JUMA KI AZAAN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Sayib bin Yazeed Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam, Abu Bakr aur Umar Razi Allahu Anhuma k zamaney mein juma ki azaan us waqt hoti thi jab imam, khutba k liye mimbar par baithte, jab Hazrat Usman Razi Allahu Anhu khaleefa bane aur loog ziyaadah ho gaye to zoora (jagah) par ek aur azaan di jaane lagi (Zoora madeena k bazaar mein ek muqaam hai). (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 912)

Juma k din pehle azaan ka pas manzar ye hai k ahad e naboowat mein madeena munawwarah aur uski aabaadi ka hajum nisbatan mukhtasar tha, loogo ko aasaani se azaan ka ilm ho jata tha, ahad e usmani mein jab aabaadi ziyaadah ho gayi to tamaam loog azaan ki aawaaz nahi sun paate they jiski wajah se kayi loog masjid mein bar waqt pahunchane se qasir ho gaye iska intazaami hal ye nikala gaya k pehle masjid se bahar bazaar k andar, zoora k muqaam par azaan di jaati, us se kuch hi dair baad masjid e nabwi mein (doosri) azaan ho jati, Hazrat Usman Razi Allahu Anhu ka ye iqdaam bida'at nahi hai kyunki Hazrat Usman Razi Allahu Anhu khulafa e rashideen mein se hai, unke door mein madeena munawwarah mein jab pehli dafa us azaan ki zaroorat mehsoos ki gayi to unhone usey shari hukm k taur par nahi, mehaz intazaami hal k taur par jaari kiya tha jise baaqi Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ki khamoosh taeed hasil thi aur zahir hai k jis cheez par Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ka amoomi ittefaaq ho jaye wo bida'at nahi hua karti. Masjid k andar imam k khutba se pehle sirf ek azaan hai, masjid mein di jaane wali do azaano ka saboot Hazrat Usman Razi Allahu Anhu k door se bhi nahi milta, lihaza is se ijtanaab karna chahiye.

KHUTBA E JUMA K MASA'IL

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

1. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam do khutbey irshad farmate unke darmiyan baithtey. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 928, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 861)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khutba mein quran majeed padhte aur loogo ko naseehat karte. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 862)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki namaz bhi ausat darje ki aur khutba bhi ausat darje ka hota tha. (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 866)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Aadmi ki lambi namaz aur mukhtasar khutba uski danayi (samajhdaar hone) ki alamat hai, pas namaz taweel karo aur khutba mukhtasar karo aur baaz bayan jadu hote hai (yaani taseer rakhta hai)". (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 969)

2. Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khutba e juma mein Surah Qaaf ki tilawat farmate they. (Sahih Mulim Hadees no. 872)

3. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Juma k khutba mein jab tu apne paas baithne wale ko kahe "Chup raho" to bila shubah tuney bhi lagu (kaam) kiya". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 934, Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 851)

Is se sabit hua k doraan e khutba (saamaeen ko aapas mein) kisi qism ki baat karna jayez nahi hai, badi khamoshi se khutba sun'na chahiye, albatta khateeb aur muqtadi zaroorat k waqt ek doosre se mukhatib ho sakte hai.

4. Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jise juma k waqt oungh (baasi wagairah ya susti) aaye wo apni jagah badal le". (Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 526, Imam Tirmizi ne hasan sahih kaha)

5. Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mana farmaya k aadmi apne bhai ko utha kar uski jagah par baithey, Nafey se pucha gaya kya sirf juma mein mana hai? farmane lage juma mein aur uske alawah bhi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 911, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 2177)

6. Hazrat Umarah bin Royeba Razi Allahu Anhu ne Basheer bin Marwan ko juma k din mimbar par dono haath uthaate hue dekah, to farmaya: Allah  ta'ala un dono haatho ko halaak kare, Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khutba mein sirf ek haath ki shahadat wali ungli se isharah karte they. (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 874)

7. Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne khade ho kar khutba diya aur aapke haath mein asaaya kamaan thi. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1096, Imam Ibne Khuzaima ne ise sahih kaha)

8. Hazrat Abu Burdah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek dafa Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam hamey khutba de rahe they k Hasan aur Hussain Razi Allahu Anhuma aaye (aur wo surkh qamees pehne hue they, wo mushkil se chal rahe they) Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam mimbar par se utrey unhey uthaya aur apne saamne bithaya phir farmaya k "Allah ta'ala ne sach kaha "INNAMA AMWALUKUM WA AOLADUKUM FITNA" "Beshak tumhara maal aur tumhari aulaad aazmayish hai" mene un dono baccho ko dekha jo mushkil se chal rahe they pas mujhse sabar na hua hatta k mene apna kalaam munqatey kiya aur unhey uthaaya. (Tirmizi Kitabul Manaqib Hadees no. 3774)

Maloom hua imam apna khutba chood kar kisi zaroorat ko poora kar sakta hai.

9. Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne doraan e khutba gout maar kar baithne se mana farmaya. (Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 514, Imam Tirmizi ne ise hasan kaha)

Gout maarna is tarah baithne ko kehte hai k haath ya kapde k saath raano ko pait se mila kar baithey, is tarah baithne se amooman neend aa jati hai phir aadmi khutba nahi sun sakta, alawah azee is halat mein aadmi aksar girta padta hai, neez sharm-gaah k be-hijab hone ka imkaan hota hai.

10. Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khade ho kar khutba dete aur do khutbo k darmiyan baithte, jo shaks ye kahe k aap baith kar khutba dete they usne ghalat bayaani ki. (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 862)

Hazrat Kaab bin Ujrah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k wo masjid mein dakhil hue aur Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin ummey Hakam baithey hue khutba de rahe they, Hazrat Kaab Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha "Is khabees ki taraf dekho, baithey hue khutba deta hai, halankey Allah ta'ala ne farmaya:

"WA IZA RA AO TIJARATAN AO LAH WA NIN FAZZO ILAIHA WA TARAKU KA KA'IMA" (Surah Juma Surah no. 62 Ayat no. 11) "Aur jab ye loog koi sooda bikte dekhte hai ya koi tamaasha dekhte hai to uski taraf bhaag uthtey hai aur jab aapko (khutbe mein) khada hi chood dete hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 864)

Maloom hua k baith kar juma ka khutba dena khilaf e sunnat hai, kyunki Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ne aayat se aapke khutba mein khade hone par istadlaal kiya.

11. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne khutba diya, aapke sar par siyah rang ka amaama tha, uske dono sirey aapne kandho k darmiyan choodey hue they. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 1359)

12. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne juma k din masjid mein namaz e juma se pehle halqa banaane se mana farmaya. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1079, Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 322, Imam Tirmizi ne hasan, Imam ibne Khuzaima 1816 ne ise sahih kaha)

Lihaza jo ulama azaan aur do khutbo se pehle taqreer karte hai unhey is amal ko tark kar dena chahiye

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k jab Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khutba irshad farmate to aap ki aankhey surkh ho jaati, aawaaz buland ho jati aur josh mein aa jati thi, goya k aap hamey kisi aesey lashkar se dara rahey hai jo subah ya shaam hum par hamla karne wala hai aur farmate k "Mein aur qayamat saath saath is tarah bhejey gaye hai" aap apni shahadat ki ungli aur darmiyaani ungli ko milaate. (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 867)

JUMA K MUTAFARRIQ MASA'IL

JUMA K MUTAFARRIQ MASA'IL

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

1. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Ghulam, aurat, bacchey aur beemaar k alawah juma padhna har musalman par wajib hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1067, Imam Nawawi ne ise sahih kaha)

2. Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai: Masjid e nabawi k baad jo sabse pehla juma padha gaya wo behreen k gaon jawaasi abdul qais ki masjid mein tha. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 892)

Is se sabit hua k gaon mein bhi juma padhna zaroori hai agar loog gaon mein juma nahi padhengey to gunahgaar hongey.

As'ad bin Zurarah Razi Allahu Anhu ne "Naqeeul khazmaat" k ilaaqey mein banu bayaaza ki basti "Hizmul Nabeet" (jo madeena se ek meel k fasiley par thi) mein juma qayim kiya, unke saath chalees namazi they. (Abu Dawood Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 1069, Hakim 1:281, Imam Ibne Khuzaima  1724 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Hazrat Adbullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu Makka aur Madeena k darmiyan basney  wale loogo ko juma padhte dekhte to aetaraaz na karte. (Musannaf ibne Abdur Razzaaq 3:170, Hafiz ibne Hajar ne ise sahih kaha)

3. Hunain k din barish ho rahi thi to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mu'azzin ko hukm diya "Aaj apni, apni qayaam gaahon mein namaz padhne ka aelaan kardo, aur wo juma ka din tha". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1057, 1059, ise Imam Hakim 1:293, Imam Ibne Khuzaima 1863, Imam Ibne Hibban 439, 440 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Maloom hua k barish k rooz juma ki namaz padhni wajib nahi, yaani agar barish k rooz juma padh liya jaye to jayez hai aur barish k ba'as agar juma chood kar zuhar padh li jaye to juma choodne ka gunah nahi hoga.

4. Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Aaj k din do eidain (eid aur juma) ikatthi ho gayi hai, jo shaks sirf eid padhna chahey to usey wo kafi hai, lekin hum (eid aur juma) dono padhengey". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1073, ise Imam Hakim aur Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Zubair Razi Allahu Anhu k zamaney mein juma k din eid hui to unhoney namaz e eid padhaayi juma na padhaaya, is waqiye ki khabar Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ko mili to unhone farmaya "Unka ye amal sunnat k mutabiq hai". (Nasayi Kitabus Salaatul Eidain Hadees no. 1592, Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1071, Imam Ibne Khuzaima ne ise sahih kaha)

5. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Agar gunja'ish ho to juma k liye roozana istemaal hone wale kapdo k alawah kapde banaaye". (Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1096, Abu Dawood Hadees no. 178, Imam Ibne Hibban aur Imam Ibne Khuzaima 1765 ne ise sahih kaha)

6. Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam shiddat ki sardi mein juma ki namaz sawerey padhte they, aur shiddat ki garmi mein dair se padhte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 906)

7. Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "(Imam k saath) jitni namaz paa lo wo padho aur jo reh jaye usey poora karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 602)

Is Hadees ki rooh se namaz e juma ki doosri rakaat k sajdah ya tashahud ko paane wala (salam pherne k baad uth kar) do rakaatey hi padhega (chaar nahi) kyunki uski faut shudah namaz do rakaatey hai chaar rakaatey nahi.


DORAAN E KHUTBA DO RAKAATEY PADH KAR BAITHO

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam juma ka khutba irshaad farma rahe they k Saleek Ghatfaani Razi Allahu Anhu Masjid mein aaye aur do rakaatey padhey baghair baith gaye, Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne pucha "Kya tumne do rakaatey padhi hai? unhone arz ki "nahi ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam!" Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam  ne hukm diya "Khade ho jao aur do rakaatey padh kar baitho" phir aapne (sari ummat k liye) hukm de diya: "Jab tum mein se koi aese waqt masjid mein aaye k imam khutba (juma) de raha ho to usey mukhtasar si do rakaatey padh leni chahiye". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 930, 1166, Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 875)

Maloom hua k imam khutba mein muqtadi se kalaam kar sakta hai aur usko koi hukm bhi de sakta hai.


JUMA SE PEHLE NAWAFIL KI TADAAD MUQARRAR NAHI

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Jisne ghusal kiya, juma mein aaya jitni taqdeer mein thi namaz padhi khutba se farigh hone tak chup raha phir imam k saath namaz padhi uske juma se guzishta juma tak aur teen din k aur gunah maaf ho gaye, aur jo kankariyo se kheley usne fuzool kaam kiya". (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 857)

Is riwayat se ye bhi maloom hua k juma se pehle rakaatey muqarrar nahi hai balke imam k khutba shuru karne se pehle jis qadar ho sake nawafil ada karta rahey, magar do rakaat zaroori hai.


GARDANEY NA FAANGON

Hazrat Abdullah bin Basar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k juma k din Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khutba de rahe they k ek shaks loogo ki gardaney phalaangta hua aaney laga to aapne ye dekh kar farmaya "Baith jao! tumne (loogo ko) takleef di aur dair lagaayi". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1118, Imam Hakim 1:288, Imam Ibne Khuzaima 1816, Ibne Hibban 572 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Maloom hua k namaz e juma k liye aaney walo ko chahiye unhey jaha jagah miley wahi baith jaye.

JUMA KI FAZILAT

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks juma k din masjid mein hazir ho kar khamoshi aur sakoon k saath khutba suney, kisi musalman ki gardan na phaangey, kisi ko takleef na de to ye amal uske guzishta juma se le kar us juma tak aur teen din mazeed uske gunaho ka kaffarah ban jata hai, kyunki Allah ta'ala ne farmaya k har naiki k liye das guna (*10) sawaab hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1113)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "jo shaks juma k rooz khoob acchi tarah nahaaye, aur masjid mein jaye kisi sawari par sawar na ho, imam k nazdeek ho kar dil jumi'e se khutba suney aur koi lagu baat na kare to usko har qadam par ek baras k roozo ka aur uski raato k qayam ka sawab hoga".(Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 496, Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 345, Ibne Hibban 559, Imam Hakim 1:281, 282 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Hazrat Salman Faarsi Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks juma ko nahaaye aur jis qadar paaki hasil ho sake kare, (muchey kutarwaye, nakhoon kataaye, zair e naaf baal moondhey aur baghlo k baal door kare wagairah) phir tail ya apne ghar se khushboo lagaaye aur (juma k liye) masjid ko jaye (waha) do aadmiyo k darmiyan raasta na banaaye (balkey jaha jagah miley baith jaye) phir apne muqaddar ki namaz padhey, phir doraan e khutba khamoosh rahe to uske guzishta juma se le kar us juma tak k gunah baksh diye jate hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 883)


JUMA MEIN PEHLE AANEY WALO KA SAWAB

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "farishte juma k din masjid k darwazey par (sawab likhne k liye) thehar jaate hai aur sabse pehle aaney wale ka naam likh lete hai phir uske baad aaney wale ka (isi tarah number waar likhte jaate hai) jo shaks namaz e juma k liye awwal waqt masjid mein jata hai usko itna sawab milta hai jitna qurbani k liye ounth bhejne wale ko sawab milta hai, phir jo baad mein aata hai uko itna sawab milta hai jitna qurbani k liye gaaye bhejne wale ko sawab milta hai, uske baad aane wale ko dumba bhejne wale k barabar, uske baad aaney wale ko murgi aur uske baad aaney wale ko anda sadqa karne wale ki manind ajr milta hai phir jab imam khutba dene k liye nikalta hai to farishte daftar (likhte hue auraaq) lapait lete hai aur khutba sun'ne lagte hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 929, Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 850)


JUMA K DIN QABOOLIYAT WALI GHADI

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Juma k din ek ghadi aesi hai k jo musalman us ghadi mein Allah ta'ala se bhalaayi ka sawal kare to Allah ta'ala usko qabool karta hai aur aapne haath se ishaarah kiya k ye waqt qaleel hota hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 935, Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 852)

Hazrat Abu Musa Ash'ari Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Juma ki qabooliyat ki ghadi imam k (mimbar par) baithne se le kar namaz k khatimey tak hai". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 853)

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "is ghadi ko asar k baad talaash karo". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1048)

Hazrat Anas bin Maalik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Is ghadi ko juma k din asar se ghuroob aaftaab tak talaash karo". (Tirmizi Hadees no. 489)

NAMAZ E JUMA AUR FARZIYAT

NAMAZ E JUMA AUR FARZIYAT

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

JUMA BEHTAREEN DIN:

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Behtareen din, jis par suraj tulu ho kar chamkey, juma ka din hai, isi din Aadam Alaihis Salaam paida hue, isi din jannat mein dakhil kiye gaye, isi din jannat se (zameen par) utaarey gaye aur qayamat bhi juma k din qayim hogi". (Sahih Muslim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 854)

Hazrat Abu Lubaba Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Juma ka din dino ka sardar hai, Allah k nazdeek bada din hai aur ye Allah k nazdeek eid ul azha aur eid ul fitr se bhi bada hai, is mein 5 baatey hai:
1. Is mein Allah ta'ala ne Aadam Alaihis Salaam ko paida kiya
2. Is mein Allah ta'ala ne Aadam Alaihis Salaam ko zameen par utaara
3. Is din Aadam Alaihis Salaam faut hue
4. Is mein ek ghadi hai jo bandah us ghadi mein Allah ta'ala se sawal karta hai wo usko de deta hai jab tak wo haraam cheez ka sawal na kare
5. Is din qayamat qayim hogi, koi muqarrab farishta na aasmaan mein, na zameen mein, na hawa mein, na pahaad mein aur na darya mein magar wo juma se darte hai". (Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1084, ise Bosiri ne hasan kaha)


JUMA KI FARZIYAT:

Allah ta'ala farmata hai: "Ae ehle emaan! jab juma k din namaz (juma) k liye azaan di jaye to Allah k zikr (khutba aur namaz) ki taraf doodho (bhaago) aur (us waqt) kaar-o-baar chood do, agar tum samjho to ye tumhare haqq mein behtar hai". (Surah Juma Surah no. 62 Ayat no. 9)

Hazrat Abul Jaad Zumri Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks susti ki wajah se teen juma chood de to Allah ta'ala uske dil par muhar laga deta hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1052, Tirmizi Hadees no. 499, ise Hakim 1:280, Ibne Khuzaima 1858, Ibne Hibban 554 aur Imam Zehbi ne sahih kaha)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Loog juma choodne se baaz aa jaye warna Allah ta'ala unke dilo par muhar laga dega phir wo ghalib ho jayenge". (Sahih Mulsim Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 865)

Hazrat Ibne Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k mera dil chahta hai k mein kisi shaks ko hukm du k wo loogo ko namaz padhaaye phir mein un loogo k gharon ko jala du jo bila uzr juma mein nahi aatey. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 605)

Maloom hua k juma ka chood dena bahut bada gunah hai, is par shadeed wa'eed hai, lihaza har musalman par juma padhna farz hai, is mein hargiz susti nahi karni chahiye, jab khateeb mimbar par chadhey aur azaan ho jaye to saare kaar-o-baar haraam ho jate hai.

