kis qadr khauf ka muqaam hai tark e namaz, kufr ka aelaan hai.

Abdullah bin Shafeeq Rahimahullah riwayat karte hai "Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum aamaal mein se kisi cheez k tark ko kufr nahi samajhate they siwa e namaz k". (Tirmizi Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 2622, ise Imam Hakim 1:7 aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abu Dardah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam farmate hai "Jo shaks farz namaz jaan boojh kar chood de to yaqeenan us (ki babat Allah ka maaf karne) ka zimma khatam ho gaya". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Fitan Hadees no. 4034 iski sanad Imam Zahbi aur Ibne Hajar ki shart par hasan hai)

Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis shaks ki namaz faut ho jaye to goya uska ahal aur maal halaak kar diya gaya". (Sahih Bukhari Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 552, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 626)

Hazrat Bureedah Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis shaks ne namaz e asar chood di pas uske aamaal batil ho gaye". (Sahih Bukhari Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 594)

TAYAMMUM KA BAYAN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Paani na milne ki soorat mein paak mitti ko wuzu ya gusal ki niyat kar k apne haatho aur muh par malna tayammum kehlata hai.

Paani na milne ki kayi sooratey hai masalan musafir ko safar mein paani na mile, ya paani k muqaam tak pahunchane mein jaan ka darr ho, masalan ghar mein paani nahi hai bahar karfue nafiz hai ya paani laane mein kisi dushman ya darindey se jaan ka andesha ho to aesi soorat mein hum tayammum kar sakte hai khawah ye wajah barso mojood rahe tayammum bhi barso jayez rahega.

Hazrat Abu Zarr Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Paak mitti musalmano ka wuzu hai agarchey das baras paani na miley". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 332, Tirmizi Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 124, ise Imam Hakim 1:176-177 aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne sahih kaha)

Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath safar par nikley jab baidaya zatil jaish pahunchey to mere galey ka haar toot kar gir gaya, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam usko dhoondhne  k liye thehar gaye, loog bhi thehar gaye waha paani na tha, Hazrat Abu Bakr Razi Allahu Anhu mere paas aaye unhone gussa kiya aur mujhe bura bhala kaha, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam meri raan par sar rakh kar soote rahey yaha tak k subah ho gayi aur paani bilkul na tha tab Allah ta'ala ne tayammum ki aayat nazil farmayi" Hazrat Usaid bin Khuzair Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu kehne lage "Ae Abu Bakr ki aulaad ye tumhari pehli barkat nahi hai (yaani is se pehle bhi tumhari wajah se Allah ta'ala ne musalmano ko faida diya) phir humne ounth ko uthaya haar uske nichey se mila". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 334, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 367)


JANABAT KI HALAT MEIN TAYAMMUM

Agar paani na miley ya paani itna kam ho k wuzu na ho sake to tayammum kiya ja sakta hai.

Hazrat Imaran Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath safar mein they, Aapne loogo ko namaz padhayi, jab namaz se farig hue to achanak aapki nazar ek aadmi par padi jo loogo se alag baitha hua tha aur usne loogo k saath namaz nahi padhi thi, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne us se pucha, Ae falah! loogo k saath namaz padhne se tujhe kis cheez ne rooka? usne kaha mujhe janabat pahunchi aur paani na mil saka, Aapne farmaya "tujh par mitti (se tayammum karna) lazim hai, pas wo tere liye kaafi hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Tayammum Hadees no. 344, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 682)


AGAR KOI ZAKHMI YA MAREEZ HO AUR PAANI K ISTEMAAL SE MARZ K BADHNE KA KHATRA HO:

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k sardi ka mosam tha ek aadmi ko gusal e janabat ki zaroorat paish aayi, usne iske baare mein daryaft kiya to use gusal karne ko kaha gaya, usne gusal kiya jis se uski maut waqey ho gayi, jab is waqiye ka zikr Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se kiya gaya to aapne farmaya "Un loogo ne use maar dala, Allah unko maare baishak Allah ta'ala ne mitti ko paak karne wala banaya hai (yaani wo tayammum kar leta)". (Sahih Ibne Khuzaima 1:138, 273, Ibne Hibban 2001, ise Hakim 1:165 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Agar kisi kamzoor ya bimaar aadmi ko ehtalaam ho jaye aur shadeed sardi ho ya paani bahut thanda ho aur gusal karna uske liye halkat ya bimaari ka mojoob ho to use tayammum karke namaz padh leni chahiye, mohtalim, haiza aur nifaas se farig hoone wali auratey bhi ba-waqt e zaroorat tayammum karke namaz padh sakti hai, uske liye tayammum uzr ki halat mein wuzu aur gusal dono qayim muqaam hai.


