FARZ NAMAZ K BAAD IJTIMAI DUA



Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Farz namaz k baad ijtimai dua k saboot mai koi makbool hadees nahi hai nihayat tajjub ki baat hai k Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Madina munawwara mai 10 saal rahe, pancho waqt namaze padhai, Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhu Ajmaeen ki kaseer tadaad ne aap ki iqtida mai namaze padhi magar un mai se koi ek bhi ijtimai dua ka zikr na kare to ye iske batlaan ki wazae daleel hai.

Molana Abdul Rehman Mubarakpuri kehte hai agar koi infiradi tour par namaz k baad hath utha kar dua mang leta hai to us mai koi harj nahi.

Sayyedna Salman farsi Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "tumhara rub bada haya karne wala aur sakhi hai, jab banda uske hazoor hath uthata hai to unhe khali hath lotate hue use sharm ati hai" (Ibne Maja Kitabud Dua Hadees No. 3865)

Imam Ibne Taimiya, Ibne Qayyim, Ibe Hajar Rehmatullahi Alai aur bahut se ulma ne farz namaz k baad ijtimai dua ka inkaar kiya hai aur ise bid'at kaha hai.

Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya: "Ankareeb meri ummat mai aese loog peda honge jo pani k istemaal mai aur dua karne mai had se tajawuz karenge". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Witr, Iben Maja Kitabud Dua, ise Imam Hakim Aur Imam Zehbi ne sahi kaha).

Ijtimai Dua ki daleel mai bayan ki jane wali tamaam riwayaat zaeef hai tafseel hasab zael hai:

Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k jo banda har namaz k baad apne dono hath phela kar dua kare Allah Ta'ala uske hatho ko namurad nahi lootata. (Ibne Sani 138)

Iski sanad mai:
1. Ishaq bin khlid hai jo munkir Ahadees riwayat karta hai.
2. Imam Ahmed Ibne Hambal Rehmatullahi Alai farmate hai k (is ke ek aur raavi) Abdul Azeez Bin Abdul Rehman ki khusaef se bayan karda riwayat jhooti aur manghadat hoti hai.
3. Khusaef ka Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se sun'na maloom nahi.
4. iske alawa is riwayat mai ijtimai dua ka koi zikr nahi hai.
5. Yazeed Bin Aswad Aamari Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasoolullah SAW ne namaz fajar ka salaam phera aur dono hath utha kar dua mangi. (Fatawa Nazidiya)
is hadees ki sanad hasan hai magar Molana Ubaidullah Rehmani likhte hai "kutub Ahadees k andar asal hadees mai (WA RAFA A YADAI HI FADA A) dono hath utha kar dua mangi k alfaaz mojood nahi hai" iske alawa ismai bhi ijtimai dua ka zikr nahi hai.

Kya farz namazok baad hath utha kar ijtimai dua karna bida'at hai? is silsile mai darj zail umoor kabil e goor hai:

1. Hath utha kar dua karna mustakil ibadat hai jo kisi bhi waqt ki ja sakti hai albatta jin mooko par iska ehtamaam karna sunnat se sabit hai unko tarjih di jayegi.

2. Jo ibadat har waqt ja'iz ho agar aap apne sahoolat k liye use kisi khaas waqt mai rozana karna chahte hai to usooli toor par ye bhi ja'iz hai irshad nabawi hai: "Allah Ta'ala ne ko wo amal zayada mehboob hai jis par hameshgi ki jaye agarche thoda ho". (Muslim Kitabus Salatul Musafireen Hadees No. 782)
Lekin kisi k liye ye ja'iz nahi k tamaam aukaat ko chood kar sirf ek waqt ko amala farz ka darja de kar dusre musalmano ko uska paband banaye kyunki jab shariyat ne us waqt ko musalmano par muqarrar nahi kiya to ye kyu kare? masalan agar mukhtalif afraad rozana mukhtalif aukaat mai Quran paak ki mukhtalif surate padhte hai to ye ja'iz amal hoga. Lekin agar koi molvi sahab ye dawat shuru kare "k tamaam Ahel Islaam rozana namaz fajar k baad 20 martaba Surah Kamar padha kare iska ye sawaab hai" phir uske halka asar mai aney wale musalmaan waqtan uski pabandi shuru kare to unka ye amal mohtaaj daleel ban jayega, agar sharae daleel mai uski sarahat a jaye to Sunnat hoga warna Bidat hoga.

3. Jo ibadat har waqt ja'iz ho agar aap use kisi khaas mooke par karna chahte hai to ehtiyatan ye maloom kar le k kahi us mooke k liye shariyat ne koi farz aaed kiya hai to phir farz tark karke ja'iz kaam mai lage rehna kat'an ja'iz nahi masalan namaz ba jamaat khadi ho aur jis ne yahi namaz jamaat k sath pehle nahi padhi uske liye ja'iz nahi hai k wo jamaat mai shamil hone ki bajaye sunnate ya nawafil padhta rahe. koi witr, wazifa, dua ya tilawat karta hai kyunki un ja'iz nekiyo ko muakkhir karne ki gunjaish mojood hai lekin mooke k farz ko bila wajah muakkhar karne ki kata'an koi gunjaish nahi hai.