QUNOOT E NAZILAH

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Jang, museebat aur ghalba e dushman k waqt dua e qunoot padhni chahiye, ise qunoot e nazilah kehte hai.

Ameer ul Momineen Hazrat Umar bin Khattab Razi Allahu Anhu fajar ki namaz mein (ruku k baad) qunoot karte aur ye dua padhte they:

"ALLAHUM MAGHFIR LANA WA LIL MOMINEENA WAL MOMINAATI WAL MUSLIMEENA WAL MUSLIMAATI WA ALLIFA BAINA QULOOBIHIM WA ASLIH ZAATA BAINIHIM WAN SURHUM ALA ADOOWIKA WA ADOOWIHIM ALLAHUMMAL AN KAFARATA AHLIL KITABIL LAZEENA YA SUDDOONA AN SABEELIKA WA YUKAZZIBOONA RUSULAKA YU QATILOONA AOLIYA'AKA ALLAHUMMA KHALIF BAINA KALIMATIHIM WA ZALZIL AQDAMAHUM WA ANZIL BIHIM BAASAKAL LAZI LA TARUDDUHU ANIL QAUMIL MUJRIMEEN"

"Ae Allah! hamey aur tamaam momin mardo, momin aurato, musalman mardo aur musalman aurato ko baksh de aur unke dilo mein ulfat daal de, unki (bahami) islaah farma, apne aur unke dushmano k khilaf unki madad farma, Ae Allah! kafiro ko apni rahmat se door kar jo teri raah se rookte, tere rasoolo ko jhutlaate aur tere dosto se ladte hai, Ae Allah! unke darmiyaan phoot daal de unke qadam daghmaga de aur un par apna wo azaab utaar jise tu mujrim qaum se nahi taala karta". (Behaqui 2:210, 211, Imam Behaqui ne ise sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab kisi par bad-dua ya naik dua ka iraadah farmate to aakhiri rakaat k ruku k baad "SAMI ALLAHULIMAN HAMIDAH RABBANA LAKAL HAMD" kehne k baad dua farmate. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tafseer Hadees no. 4560, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 675)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek maah tak paancho namazo mein ruku k baad qunoot e nazilah padhi aur Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum aapke pichey aameen kehte they. (Abu Dawood Kitabul Witr Hadees no. 1443, ise Imam Hakim, Hafiz Zahbi aur Imam Ibne Khuzaima ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Ubey bin Kaab Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam teen witr padhte aur dua e qunoot ruku se pehle padhte they". (Nasayi Qayamul Layl Hadees no. 1699, 3:235, Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1182, ise Ibne Tarkumani aur Ibne Sakan ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood aur Sahaba e Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum qunoot e witr ruku se pehle padhte they. (Musannaf ibne Abi Shaiba, ise Ibne Tarkumani ne sahih aur Hafiz ibne Hajar ne hasan kaha)

Witr mein ruku k baad qunoot ki tamaam riwayaat zaeef hai aur jo riwayaat sahih hai un mein sarahat nahi k Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka ruku k baad wala qunoot, qunoot e witr tha ya qunoot e nazilah, lihaza sahih tareeqa ye hai k witr mein qunoot ruku se qabl kiya jaye.

Hazrat Hasan bin Ali Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mujhe kuch kalmaat sikhaye takey mein unko qunoot e witr mein kahu:

"ALLAHUM-MAHDINI FEEMAN HADAITA WA AAFINI FEEMAN AAFAITA WATA WALLANI FEEMAN TAWALLAITA WA BAARIK LI FEEMA AATAITA WA QINI SARRA MA QAZAITA INNAKA TAQZI WALA YUQZA ALAIKA WA INNAHU LA YAZILLU MAU WA LAITA WALA YA'IZZU MAN AADAITA TABARAKTA RABBANA WATA AALAITA".

"Ae Allah! mujhe hidayat de kar un loogo mein shamil farma jinhey tuney rashd o hidayat se nawaza hai aur mujhe aafiyat de kar un loogo mein shamil farma jinhey tuney aafiyat bakshi hai, aur jin loogo ko tuney apna dost banaya hai un mein mujhe bhi shamil karke apna dost banale jo kuch tuney mujhe ata farmaya hai us mein mere liye barkat daal de aur jis shar wa buraayi ka tuney faisla farmaya hai us se mujhe mehfooz rakh aur bachale, yaqeenan tu hi faisla farmata hai tere khilaf faisla saadir nahi kiya ja sakta aur jiska tu dost bana wo kabhi zaleel wa khuwaar aur ruswa nahi ho sakta aur wo shaks izzat nahi pa sakta jise tu dushman kahe, ae hamare rabb! tu (bada) hi ba-barkat wala aur buland wa baala hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Witr Hadees no. 1425, Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 463, Imam Tirmizi ne ise hasan aur Imam Ibne Khuzaima 2:151, 152 Hadees no. 1095 ne sahih kaha)


TAMBIHAAT:

Dua e qunoot e witr mein hath uthane k baare mein koi marfoo riwayat nahi hai albatta Musannaf Ibne Abi Shaiba mein baaz Sahaba e Kiram Razi Allahu Anhum k aasaar milte hai.

"RABBANA WATA AALAITA" k baad "NASTAGH FIRUKA WA NATOOBU ILAIKA" k alfaz Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki ahadees mein mojood nahi hai balke ye dua mein izaafa hai.

"SALLALLAHU ALANNABIYI" Hazrat Ubey bin Kaab Razi Allahu Anhu se sabit hai k wo Hazrat Ujrah Razi Allahu Anhu k door mein ramazaan mein qayamul layl karte aur qunoot mein Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par darood bhejte they, is tarah Hazrat Muaaz Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu se bhi sabit hai. (Sahih Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1100) lihaza akhir mein "SALLALLAHU ALANNABIYI" padhna jayez hai.

WITR KI QAZA

WITR KI QAZA

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Agar koi shaks witr padhey baghair soo jaye ya witr padhna bhool jaye to usey jab yaad aaye ya jaag jaye to wo witr padh le". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Witr Hadees no. 1431, Imam Hakim aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks raat ka wazeefa ya koi doosra mamool chood kar soo gaya aur phir usey namaz e fajar se zuhar tak k darmiyaan ada kar liya to usey raat hi k waqt ada karne ka sawab mil jayega". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 747)

Hamey apna wazeefa poora karna chahiye kyunki Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Allah ta'ala k han mehboob tareen amal wo hai jo hamesha kiya jaye khawah thoda hi ho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabur Riqaaq Hadees no. 6464, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 782)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar wa bin Aas Razi Allahu Anhu ko farmaya "Ae Abdullah! tu falah shaks ki tarah na ho jana jo raat ka qayaam karta tha phir usne raat ka qayaam chood diya". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1152, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Siyaam Hadees no. 1159)

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaya k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne witr awwal shab mein, beech mein aur aakhir mein sab waqt ada kiye hai. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 745)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya jise khatrah ho k wo raat k aakhiri hissey mein nahi uth sakega wo awwal shab hi witr padh le phir so jaaye, aur jisko yaqeen ho k wo raat ko uth jayega wo aakhir mein witr padhey is liye k aakhir raat ki qiraat mein farishte hazir hote hai aur ye afzal hai. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 755)

Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha k jo raat ko namaz padhey to witr ko sabse aakhir mein ada kare is liye k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam yahi hukm farmate they. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 751)


PAANCH, TEEN AUR EK WITR

Hazrat Abu Ayyub Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Witr har musalman par haqq hai, pas jo shaks paanch rakaat witr padhna chahey to Paanch rakaat padhey aur jo koi teen rakaat witr padhna chahey to (teen rakaat) padhey aur jo koi ek rakaat witr padhna chahey to wo (ek) rakaat (witr) padhey". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Witr Hadees no. 1422, Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1190, Imam Hakim 1:203,303, Imam Zahbi aur Ibne Hibban 670 ne ise sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam raat ko (kul) 13 rakaat padhte aur un mein 5 rakaat witr hotey they (aur un 5 witro mein) kisi rakaat mein (tashahud k liye) na baithte magar aakhir mein. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 737)

Maloom hua k witro ki paancho rakaato k darmiyan tashahud k liye kahi nahi baithna chahiye balke paancho rakaatey padh kar qaada mein at-tahiyaat darood aur dua padh kar salaam phair dena chahiye.