TAYAMMUM KA TAREEQA

Sabse pehle tayammum karne ki niyat yaani iraadah kare phir paak zameen par haath maare phir apne chehrey aur dono haatho ka masah kare.

Hazrat Ammar Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k wo safar ki halat mein junbi ho gaye aur (paani na milne ki wajah se) khaak mein loote aur namaz padhli, phir (safar se aa kar) ye haal Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saamne bayan kiya to aapne farmaya "Tumhare liye sirf yahi kaafi tha, (aur) phir Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne dono haath zameen par maare aur un par phoonk maari phir unke saath apne muh aur dono haatho par masah kiya". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Tayammum Hadees no. 338, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 368)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Ammar se kaha k "Ulte haath se seedey haath par aur seedhey hath se ultey haath par masah karo phir dono haatho se chehrey ka masah karo". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 321)

1. Quran Majeed k hukm (FA TAYAMMAMU SAEEDAN TAYYABA)(Surah Nisa Ayat no. 43) ki rooh se tayammum paak mitti se karna chahiye.
2. Tayammum jese mitti se jayez hai usi tarah shoor wali zameen aur rait se bhi jayez hai
3. Ek tayammum se (wuzu ki tarah) kayi namazey padh sakte hai kyunki tayammum wuzu ka qayid e muqaam hai, jin cheezo se wuzu toot'ta hai unhi cheezo se tayammum bhi toot jata hai, agar namaz padh lene k baad paani ki mojodgi ka ilm ho jaye to use ba-wuzu ho kar namaz dohraane ya na dohraane ka ikhtiyaar hai, ta-hum agar dohrale to behtar hai.

Hazrat Abu Saeed Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k do aadmiyo ne tayammum kiya ur namaz padhli phir unhey paani mil gaya aur abhi namaz ka waqt baqi tha, pas un mein se ek ne wuzu kiya aur namaz lotaayi aur doosre ne namaz na lootayi, phir unhone Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se pucha pas aapne us shaks se kaha jisne namaz nahi lootayi thi k "Tumne sunnat par amal kiya aur tumhari (tayammum wali) namaz tumhare liye kaafi hai aur doosre shaks se kaha jisne namaz lootayi thi k tere liye ziyadah ajr hai". (Nasayi Kitabul Gusal Hadees no. 433, Hakim aur Hafiz Zahbi ne Bukhari aur Muslim ki shart par sahih kaha)

JIN KAAMO K LIYE WUZU KARNA WAJIB HAI UNKA BAYAN

1. NAMAZ

Farz namaz ho ya nafil, namaz e janazah ya koi aur namaz wuzu k bagair qubool nahi hoti.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Wuzu k bagair namaz qubool nahi hoti aur na hi maal e haraam se khairaat qubool hoti hai". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 224)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Be-wuzu aadmi ki namaz qubool nahi ki jaati yaha tak k wuzu kare". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 135, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 225)


2. TAWAAF E KAABA

Tawaaf e Kaaba k liye wuzu shart hai.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Khana Khana ka tawaaf namaz ki tarah hai pas us mein guftagu kam karo". (Tirmizi Kitabul Manasikul Hajj Hadees no. 2922)


JIN KAAM K LIYE WUZU KARNA SUNNAT HAI UNKA BAYAN:

1. ALLAH KA ZIKR

Muhajir bin Qanfaz se marvi hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko kisi ne salaam kiya jab aap paishab kar rahe they to Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne jawab na diya, faragat k baad aapne wuzu kiya aur farmaya "Mene munasib na samjha k taharat k bagair salaam ka jawab du". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 17, Ibne Maja Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 350, Hakim 1:167, Zahbi aur Nauvi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abu Jaheem Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek aadmi ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko salaam kiya aapne uske salaam ka jawab na diya phir aap diwaar k paas aaye, apne chehrey aur haatho ka masah kiya phir salaam ka jawab diya. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 337, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 369)


2.JUNBI AADMI SOONEY YA KHAANE SE QABL WUZU KARE

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek ansaari ko bulaya, jab wo aaya to uske sar k baalo se paani tapak raha tha, aapne pucha "Shayad tum jaldi mein nahaaye ho?" usne kaha han Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! aapne farmaya "(Halat e janabat mein) agar kisi se fauri milna ho aur nahaane mein dair lagey to wuzu karna hi kaafi hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wuzu Hadees no. 180, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 345)

Hazrat Umar Farooq Razi Allahu Anhu ne aapse pucha mein raat ko junbi hota hu to kya karu? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Sharm-gaah dhoo daal, wuzu kar aur soo ja". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Gusal Hadees no. 290, Sahih Muslim kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 306)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab haalat e janabat mein khana ya soona chahte to namaz k wuzu ki tarah wuzu karte. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Gusal Hadees no. 288, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 305)

Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo koi apni beewi se sohbat kare aur phir dobaarah karna chahta hai to use chahiye k dono k darmiyaan wuzu kare". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 308)


3. HAR NAMAZ K LIYE WUZU

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam har namaz k liye wuzu karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wuzu Hadees no. 214)


4. GUSAL WAJIB KARNE SE PEHLE WUZU KARNA

Sooney se pehle wuzu karna jesa k Bara bin Aajib Razi Allahu Anhu ki riwayat mein hai. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 247)

NAWAQIS E WUZU

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

SHARMGAAH KO HAATH LAGAANE SE WUZU:

Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks sharmgaah ko haath lagaaye pas wo wuzu kare". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 181, ise Imam Tirmizi Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 82 ne hasan kaha)

Ye hukm tab hai jab kapde k bagair baraahe raast haath lagaye. Wallahu Aalam


NEEND SE WUZU:

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Dono aankhey, sireen ki sarband (tasmiya) hai, pas jo shaks soo jaye use chahiye k dobaarah wuzu kare". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 203, Ibne Maja Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 277 ise ibne Islaah aur Imam Nauvi ne hasan kaha)


HAWA KHAARIJ HOONE SE WUZU:

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saamne ek aese shaks ki haalat bayan ki gayi jise khayaal aya k namaz mein uski hawa khaarij hui hai to Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Namaz us waqt tak na toodey jab tak (hawa nikalne ki) awaaz na sun le ya use badbu mehsoon ho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Wuzu Hadees no. 137, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 361)

Is hadees se maloom hua k jab tak hawa khaarij hoone ka mukammal yaqeen na ho jaye wuzu nahi toodna lihaza jise paishaab k qatro ya waham ki bimaari ho use bhi jaan lena chahiye k wuzu ek haqeeqat hai, ek yaqeen hai ye yaqeen se hi toot'ta hai, shaq ya waham se nahi.


QEY, NAKSEER AUR WUZU:

Qey ya nakseer aane se wuzu toot jane wali riwayat ko jo Ibne Maja hadees no. 1221 mein hai, Imam Ahmad aur daigar Muhaddiseen ne zaeef kaha hai balkey is silsiley ki tamaam riwayat shakht zaeef hai, lihaza Baratul Saliya par amal karte hue (ye kaha ja sakta hai k) khoon nikalne se wuzu fasid nahi hota, is ki taeed us waqey se bhi hoti hai jo gazwa zaat e riqaa mein paish aaya jab ek ansari Sahabi raat ko namaz padh rahe they kisi dushman ne un par teen teer chalaaye jinki wajah se wo sakht zakhmi ho gaye aur unke jism se khoon behne laga magar iske ba-wajood wo apni namaz mein mashgool rahey. (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 198, ise Imam Hakim 1:156 aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Ye ho hi nahi sakta k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko us waqey ka ilm na hua ho ya aapko ilm hua aur aapne unhey namaz lootane ya khoon behne se wuzu toot jaane ka masla bataya magar sahih ahadees mein uska zikr na ho

Isi tarah jab Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu zakhmi kiye gaye to aap usi haalat mein namaz padhte rahe halankey aapke jism se khoon jaari tha. (Muatta Imam Malik Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 1:39, Behaqui 1:357)

Is se maloom hua k khoon ka behna naqis e wuzu nahi hai.