4. Agar us khaas mooke k liye shariyat ne koi sunnat muqarrar kar rakhi hai to bhi ja'iz kaam ko chood kar sunnat ko tarjih di jayegi agarche sunnat farz nahi, use kiya jayega to bahut zayada sawab hai aur agar kisi wajah se bhi chout jaye to koi gunah nahi lekin aesa hamesha hona chahiye kyunki sunnat choodne k liye nahi balke apnane k liye hoti hai ise apnana hi Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka taqaza hai: "jisne meri sunnat ko napasand kiya wo mujhme se nahi". (Bukhari Kitabun Nikah)
uski misal farz namaz k baad (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) ki ijtimai wird hai usmai koi shaq nahi k (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) sabse afzal zikr hai lekin use kisi bhi waqt karna ja'iz hai aur chunke farz namaz k baad wala waqt bhi aukaat mai se ek waqt hai lihaza agar koi shaks kisi farz namaz k baad apne taur par (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) keh deta hai to bilkul ja'iz hai lekin jab hum ye dekhte hai k farz namaz k foran baad Nabi SAWS ka mamool aur sunnat kuch aur hai to har farz namaz k baar hamesha (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) ka wird karne ka matlab ya hai k us mooke ki sunnat ko khatam kar diya jaye kyunki (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) ka wird muakkhir ho sakta hai lekin namaz k baad wale masnoon azkaar aur duao ko hamesha muakkhir karna kisi tarha bhi ja'iz nahi hai wese bhi cource ki shakal mai bulanad awaaz (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) k ijtimai wird ki puri nabuwat mai koi misaal nahi milti.

5. Yaad rakhey! hath utha kar ijtimai dua karna ye na to farz namaz ka hissa hai aur na hi baad wale masnoon azkaar ka hissa hai is liye is ka daimi ehtamaam karna durust nahi hai kyunki farz namaz ek alag ibadat hai aur hath utha kar ijtimai dua karna ek alag ibadat hai aur jab kisi sharai daleel k bagair do alag alag ibadato ko ek makhsoos tarteeb k sath hamesha ek sath ada kiya jaye k dono ek dusre ka hissa maloom ho hatta k ek k bagair dusri ko na mukammal samjha jane lage neez ek sharai masle ki tarha loogo ko uski dawat, targeeb aur taleem de jaye jo shaks un ibadaat ko us tarike k mutabik ada na kare use munkir aur gustakh k alkaab se nawaza jaye to aap raah e sunnat se bhatak jayenge kyunki jab mukhtalif ibadaat ko apni marzi se yakja karke ek naya tarika ra'ij kiya jayega to wo sunnat nahi rehta wo bidat ban jata hai.

6. Baat usool ki hai jo kaam Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki zindagi mai zaroori bhi ho aur use karne k liye koi rukawat bhi mojood na ho phir bhi pure ahad nabuwat mai use koi na kare magar hun na sirf khud use hamesha kare balke dusro ko bhi dawat de to wo bilashuba bidat hai.
Sawal ye paida hota hai k kya Ahad Nabuwat mai farz namazo k baad hath utha kar ijtimai dua ka ehtamaam karne mai koi rukawat thi? yakeenan nahi thi phir bhi ager kisi farz namaz k baad uska kabhi ehtamaam nahi kya gaya to us se maloom hua k uska ehtamaam na karna sunnat hai kyunki namukammal hai k ek cheez deen bhi ho aur Ahad nabuwat mai kar sakne k bawajood use koi na kare ya use kiya gaya ho magar makbool Ahadees k wasee zakhire mai wo kisi ko kahi nazar na aye.

7. Insaan katarta sahulat pasand hai use masnoon duaye yaad karna "Garah" guzarta hai aur chunke uski "Masroofiyat" bhi bahut zayada hai lihaza wo farz namazo k baad 5,6 minut nahi nikal sakta lihaza us sunnat se pehlu bachane k liye uska mutbadil ejaad kar liya gaya yani "Molvi sahab salam pherte hi hath uthaye chand masnoon wa gair masnoon alfaaz par mushtamil chote chote jumle bole aur muh par hath pher kar tamaam namaziyo ko "farig" kar de jis k baad wo sab (masnoon azkaar padhe bagair) uth khade ho".
Dar haqiqat ye dua nahi, rasam hai jo intihai naik neeti se har farz namaz k baad ada ki jati hai aur is tarha gair shaori taur par ek sunnat ko mitane ka gunah kiya ja raha hai, afsoos k loogo ko bidato par amal karne k liye to bada waqt mil jata hai magar sunnat ko apnane k liye waqt nahi milta, jo shaks bidat ki tardeed kare use sire se dua ka hi munkir bana diya jata hai.

8. Farz namazo k baad masnoon azkaar aur duao ko chood kar unke mutbadil k taur par (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) k ijtimai wird aur hath utha kar ijtimai dua mangne ko isliye bhi riwaz diya gaya hai k ye hamare maslak ki alamat aur pehchan ban jaye. kya kisi maslak k tahfiz k liye sharai masail wa ehkaam k sath us tarha khelna ja'iz hai! Islaam ka huqm kya hai! firqa wariyat ko mitaya jaye ya use faroog diya jaye?
Khulasa ye hai k farz namaz k baad hath utha kar ijtimai dua karna fee nafsa ja'iz hai lekin uska takraav ek sunnat se ho raha hai lihaza use apnana mamool nahi banana chahiye kyunki sunnat e Rasool makbool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam hi us baat ka zayada haq rakhti hai k wo har kalma go musalmaan ko mamool, maslak aur pehchaan de.
Lihaza hame inhi azkaar aur duao par iktafa karna chahiye jin par hamare piyare nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur unke Sahaba Kiram Razi Allahu Anhum Ajmaeen hamesha iktafa karte hai. Allah Ta'ala hum sab ko tofeeq de. Aameen Ya Rabbal Alameen.

Abdullah Bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu aur Abdullah Bin Zubair Razi Allahu Anhu dua karte they aur akhir mai apni dono hatheliya apne muh par pherte. (Al Adabul Mufrad, iski sanad Bukhari ki shart par sahi hai).