TEEN WITRO KI QIRAAT

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam pehli rakaat witr main (SABBI HISMA RABBIKAL AALA) doosri mein (QUL YA AYYUHAL KAAFIROON) aur teesri mein (QUL HU WALLAHU AHAD, SURAH FALAQ AUR SURAH NAAS) padhte they. (Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 463, Imam Zahbi aur Ibne Hibban 675 ne ise sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Teen witr na padho paanch ya saat witr padho aur maghrib ki mushabihat na karo". (Daare Qutni 2:25,27, Hakim, Zahbi aur Ibne Hibban 680 ne ise sahih kaha)

Agar do rakaat padh kar salaam phera jaye aur phir ek rakaat padhi jaye to maghrib ki mushabihat nahi hogi.


WITR KI EK RAKAAT

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam har do rakaat k baad salaam pherte aur ek rakaat witr padhtey. (Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1177, Imam Bosiri ne ise sahih kaha)

Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam witr ki do aur ek rakaat mein salaam se fasl karte. (Ibne Maja Hadees no. 678, Hafiz ibne Hajar ne ise Qawi kaha hai)

Yaani teen witr bhi is tarah padhte k do rakaat padh kar salaam pherte aur phir uth kar teesri rakaat alag padhte.

Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se kaha gaya k Ameer ul Momineen Hazrat Muawiyah Razi Allahu Anhu ne ek hi witr padha hai, Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya k (unhone) durust kaam kiya wo fiqya aur sahabi hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Fazail e Sahaba Hadees no. 3765)

Imam Maroozi Rahimahullah farmate hai k fasl (witr ki do rakaato k baad salaam phair kar ek rakaat alag padhne) wali ahadees ziyaadah sabit hai.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Witr aakhir raat mein ek rakaat hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 752)


WITR KI 9 RAKAATEY

Saad bin Hishaam ne Hazrat Ayesh Razi Allahu Anha ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar kaha: Mujhe Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k witr k baare mein batlaiye to Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaya "Mein Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k liye miswaak aur wuzu ka paani tayyar rakhti phir jab Allah chahta aapko raat ko uthata phir aap miswaak karte aur wuzu karte aur 9 rakaat namaz (witr) padhte aathvi (8th) rakaat k baad tashahud mein baithte (aur us se qabl 2, 4, 6 rakaat k baad at-tahiyaat na padhte they) phir salaam phairey baghair (at-tahiyaat padh kar) khade ho jaate phir noovi rakaat padhte aur (uske baad aakhiri qaadey mein) baith jaate pas Allah ko yaad karte aur uski tareef karte aur us se dua maangte (yaani aakhiri qaadey ki maroof dua padhte) phir salaam pherte "Jab Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam badi umar ko pahunchey (to) aap 7 rakaat witr padhte they, aap is baat ko pasand karte they k apni namaz par hameshgi (regular) kare jab neend ya beemari ka galba hota aur raat ko qayaam na kar sakte to din mein 12 rakaat nafil padhte aur mein nahi jaanti k aapne ek raat mein poora quran padha ho ya saari raat namaz padhi ho ya ramazaan k alawah kisi aur maheeney mein poora maheena roozey rakkhey ho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 746)

Is hadees shareef se maloom hua k Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne (ek salaam k sath) 9 witr padhey aur aap har do rakaato k baad at-tahiyaat k liye nahi baithte they balke sirf aathvi rakaat mein tashahud padhte aur salaam pherey baghair khade ho jate aur phir aakhiri rakaat k aakhir mein hasb e mamool tashahud padh kar salaam phair dete they aur agar aap raat ka qayaam na kar sakte to din mein 12 rakaat ada farmate they.


EK RAAT MEIN KAYI WITR PADHNE KI MUMANIYAT

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Ek raat mein dobaarah witr (padhna jayez) nahi". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Witr Hadees no. 1439, Ibne Khuzaima 1101 aur Imam Ibne Hibban 671 ne sahih aur Hafiz ibne Hajar ne hasan kaha)

QAYAMUL LAYL KA TAREEQA

Bismillahirrahmaniraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka bil amoom witr padhne ka tareeqa, Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha yuh bayan karti hai k "Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam namaz e isha se fajar tak 11 rakaat padhte, har do rakaato par salaam phairte aur ek rakaat witr padhte". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 736)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Raat ki namaz do do rakaatey hai jab subah (Sadiq) hone ka khatrah ho to ek rakaat padhlo, ye (ek rakaat, pehli saari) namaz ko taaq bana degi". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Witr Hadees no. 990, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 749)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab raat ko nawafil padhna shuru karo to pehle do halki rakaatey ada karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 768)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne raat ka qayaam kiya pehle do halki rakaatey padhi, phir do taweel rakaatey padhi phir us se halki, do taweel rakaatey padhi, phir us se halki do taweel rakaatey phir us se halki do taweel rakaatey phir unse halki do taweel rakaatey phir ek rakaat witr padha, ye tairah (13) rakaatey hui, Aapki har do rakaatey pehli wali do rakaato se halki hoti thi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salatul Musafireen Hadees no. 765)

Ummul Momineen Hazrat e Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam raat ko kabhi 7, kabhi 9 aur kabhi 11 rakaatey padhte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1139)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam raat k nawafil mein kabhi sirri (aahista) aur kabhi jahri (buland aawaaz se) qiraat farmate. (Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 449, Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1354)

Jab Aap ghar mein nawafil ada karte to hujrah mein aapki qiraat sunaayi deti thi. (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1327)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek raat bahar nikle to aapne dekha k Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu aahista qiraat se nawafil padh rahe hai aur Hazrat Umar Farooq Razi Allahu Anhu nawafil mein unchi aawaaz se qiraat kar rahe hai, jab wo dono Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein hazir hue to Aapne Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu se farmaya "Ae Abu Bakr Razi Allahu Anhu raat mein tumhare paas se guzra, tu past aawaaz se nawafil padh raha tha? unhone arz kiya ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! jis (Allah) se mein sargooshi kar raha tha us tak meri aawaaz pahunch rahi thi, phir aapne Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se kaha k "raat mera tere paas se guzar hua, tu unchi aawaaz k saath nafil padh raha tha to unhone arz kiya ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! mein sooye hue ko baidaar karna chahta tha (k wo bhi tahajjud padhey) aur shaitan ko bhagaane ka iraadah rakhta tha, us par Hazrat Abu Bakr Razi Allahu Anhu ko zara unchi aawaaz se aur Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ko zara neechi aawaaz se padhne ka hukm diya". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Tatvi Hadees no. 1329, Imam Ibne Khuzaima, Imam Ibne Hibban, Imam Hakim aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

RASOOL ALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WA SALLAM KI TAHAJJUD KI KAIFIYAT

RASOOL ALLAH SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WA SALLAM KI TAHAJJUD KI KAIFIYAT

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki namaz e tahajjud ka hasan aur taweel bayan nahi ho sakta. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1147)

Hazrat Abu Zarr Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne tahajjud mein (itna lamba) qayaam kiya k is ek aayat ko baar baar padh kar subah kardi:

"IN TU'AZZIB HUM FA INNA HUM IBAADUKA WA IN TAGHFIR LAHUM FA INNAKA ANTAL AZEEZUL HAKEEM". (Surah Ma'ida Ayat no. 118)

"Agar tu unhey azaab de to wo yaqeenan tere bande hai aur agar tu unhey maaf karde to yaqeenan tu ghalib (aur) hikmat wala hai". (Nasayi Kitabul Iftatah Hadees no. 1010, ise Hakim 1:24 aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Huzaifa Razi Allahu Anhu ne Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko tahajjud padhte hue dekha, wo kehte hai surah fatiha k baad aapne surah baqarah padhi, phir ruku kiya, aapka ruku aapke qayaam k maanind tha (yaani qayaam ki tarah ruku bhi kaafi taweel kiya) phir aapne ruku se sar uthaaya aapka qauma aapke ruku k maanind tha, aapka sajdah aapke qaumey k maanind tha, aap dono sajdo k darmiyaan (jalsa mein) apne sajde ki maanind baithte they (yaani sajdey ki tarah jalsa mein bhi dair lagaayi aur khoob itminaan se kiya) pas aapne chaar rakaateo mein surah baqarah, surah Aale Imraan, Surah Nisa aur Surah Ma'idah padhi. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 874, ise Imam Hakim ne sahih kaha)

Subhan-Allah! ye thi Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki namaz e tahajjud, sirf chaar rakaat mein sava saat paarey padhey, phir ruku, qaumey, sajdey aur jalse ki darazi aur unmey tasbeeho aur duwaon ko kasrat se padhna aap par khatam tha.

Hazrat Huzaifa Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k mein ek raat Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath nafli namaz mein shareek hua, aapne (Surah Fatiha k baad) Surah Baqarah shuru ki, mene socha k aap 100 aayaat padh kar ruku mein jayengey magar aap padhte chale gaye, mene khayal kiya k Surah Baqarah ko do rakaato mein taqseem karengey lekin aap padhte rahe, Aapne Surah Baqarah khatam karke Surah Nisa shuru karli, phir usey khatam karke Surah Aale Imran ko padhna shuru kar diya usko bhi khatam kar daala, aap nihayat aahistagi se padhte jaate they, jab aese aayat ki tilawat karte jisme Subhan-Allah kehne ka hukm hota to Subhan-Allah kehte, agar kuch maangne ka zikr hota to sawal karte, agar panah maangne ka zikr hota (AOUZU BILLAH) padhte Aale Imran khatam karke Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ruku kiya. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 772)

Is Hadees se maloom hua k tilawat e quraan mein tarteeb ka khayal rakhna zaroori nahi hai kyunki Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Aale Imraan ki tilawat Nisa k baad ki halankey Aale Imraan tarteeb mein Nisa se pehle hai.