Hazrat Mugeera bin Shuba Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne paishani, pagdi aur moozo par masah farmaya". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wuzu Hadees no. 205)

Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne moozo aur pagdi par masah kiya. (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 275)

Hazrat Jafar bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu apne baap se riwayat karte hai k unhone kaha, mene Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko pagdi aur moozo par masah karte dekha hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wuzu)

JURAABO PAR MASAH

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Sobaan Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne wuzu karte waqt Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ko paghdiyo aur juraabo par masah karne ka hukm diya". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 146, Ise Imam hakim aur Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih kaha)


SAHABA RAZI ALLAHU ANHUM KA JURAABO PAR MASAH KARNA

Hazrat Uqba bin Aamir Razi Allahu Anhu aur Hazrat Abu Mas'ood Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu ne apni juraabo par apni chappal k tasmo samait masah kiya. (Behaqui 1:25)

Hazrat Umar bin Harees Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu ne paishaab kiya phir wuzu karte hue aapne apni juraabo par jo jootiya (chappalo) mein thi masah kiya. (Ibne Abi Shaiba wa Ibne Munzir)

Ibne Hazam Rahimahullah ne 12 Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhu se juraabo par masah karna zikr kiya hai jinme Abdullah bin Mas'ood, Saad bin Abi Waqaas Umar bin Harees Razi Allahu Anhu bhi shamil hai, isi tarah Sahal bin Saad Razi Allahu Anhu juraabo par masah kiya karte they. (Ibne Abi Shaiba 1:173)

Hazrat Abu Umama Razi Allahu Anhu bhi juraabo par masah kiya karte they. (Ibne Abi Shaiba 1:173)

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu ne wuzu karte hue apni topi aur siyaah rang ki juraabo par masah kiya aur namaz padhi. (Behaqui 1:285)

Ibne QUdaamah kehte hai k Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ka juraabo par masah karne k jawaaz par ijma hai. (Mughni li bin Qudamah 1:332, Silsila 426)


LUGAT E ARAB SE "JURAB" K MAANI

Lugat e Arab ki motabar kitab "Qamoos" 1:46 mein hai har wo cheez jo pao mein pehni jaye Jurab hai,
"Tajul Uroos" mein hai jo cheez lifaafe ki tarah pao mein pehan le wo jurab hai, Allama Aeni likhte hai Jurab batey hue oun se banaayi jaati hai aur pao mein takhne se uper tak pehni jaati hai,
"Aarazul Ahwaazi" mein Sharah Hadees imam Abu Bakr ibne Arbi tahreer farmate hai Jurab wo cheez hai jo pao ko dhaakne k liye aun ki banaayi jaati hai,
"Umdatur Riyayah" mein hai juraabey ruyi yaani soot ki hooti hai aur baalo ki bhi banti hai,
"Gayatul Maqsood" mein hai k juraabey chamdey ki, soonf aur soonth ki bhi hoti hai.

Pas sabit hua k Jurab lifaafe ya libaas ko kehte hai wo libaas khawah charmi ho, ya ouni hum us par masah kar sakte hai.

WUZU K DAIGAR MASA'IL

WUZU K DAIGAR MASA'IL

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

1. Wuzu k aazaa ka do do baar aur ek ek baar dhona bhi aaya hai, Nabi E Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ka aksar amal teen teen baar dhooney par raha hai, Ibne Jazam Rahimahullah farmate hai k sab ulama ka ittefaaq hai k aazaa ka ek ek baar dhona bhi kafi hai.