TAAQAT SE BADH KAR MASHAKKAT KI MUMANIYAT:

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se (Ba-taur e sawal) daryaft kiya "Mujhe batlaya gaya hai k tum sari raat nafil padhte ho aur din ko rooza rakhte ho, agar tum aesa karoge to tumhari aankhey kamzoor aur tabiyat sust ho jayegi is liye rooza rakkho aur iftaar bhi karo, raat ko qayaam karo aur neend bhi, ek maah mein ek quraan paak khatam kar liya karo, unhone arz ki mein is se ziyaadah tilawat karne ki taaqat rakta hu, aapne farmaya "to 20 din mein khatam kar liya karo" unhone kaha mein us se bhi ziyaadah taaqat rakhta hu, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "7 din mein khatam kar liya karo, is se ziyaadah ki ijazat nahi, kyunki tumhari beewi ka tum par haqq hai, tumhare mulaqaatiyon (tumse milne walo) ka tum par haqq hai, tumhare badan ka tum par haqq hai, aur shayad tumhari umar ziyaadah ho (aur tum ye kaam budhaape mein na kar sako) Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu jab boodhey hue to aarzo karte they k kaash mein Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki rukhsat qabool kar leta". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Fazail E Quran Hadees no. 5054, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Siyaam Hadees no. 1159)

Phir Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne unhey quran paak 3 din mein khatam karne ki ijazat de di aur farmaya "Quran paak se us shaks ko kuch samajh hasil nahi ho sakti jo teen din se kam muddat mein quran paak khatam karta hai". (Tirmizi Kitabul Qiraat Hadees no. 2949, Abu Dawood Kitab Shahr Ramazaan Hadees no. 1390, Imam Tirmizi ne ise Hasan Sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne masjid k andar do satoono k darmiyan latki hui rassi dekhi to pucha ye kya hai? loogo ne kaha "Ye Hazrat Zainab Razi Allahu Anha ki rassi hai wo (raat ko nafil) namaz padhti rehti hai phir jab sust ho jaati hai ya thak jaati hai to us rassi ko pakad leti hai, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Is rassi ko khool daalo har shaks apni khushi k muwafiq namaz padhey phir jab sust ho jaye ya thak jaye to aaraam kare". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaaltul Musafireen Hadees no. 784)

Is se maloom hua k jayez lazzato se kinaarah kushi aur jismaani takaleef par mushtamil soofiyaana riyazato aur mujaharaat ka islam mein koi tasawwur nahi hai.

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Itna amal ikhtiyaar karo jis qadar tumhey taqat ho, Allah ki qasam! Allah sawab dene se nahi thakta lekin tum amal karne se thak jaogey". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 785)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks raat ko nawafil mein 200 aayaat tilawat karta hai wo ita'at guzaar aur mukhlis loogo mein shumaar hota hai". (Daarmi Kitabul Fazail e Quran Hadees no. 3451, Ise Imam Hakim aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)


AAP SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WA SALLAM KI TEEN DUWAYE:

Hazrat Khabbab bin Arat Razi Allahu Anhu jo Badri (jo jang e badar mein they) Sahabi hai ek raat Nabi e Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath they farmate hai k Aap tamaam raat baidaar rahe aur nawafil ada karte rahe yaha tak k subah sadiq ho gayi, jab aapne namaz se salam phera to Khabbab Razi Allahu Anhu ne arz kiya ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ! mere maa baap aap par qurban, aaj raat jis tarah aapne nawafil padhey us se pehle mene kabhi aapko is tarah namaz ada karte nahi dekha, Aapne farmaya "Tumne durust kaha namaz aesi ibadat hai jisme Allah k saath ishtiyaaq badhaaya jata hai aur uske azaab se panah maangi jaati hai, chunanchey mene Allah ta'ala se teen sawal kiye jisme se do qabool hue, Ek sawal ye k Allah meri ummat ko saabaqa ummato ki tarah barbaad na kare usko Allah ne qabool farmaya, Doosra sawal ye k meri (sari) ummat par (baik waqt) dushmano ko ghalba hasil na ho, ye bhi qabool kar liya gaya, phir mene sawal kiya k Ummat e Muhammadiya mein ikhtalaaf roonuma na ho lekin usey qabool nahi kiya gaya". (Tirmizi Kitabul Fitan Hadees no. 2175, Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 1830, Imam Tirmizi ne ise Hasan gareeb sahih kaha)

TAHAJJUD KI DUA E ISTAFTA

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k jab Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam raat ko tahajjud k liye khade hote to (takbeer e tehrimah k baad ye) padhte:

"ALLAHUMMA LAKAL HAMDU ANTA QAYYIMUS SAMAAWAATI WAL ARZI WA MAN FEEHINNA WA LAKAL HAMDU LAKA MULKUS SAMAAWAATI WAL ARZI WA MAN FEEHINNA WA LAKAL HAMDU ANTA NOORUS SAMAAWAATI WAL ARZI WA MAN FEEHINNA WA LAKAL HAMDU ANTA MALIKUS SAMAAWAATI WAL ARZI WA LAKAL HAMDU ANTAL HAQQU WA WAADUKAL HAQQU WA LIQAA'UKA HAQQUN WA QAULUKU HAQQUN WAJ JANNATU HAQQUN WAN NAARU HAQQUN WAN NABEEYOONA HAQQUN WA MUHAMMADUN HAQQUN WASSAA'ATU HAQQUN ALLAHUMMA LAKA ASLAMTU WA BIKA AAMANTU WA ALAIKA TAWAKKALTU WA ILAIKA ANABTU WA BIKA KHAASAMTU WA ILAIKA HAAKAMTU FAGHFIRLI MA QADDAMTU WAMA AKKHARTU WAMA ASRARTU WAMA AALANTU ANTAL MUQADDIMU WA ANTAL MU'AKKHIRU LA ILAHA ILLA ANTA"

"Ilahi! tere hi liye saari tareef hai, zameen aur aasmaan aur jo kuch un mein hai (sabko) tu hi qayim rakhne wala hai, tere hi liye saari tareef hai, zameen wa aasmaan aur jo kuch un mein hai, (un sab) ki baadshahat tere liye hai tere hi liye sari tareef hai tu hi roshan karne wal hai zameen wa aasmaan ko aur jo kuch un mein hai, tere hi liye sari tareef hai, tu hi baadshah hai zameen aur aasmaan ka, tere hi liye sari tareef hai tu haqq hai aur (dunya wa aakhirat k mutalliq) tera waada haqq hai, (aakhirat mein) teri mulaqaat haqq hai, tera kalaam haqq hai, jannat haqq hai, jahannam haqq hai, tamaam anbiya haqq hai aur Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam haqq hai qayamat haqq hai, ilahi! mein tere saamne jhuk gaya, mein tere saath emaan laya, mene tujh hi par bharoosa kiya, mene sirf teri taraf ruju kiya, sirf teri hi madad se (dushmano se) jhagadta hu, mene sirf tujhe hi apna haakim maana, so tu mere agle pichle aur zahir aur poshidah (saare k saare) gunah maaf karde, tu hi aagey karne wala aur pichey karne wala hai, tere siwa koi (saccha) mabood nahi hai". Hazrat Abu Umama Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Tahajjud zaroor padha karo, kyunki wo tumse pehle saliheen ki roosh hai aur tumhare liye apne rabb k qareeb ka waseela, gunaho k mitne ka zariya aur (mazeed) gunaho se bachne ka sabab hai". (Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1135, ise Hafiz ibne Aeraaqi ne hasan Imam Hakim aur Imam Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Us shaks par Allah ki rahmat ho jo raat ko utha, phir namaz (tahajjud) padhi aur apni aurat ko jagaaya, phir usne (bhi) namaz padhi phir agar aurat (galba e neend k ba'as) na jaagi, to uske muh par paani k chinte mare, aur us aurat par Allah ki rahmat ho jo raat ko uthi phir namaz (tahajjud) padhi aur apne khawind ko jagaaya, phir usne (bhi) namaz padhi agar khawind (galba e neend k ba'as na jaaga) to uske muh par paani k chinte maare". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Tatvi Hadees no. 1308, ise Imam Hakim 1:409, Imam Ibne Khuzaima 1148 Zahbi aur Imam Nawawi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Farz namaz k baad sab namazo se afzal tahajjud ki namaz hai aur ramazaan k roozo k baad afzal roozey Allah k maheeney Muharram k hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabs Siyaam Hadees no. 1163)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab insan soota hai to shaitan uske sar ki guddi par teen girhey (gaanthey) lagata hai aur kehta hai k raat badi lambi hai agar wo baidar ho kar Allah ka zikr kare to ek girah khul jati hai aur agar wuzu kare to doosri girah khul jaati hai aur namaz padhey to teesri girah khul jati hai, aur wo shaad-maan aur paak nafs ho kar subah karta hai, warna uski subah khabees aur sust nafs k saath hoti hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1142, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 776)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Allah ta'ala har raat ko jab ek tihaayi raat baaqi rah jati hai aasmaani dunya par nuzool farmata hai aur farmata hai "Koi hai jo mujhe pukaare mein uski dua qubool karu, koi hai jo mujhse maangey mein usko dun, koi hai jo mujhse bakhshish talab kare mein usko baksh du". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1145, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 758)


NABI RAHMAT SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WA SALLAM KA SHOONQ E TAHAJJUD

Hazrat Mugeerah Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne (raat ko tahajjud mein) itna lamba qiyaam kiya k aapke paao soojh gaye, aapse sawal hua "Aap itni mashaqqat kyu karte hai halankey aap maghfoor hai?" aapne farmaya "Kya phir (jab Allah ta'ala ne mujhe naboowat k in'aam, magfirat ki dolat aur be-shumar naimato se nawaza hai) mein Allah ka shukr guzaar bandah na banu?". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tafseer Hadees no. 4836, Sahih Muslim Sifaatul Munafiqeen Hadees no. 2819)


NEEND SE JAAGTEY WAQT KI DUA

Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab raat ko (bistar se tahajjud k liye) uthte to (ye) padhte: (ALLAHU AKBAR) das baar (ALHAMDULILLAH) das baar (SUBHANALLAHI WA BI HAMDIHI) das baar (SUBHANAL MALIKIL QUDDOOS) das baar (ASTAGHRIFULLAH) das baar (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) das baar aur phir (ALLAHUMMA INNI A'OUZU BIKA MIN ZEEQID DUNYA WA ZEEQI YAUMIL QIYAAMAH) das baar. (Abu Dawood Kitabul Adab Hadees no. 5085) phir kehte (ALLAHUMMAGH FIRLI WAHDINI WARZUKNI WA AAFINI) (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 766 ise Imam Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 649 ne sahih kaha)

"Allah sabse bada hai, sari tareef Allah k liye hai, Allah apni tareef samait (har aeyb se) paak hai, mein nihayat hi pakeezah baadshah ki paaki bayan karta hu, mein Allah se bakshish talab karta hu, Allah k siwa koi (saccha) mabood nahi hai, ae Allah! mein dunya wa aakhirat ki pareshaniyo se teri panah maangta hu, ae Allah! mujhe maaf farma, mujhe hidayat ata kar, mujhe rizq de aur aafiyat se nawaaz"

phir (wuzu wagairah karke) tahajjud shuru karte.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks raat ko neend se jaagey aur kahe"

"LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU WAHDAHU LA SHAREEKA-LAHU LAHUL MULKU WA LAHUL HAMDU WA HUWA ALA KULLI SHAI'IN QADEER, ALHAMDULILLAHI WA SUBHANALLAHI WA LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU WALLAHU AKBARU WALA HAULA WALA QUWWATA ILLA BILLAH"

"Allah k siwa koi (sachha) mabood nahi hai, wo akela hai uska koi shareek nahi, usi k liye sari baadshahat aur usi k liye saari tareef hai aur wo har cheez par khoob qudrat rakhne wala hai, sari tareef Allah k liye, Allah (har aeyb se) paak hai, Allah k siwa koi mabood nahi Allah sabse bada hai, badi (buraayi) se bachne aur naiki karne ki kisi mein taaqat nahi hai magar Allah ki tofeeq se" phir kehte: "ALLAHUMAGH FIRLI" "Ae Allah! mujhe baksh de" (ya koi aur dua kare) to qubool hogi, aur agar wuzu karke namaz padhte to (wo bhi) qubool ki jayegi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1154)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam tahajjud k liye uthte to aapne baithne k baad surah Aale Imraan ki aakhiri das aayaat (189-200) padhte. (Sahih Bukhari Amalu fis Salaat Hadees no. 1198, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 763)

NAMAZ KI SUNNATO KA BAYAN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Qayamat k din bande ka sabse pehle namaz ka hi hisab hoga agar wo durust hui to wo kaamyab hua aur nijaat pa gaya aur agar wo kharab hui to wo nakaam hua aur khasaarah paane walo mein se hoga, agar uske farzo se kuch naqis ho to Allah farmayega k mere bande ki nafil dekho aur phir un nafilo se farz ki kami poori ki jayegi isi tarah uske baaqi aamaal ka hisab hoga". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 864, Tirmizi Hadees no. 413, Nasayi Hadees no. 465)


NAFIL AUR SUNNATEY GHAR MEIN PADHNA AFZAL HAI

Hazrat Zaid bin Sabit Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Farz namaz k alawah baaqi namaz ghar mein padhna afzal hai". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 731, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 781)

Hazrat Adbullah bin Saad Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se daryaft kiya k nafil namaz ghar mein padhna afzal hai ya masjid mein? Aapne farmaya "Kya tum nahi dekhte k mera ghar masjid kis qadar qareeb hai iske ba-wajood fara'iz namaz k alawah mujhe ghar mein namaz padhna ziyaadah pasand hai". (Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1378, Imam Bosiri aur Ibne Khuzaima ne ise sahih kaha)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum masjid mein namaz padho to namaz ka kuch hissa (nawafil, sunnatey) apne gharo mein padho, Allah us namaz k sabab ghar mein bhalaayi dega". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 778)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Apni namazo ka kuch hissa apne gharo mein padho (jese qabristan namaz se khali hote hai aese hi) apne gharo ko qabristan na banao". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 432, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 777)


MOKKADAH SUNNATEY: BAHISHT MEIN GHAR

Hazrat Ummey Habeeba Razi Allahu Anha kehti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks din aur raat mein (farzo k alwaah) 12 rakaatey padhey uske liye bahisht mein ghar banaya jata hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salatul Musafireen Hadees no. 728)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Shafeeq Rahimahullah riwayat karte hai k mene Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k nafilo ka haal daryaft kiya to Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne kaha "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam mere ghar mein zuhar se pehle chaar rakaatey padhte they, phir aap nikalte aur loogo k saath (zuhar k farz) padhte, phir (ghar mein) dakhil hote aur do rakaat namaz padhte, aap loogo k sath maghrib ki namaz padhte, phir (ghar mein) dakhil hote aur do rakaat (sunnat) padhte, phir Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam loogo k saath isha ki namaz padhte, phir (ghar mein) dakhil hote aur do rakaat namaz padhte aur raat ko Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam noo rakaat (tahajjud ki) namaz padhte, un mein witr bhi hota tha aur jab subah namudaar hoti to (namaz e fajar se pehle) do rakaat (sunnat) padhte". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 730)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se das rakaatey yaad ki zuhar se pehle do rakaat, do rakaat zuhar k baad, do rakaat maghrib k baad, do rakaat isha k baad aur do rakaat farjar se pehle. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1180, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 729)

Ummul Momineen Ummey Habeeba Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jisne zuhar se pehle chaar rakaat aur zuhar k baad do rakaat ki hifazat ki us par jahannam ki aagh haraam hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Tatvi Hadees no. 1269)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Raat aur din ki (nafil) namaz do do rakaatey (padhi jaati) hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Tatvi Hadees no. 1295, Imam Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1210 aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise sahih kaha)

Maloom hua chaar rakaat sunnat bhi do do karke ada karni chahiye.


ASAR SE PEHLE CHAAR RAKAAT

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks asar se pehle chaar rakaat (sunnat) padhey, Allah us par rahmat kare". (Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 430, Abu Dawood Kitabut Tatvi Hadees no. 1271, Ise Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1193, Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 616 aur Nawawi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam asar se pehle chaar rakaat padhte they aur do rakaat k baad tashahud aur dua padh kar salaam phair dete they. (Tirmizi Hadees no. 429, Imam Tirmizi ne hasan kaha)


MAGHRIB SE PEHLE DO RAKAAT

Hazrat Abdullah Muzani Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Maghrib ki (farz) namaz se pehle namaz padho, aapne teen baar farmaya aur teesri baar kaha jiska dil chaahey, ye is liye farmaya k aap na-pasand karte they k loog usko sunnat e mokkadah bana ley". (Sahih Bukhari Abwatut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1183)

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Madeena mein mu'azzin maghrib ki azaan kehta, hum sab sunnato ki taraf doodte (bhaagte) aur do rakaatey padhte, loog is kasrat se do rakaatey padhte k ajnabi ye gumaan karta k maghrib ki jamaat ho chuki hai. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 837)

Mursad bin Abdullah Rahimahullah Hazrat Uqba Razi Allahu Anhu k paas aaye aur kaha "Kya ye ajeeb baat nahi k Hazrat Abu Tameem Razi Allahu Anhu maghrib ki namaz se pehle do rakaat padhte hai? Hazrat Uqba Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha k hum bhi Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k zamaane mein padhte they, unhone pucha: ab kyu nahi padhte? kehne lage k masroofiyat". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1184)


JUMA K DIN KI SUNNATEY

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum juma k baad namaz padhna chaho to chaar rakaat ada karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Juma Hadees no. 881)

Maloom hua k juma k baad chaar rakaat sunnatey padhni chahiye aur agar koi do rakaatey bhi padh le to jayez hoga.