2. Ek Aaraabi ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar wuzu ki kaifiyat daryaft ki to Aapne use aazaa ka teen teen baar dhona sikhaya aur farmaya "Is tarah kamil wuzu hai, phir jo shaks us (teen teen baar dhoone) par ziyaadah kare pas tehqeeq usne (tark e sunnat ki bina par) bura kiya aur (masnoon hadees se tajawuz kar k) ziyaadati ki aur (Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki mukhalifat karke apni jaan par) zulm kiya". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah hadees no. 135, Nasaayi 1:88, 140, ise Imam Ibne Khuzaima aur Imam Nauvi ne sahih jabke Hafiz ibne Hajar ne jaid kaha)

3. Wuzu k baad aazaa teen baar aur baaz do baar dhoona bhi durust hai. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 185, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 235)


KHUSHK AEDIYO KO AZAAB

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath makkey se madeene ki taraf lootey, raaste mein hamey paani mila, hum mein se ek jamaat ne namaz e asar k liye jald baazi mein wuzu kiya, unki aediya khushk thi unko paani nahi pahuncha tha, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "(khushk) aediyo k liye aagh se kharaabi hai, pas wuzu poora kiya karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 241)

Is hadees se maloom hua k wuzu badi aehayaat se sawaar kar aur poora karna chahiye aazaa ko khoob acchi tarah aur teen teen baar dhoona chahiye takey zarrah barabar jagah khushk na rahey

Ek shaks ne wuzu kiya aur apne qadam par nakhoon k barabar jagah khushk chood di, Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne use dekh kar farmaya "Wapas ja aur acchi tarah wuzu kar". (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 243)


TAHYATUL WUZU SE JANNAT LAZIM

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks wuzu kare aur khoob sawaar kar accha wuzu kare, phir khada ho kar dil aur muh se (zahiri wa batili taur par) mutawajjah ho kar do rakaat (nafil) namaz ada kare to uske liye jannat wajib ho jaati hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 234)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne namaz e fajr k waqt Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu se farmaya "Ae Bilal! mere saamne apna wo amal bayan kar jo tooney islam mein kiya aur jis par tujhey sawab ki bahut ziyaadah ummeed hai kyunki mene apne aagey jannat mein teri jootiyo ki awaaz suni hai" Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu ne arz kiya "Mere nazdeek jis amal par mujhe (sawaab ki) bahut ziyaadah ummeed hai wo ye hai k mein raat ya din mein jab bhi wuzu kiya to us wuzu k saath jis qadr e nafs namaz mere muqaddas mein thi zaroor padhi (yaani har wuzu k baad nawafil padhey)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1149, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Faza'il e Sahaba Hadees no. 2458)


KOI SHAKS APNE SAATHI KO WUZU KARAAYE TO JAYEZ HAI

Hazrat Mugeera bin Shuba Razi Allahu Anhu ek safar mein Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath they, jab aap wuzu karne lagey to Hazrat Mugeera Razi Allahu Anhu aap par paani daalne lagey Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne wuzu kiya. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 182, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 274)


EK WUZU SE KAYI NAMAZEY

Hazrat Bureedah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k fatah makka k din Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne kayi namazey ek wuzu se padhi aur moozo par masah bhi kiya, Hazrat Umar Farooq Razi Allahu Anhu ne arz kiya Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! aaj k din aapne wo kaam kiya jo aap pehle nahi kiya karte they, Aapne farmaya "Ae Umar mene aesa jaan boojh kar kiya (takey loogo ko ek wuzu se kayi namazey padhne ka jawaaz maloom ho jaye)". (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 277)

Maloom hua k har namaz k liye wuzu farz nahi afzal hai.


DOODH PEENE SE KULLI KARNA

Beshak Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne doodh piya phir kulli ki aur farmaya isme chiknaayi hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Wuzu Hadees no. 211, Sahih Muslim Kitabut Haiz Hadees no. 358)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne bakri ka shaana khaya uske baad namaz padhi aur dobara wuzu na kiya. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Wuzu Hadees no. 207, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 354)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne sattu khaya phir kulli karke namaz padhi aur wuzu nahi kiya. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wuzu Hadees no. 209)