Hazrat Abdullh bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu juma k baad kuch namaz nahi padhte they yaha tak k apne ghar aatey aur do rakatey padhte, phir farmate k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aesa hi kiya karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Juma Hadees no. 937, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Juma Hadees no. 882)

Baaz ulama ne ye tatbeeq di hai k masjid mein chaar sunnatey (do do karke) padhey aur agar ghar mein aa kar padhey to do sunnatey padhey. (Mar'aatul Mafateeh)


FAJAR KI SUNNATO KI FAZILAT

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha kehti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Fajar ki do sunnatey dunya aur jo kuch dunya mein hai, us se behtar hai aur mujhe fajar ki do rakaat (sunnatey) saari dunya se ziyaadah mehboob hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 725)

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam nawafil mein se kisi cheez par itni muhafizat aur muda-wa-mat nahi karte they jis qadar fajar ki do sunnato par karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1169, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 724)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab fajar ki do sunnatey padhte to daayi pehlu par lait'te they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 626, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Masajid Hadees no. 7366)

Hafiz ibne Hajar Rahimahullah farmate hai k salaf mein se baaz masjid ki bajaaye ghar mein daayi pehlu laitna mustahab jaante they kyunki Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se ye zikr nahi milta k aap masjid mein daayi pehlu lait'te they. (Fathul Baari Sharah Sahih Bukhari)


SUNNATO KI QAZA

Ummul Momineen Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha bayan karti hai k mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se suna k aap asar k baad namaz padhne se mana karte they phir mene dekha k aapne asar ki namaz k baad do rakaatey padhi mene aapse uski wajah puchi to aapne farmaya "Baat ye hai k mere paas qabeela Abdul Qais k loog (ahkaam e deen seekhne k liye) aaye they unke saath (meri masroofiyat ne) mujhe zuhar k baad ki do rakaat sunnato se baaz rakkha pas ye wo dono thi (jo mene asar k baad ada ki hai)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Sahu Hadees 1233, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 834)


FAJAR KI SUNNATEY FARZO K BAAD PADH SAKTE HAI

Agar aap aese waqt masjid mein pahunchey k jamaat khadi ho gayi ho aur aapne sunnatey na padhi ho to us waqt sunnatey mat padhey kyunki Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab namaz ki iqamat (takbeer) ho jaye to farz namaz k alawah koi namaz nahi hoti". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 710)

Aesi surat mein aap jamaat mein shamil ho jaye aur farz padh kar sunnatey padh le chunanchey Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek shaks ko subah ki farz namaz k baad do rakaatey padhte hue dekh kar farmaya "Subah ki (farz) namaz do rkaatey hai (tumne mazeed do rakaatey kesi padhi hai?) us shaks ne jawab diya, mene do rakaatey sunnat (jo farzo se pehle hai) nahi padhi thi, unko ab padha hai (ye sun kar) aapne farmaya "phir koi harj nahi". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Tatvi Hadees no. 1267, Ibne Maja Hadees no. 1154, Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1116, ise Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 624, Hakim 1:274, 275 aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Ek shaks masjid mein aaya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam subah k farz padh rahe they, usne masjid k ek kooney mein do rakaat sunnat padhi, phir jamaat mein shamil ho gaya, jab aapne salam phaira to farmaya "Tuney farz namaz kisko shumar kiya jo akele padhi thi usko ya jo hamare saath jamaat se padhi hai?". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 712)

Maloom hua k farz hote waqt sunnato ka padhna durust nahi hai


NAFIL NAMAZ

Koi sahab ye khayal na kare k humne namazo ki rakaato ko kam kar diya hai yaani fara'iz aur sunnatey gin li hai aur nafil chood diye hai, musalman bhaiyo ko maloom hona chahiye k nawafil apni khushi aur marzi ki ibadat hai, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne kisi ko padhne k liye majboor nahi kiya, is liye hamey koi haqq nahi k hum apne nafilo ko farzo ka zaroori aur laazmi zameema bana le, farzo k saath aapki nafil ibadat yaani sunnatey aa gayi hai jin se namaz poori aur mukammal ho gayi hai nawafil hum mamnua auqaat k siwa din aur raat k sab auqaat mein ada kar sakte hai.

Hazrat Umar bin Absa Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se arz ki k mujhe namaz k mutalliq khabar dijiye to aapne farmaya "Subah ki namaz padh, phir suraj tulu aur uncha hone tak namaz se ruk ja is liye k ye shaitan k do seengho k darmiyan tulu hota hai aur us waqt kuffaar usko sajdah karte hai, phir namaz padh yaqeenan namaz mein farishte hazir hote hai aur suraj k seedah sar par hone k waqt namaz se ruk ja is liye k us waqt jahannam bhadkaayi jati hai aur phir suraj dhalne k baad padh is liye k namaz k liye farishte hazir hote hai phir namaz e asar padh, phir uske baad guroob e aaftaab tak thehar ja is liye k ye shaitan k do seengho k darmiyan guroob hota hai aur us waqt kuffaar usey sajdah karte hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 832)

MASJID MEIN DAKHIL HOTE WAQT AUR NIKALTE WAQT KI DUA

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum masjid mein dakhil ho to ye padho:

"ALLAHUM MAFTAH LEE ABWABA RAHMATIK" "Ae Allah mere liye apni rahmat k darwazey khool de".

Jab tum masjid se niklo to ye dua padho:

"ALLAHUMMA INNI AS'ALUKA MIN FAZKIL" "Ya Allah! beshak mein tujh se tera fazal maangta hu". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 713)

Hazrat Fatima Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab masjid mein dakhil hote to farmate:

"BISMILLAHI WAS SALAAMU ALA RASOOLILLAHI ALLHUM MAGFIRLI ZUNOOBI WAFTAHLI ABWABA RAHMATIK"

"Allah k naam se (dakhil hota hu) aur (dua karta hu k) Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par salamati ho, Ae Allah! mere gunah baksh de aur mere liye apni rahmat k darwaazey khool de".

Aur jab masjid se nikalte to farmate:

"BISMILLAHI WAS SALAAMU ALA RASOOLILLAHI ALLAHUM MAGFIRLI ZUNOOBI WAFTAHLI ABWABA FAZLIK"

"Allah k naam se (masjid se bahar aata hu) aur (dua karta hu k) Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par salamati ho, Ae Allah! mere gunah baksh de aur mere liye apne fazal (wa karam) k darwaazey khool de". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 771, ise Imam Tirmizi Hadees no. 315 ne hasan li gairih kaha)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Masjid mein dakhil hote waqt aur nikalte waqt Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par salaam kaho". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 773, Imam Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 452 aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Agar namazi masjid mein dakhil hote waqt ye dua padh le to shaitan kehta hai k usne baaqi din mujhse mehfooz kar liya:

"A'OUZU BILLAHIL AZEEMI WA BI WAJHIHIL KAREEMI WA SULTANIHIL QADEEMI MINSH SHAITANIR RAJEEM"

"Mein Shaitan mardood se azmat wale Allah, us se izzat wale chehre aur uski qadeem badshahat ki panah chahta hu". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 466)


FAJAR KI NAMAZ K LIYE MASJID JAATE HUE DUA

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k jab mu'azzin ne subah ki namaz k liye azaan di to aap namaz k liye nikle aur aap farma rahe they:

"ALLAHUMMAJ'AL FI QALBI NOORAN WA FI LISAANI NOORAN WAJ'AL FI SAM'I NOORAN WA FI BASARI NOORAN WA MIN FAUQI NOORAN WA MIN TAHTI NOORAN WA AN YAMEENI NOORAN WA AN SHIMAALI NOORAN WA MIN BAINI YADAI NOORAN WA MIN KHALFI NOORAN WAJ'AL FI NAFSI NOORAN WA AAZIM LI NOORAN"

"Ae Allah! mere dil, meri zubaan, meri sima'at, aur meri basarat ko (emaan k noor se) munawwar farma, mere uper, mere nichey, mere daaye aur baaye, mere saamne aur pichey (har taraf) noor phaila de, aur meri rooh ko noor se bhar de aur meri (hidayat k) noor ko badha de". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 763)

MASAJID K AHKAAM

MASAJID K AHKAAM

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Mere liye sari zameen ko masjid aur mitti ko paak karne wali banaya gaya hai lihaza jaha kahi bhi namaz ka waqt aaye ada karlo". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tayammum Hadees no. 335, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 521)

Ye Allah ta'ala ka is ummat par khaas in'aam hai, is ummat se qabl kisi bhi ummat ko ye sahoolat hasil nahi thi k namaz ka waqt aane par wo jis jagah bhi chahey namaz ada karle siwaye un jagaaho k jaha mana kiya gaya hai yaani qabristaan, hammam aur ountho ka baadah.