MOOZO PAR MASAH KARNE KA BAYAN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Mugeera bin Shuba Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k ek safar mein, mein Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k hamrah tha, mene wuzu k waqt chaha k aapke dono moozey utaar du, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Inhey rehne do mene inhey taharat ki halat mein pehna tha phir Aapne un par masah kiya". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wuzu Hadees no. 206, Sahih Muslim Kitbut Taharah Hadees no. 274)

Shareeh bin Haani farmate hai "Mene Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu se moozo par masah karne ki muddat k mutalliq pucha to Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne musafir k liye (masah ki muddat) teen din raat aur muqeem k liye ek din raat muqarrar farmayi hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 276)

Imam Nauvi, Auzaayi aur Imam Ahmad Rahimahullah kehte hai k masah ki muddat moozey pehen'ne k baad, wuzu k toot jaane se nahi balkey pehla masah karne se shuru hoti hai yaani agar ek shaks namaz e fajr k liye wuzu karta hai aur moozey ya juraabey pehen leta hai to agle din ki fajr tak wo masah kar sakta hai.

Hazrat Safwaan bin Asaal Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k jab hum safar mein hoote to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam hamey hukm dete k hum apne moozey teen din aur teen raato tak pakhana, paishaab ya soone ki wajah se na utaarey (balkey un par masah karey) han janabat ki soorat mein (moozey utaarne ka hukm dete). (Tirmizi Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 96, Nasaayi 1:83, 84, 98 ise Imam Tirmizi, Ibne Khuzaima, Ibne Hibban aur Nauvi ne sahih kaha)

Is hadees se maloom hua k junbi hona masah ki muddat ko khatam kar deta hai, is liye gusal e janabat mein moozey utaarne chahiye albatta bol wa baraaz aur neend k baad moozey nahi utaarne chahiye balke maeena e muddat tak un par masah kar sakte hai.

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya jo shaks wuzu kare aur phir kahe "ASH HADU ANLAA ILAHA ILLALLAHU WAHDAHU LA SHAREEKA LAHU WA ASH HADU ANNA MUHAMMADAN ABDUHU WA RASOOLUHU" "Mein gawahi deta hu k Allah k siwa koi mabood e barhaqq nahi, wo akela hai, uska koi shakreek nahi aur mein gawahi deta hu k Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Allah k bandey aur uske Rasool hai" to uske liye jannat k aatho(8) darwaazey khool diye jaate hai k jis se chaahey dakhil ho. (Sahih Muslim Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 234)

Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 170 ki ek riwayat mein is dua ko aasmaan ki taraf nazar utha kar padhne ka zikr hai magar ye riwayat sahih nahi hai, is mein Abu Aqeel ka chacha-zaad bhai majhool hai.


WUZU K BAAD YE DUA BHI PADHEY

"SUBHANA KALLAH HUMMA WA BI HAMDIKA ASH HADU ANLAA ILAHA ILLA ANTA ASTAGHFIRUKA WA ATOOBU ILAIKA" "Ae Allah! tu apni tamaam tar tarifaat k saath (har aeyb se) paak hai mein gawahi deta hu k tere siwa koi saccha mabood nahi hai mein tujh se bakhshish maangta hu aur tere huzoor toba karta hu". (Nasaayi Kitabul Amalul yaum wa lailah, ise imam Hakim, Hafiz Zahbi aur Ibne Hajar ne sahih kaha hai)
(Kisi majlis k khatimey par bhi yahi dua padhi jaati hai)


WUZU KI KHUD SAAKHTA DUWAYE

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki sunnat se wuzu k shuru mein (BISMILLAH) aur baad mein shahadatayn ka padhna sabit hai, lekin baaz loog wuzu mein har azu dhoote waqt ek ek dua padhte hai aur wo duwaye murawajjah kutub e namaz mein paayi jaati hai, wazey ho k ye duwaye sunnat e paak aur Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum k amal se sabit nahi hai, Allah Ta'ala ne jab apne Rasool E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par deen mukammal kar diya to phir deni shari umoor mein kami baishi karna kisi ummati k liye hargiz jayez nahi hai.

Imam Nauvi Rahimahullah farmate hai "Har uzu k liye makhsoos azkaar k baare mein Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se koi cheez sabit nahi hai".