MASJID KI FAZILAT

Hazrat Usman Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks masjid banaaye aur uska maqsood Allah ki raza-mandi ho, Allah uske liye bahisht mein ghar banata hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 450, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 533)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Allah ko masjidey bahut ziyaadah mehboob hai, aur bazaar nihayat na-pasand hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 671)

Matloob ye hai k masjidey dunya ki tamaam jagaaho se Allah ko ziyaadah mehboob aur piyari hai kyunki unme Allah ki ibadat hoti hai aur bazaar tamaam jagaaho se Allah k nazdeek nihayat na-pasandeedah hai kyunki waha hirs, tam'a, jhoot, makar aur lain dain mein faraib wagairah ka door doorah hota hai, yaad rahe k kisi deeni ya deenivi zaroorat k bagair bazaar mein kabhi na jaye aur masjido se bahut muhabbat kare.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo koi din k awwal hissey mein ya din k aakhiri hissey mein masjid ki taraf jaaye, Allah uske liye bahist mein mehmaani tayyar karta hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 662, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 669)


BAAZ MASAJID MEIN NAMAZO KA SAWAB

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Teen masajid Masjid e Haraam, Masjid e Aqsa aur Masjid e Nabwi k alawah kisi doosri jagah k liye safar ikhtiyaar na karo". (Sahih Bukhari Baab fazala salati fil masajid makkata wa madeenata Hadees no. 1189, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 1397)

Khana Kaaba (Masjid e Haraam) mein ek namaz dosri masjid ki ek lakh namazo se afzal hai. (Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1406)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya masjid e nabwi mein ek namaz doosri masajid ki ek hazaar namazo se behtar hai. (Sahih Bukhari Baab fazala salati fil masajid makkata wa madeenata Hadees no. 1190, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 1394)

Hazrat Sahal bin Saad Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis shaks ne ghar mein wuzu kiya phir masjid e quba gaya aur waha namaz padhi usko umrah k barabar ajr milega". (Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1412)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam har hafta ko masjid e quba mein paidal ya sawaar ho kar jaate aur do rakaat namaz padhte. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 1194, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 1399)


TAHYATUL MASJID (MASJID KA TOHFA)

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum masjid mein dakhil ho to baithne se pehle do rakaat (tahyatul masjid k taur par) padho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 444, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 714)

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha k mein masjid mein gaya aur Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam loogo k saath masjid mein baithey hue they, mein bhi baith gaya, Aapne farmaya k tumhey baithne se pehle do rakaat padhne se kis cheez ne rooka hai, mene arz kiya ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam mene aapko aur loogo ko baithte dekha to mein bhi baith gaya, aapne farmaya jab tum mein se koi masjid aaye to jab tak do rakaat na padh le na baithey. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 714)


PIYAAZ AUR LAHSUN KHA KAR MASJID MEIN NA AAO

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne famraya "Jo shaks lahsun ya piyaaz kaaye to wo hamari masjid se door rahe aur apne ghar mein baitha rahe". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 564)

Hazrat Abu Saeed Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo koi in khabees darakhato (lahsun aur piyaaz) ko khaaye to masjid k qareeb na aaye aur farmaya agar tumne unhey khana hi hai to unko paka kar unki boo (smell) maar lo (yaani uski smell khatam kardo)" kyunki us se farishto ko aeza pahunchti hai aur aadmiyo ko bhi takleef hoti hai, loog boole lahsun haram ho gaya, haram ho gaya? Aapne farmaya loogo mein wo cheez haraam nahi kar sakta jisko Allah ta'ala ne halaal kiya hai lekin lahsun ki boo mujhe buri lagti hai. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 565)

Sheikh Albani Rahimahullah farmate hai "Kya kisi k tasawwur mein ye baat aa sakti hai k sigret peene wala piyaaz wa lahsun k hukm mein dakhil nahi? sabko maloom hai k sigret ki badboo piyaaz wa lahsun ki boo se kahi ziyaadah azeeyat naak hoti hai, un dono k khaane mein koi zarar bhi nahi jabke sigret peene k bahut se nuksanaat hai aur koi faida nahi" agar kisi ko marz ki bina par lahsun ya piyaaz istemaal karna padta ho to wo unko istemaal kar sakta hai kyunki:

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Mugeerah bin Shuba Razi Allahu Anhu ko seene k ek marz ki bina par lahsun kha kar masjid aane ki ijazat di thi. (Abu Dawood Kitabul It'amah Hadees no. 3826, ise Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1672 aur Ibne Hibban ne sahih kaha)


MASJID MEIN THOOKNA

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Mujh par meri ummat k acchey aur burey aamaal paish kiye gaye, mene dekha k naik aamaal mein raastey se takleef deh cheez ko door karna bhi hai aur burey aamaal mein masjid mein thookna bhi hai jis par mitti na daali gayi ho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 553)

Yaani aaj kal masjid se thook ko paani ya kapde wagairah se saaf kiya jayega.

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne masjid mein qible ki deewaar par balgam dekha aap loogo k aagey khade hue namaz padha rahe they, aapne (namaz hi mein) usko kheench dala, jab namaz padh chukey to farmaya "Jab koi namaz padhta hai to Allah ta'ala uske saamne hota hai usko chahiye k namaz mein apne saamne balgam na daale". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 547)

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne qible ki taraf masjid mein balgam dekha, aapne usko apne haath se khurach dala aur aapke chehre mubarak par na-khushgawaari k aasaas they, goya aapko ye thookna sakht na-gawaar guzra, phir aapne farmaya "Namaz mein insaan apne rabb se munajaat karta hai aur uska rabb uske qible k beech mein hota hai is liye usey chachiye k apne saamne na thookey balke apne baayi qadam k nichey thooke, phir aapne apni chadar ka kona liya usme thooka aur kapde ko mal diya aur farmaya k aesa kare". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 551)

Us waqt masjidey kacchi hoti thi aajkal thookna ho to chadar k pallu mein thook kar mal de.

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Masjid mein thookna gunah hai aur uska kaffarah us par matti daal kar daab dena hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 552)


MASJID MEIN EK HAATH KI UNGLIYA DOOSRE HAATH KI UNGLIYO MEIN DAALNA

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum wuzu karke masjid jaane k liye ghar se niklo to ek haath ki ungliya doosre haath ki ungliyo mein na daalo beshak us waqt tum namaz hi mein hote ho". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 562, ise imam Hakim aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha, iski sanad hasan hai)

yaani tumhey barabar namaz ka sawab mil raha hota hai.

Hazrat Kaab bin Ujrah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Masjid mein ek haath ki ungliya doosre haath ki ungliyo mein na daalo tum namaz hi ki haalat mein ho jab tak namaz ka intazaar kar rahe ho". (Musnad Ahmad 4:244, 1831, iski sanad jaid (qawi) hai, Baloogul Maani)

Ungliyo mein ungliya daalne ki mumaniyat namaz ada karne se pehle hai kyunki namaz ada karne k baad Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne masjid mein ungliya ungliyo mein daali. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 482)


MASJID MEIN AAWAAZ BULAND KARNA MANA HAI

Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne taa'if k rehne wale do aadmiyo se kaha (jo masjid e nabwi mein unchi aawaaz se baatey kar rahe they) "Agar tum madeena k rehne wale na hote to mein tumhey saza deta, tum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki masjid mein apni aawaazey buland karte ho?". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 470)


MASJID MEIN KHAREED O FAROOKHT

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum kisi shaks ko masjid mein kuch baichta ya khareedta dekho to kaho "LA AR-BAHALLAHU TIJARATAKA" "Allah teri soodagiri mein nafa na de". (Tirmizi Kitabul Buyu Hadees no. 1324, ise Imam Hakim 4:56 aur Imam Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Aur jis waqt tum kisi shaks ko masjid mein gum-shudah cheez ka aelaan karte hue dekho to tum karo "LA RADDA HALLAHU ALAIKA" "Allah tujhe wo cheez na lootaye" pas beshak masjidey is maqsad k liye to nahi banaayi gayi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 568)


MASJID MEIN SOONA

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k wo masjid e Nabwi mein soo jate they halanakey wo kuwarey nojawaan they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 440, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Fazail E Sahaba Hadees no. 2479)


MASJID MEIN MUSHRIK DAKHIL HO SAKTA HAI

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek martaba Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Banu Haneefa k ek shaks Sumama bin Aasaal ko masjid k satoon se baandh diya tha (halankey wo us waqt mushrik they). MASJID MEIN SHA'AR PADHNA

Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyab Rahimahullah riwayat karte hai k ek dafa Hazrat Umar Farooq Razi Allahu Anhu masjid k paas se guzrey aur Hazrat Hassaan sha'ar padh rahe they (Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne Hassaan ko gussey se dekha) Hassaan kehne lage k mein masjid mein sha'ar padha karta tha aur tumse jo afzal hai yaani Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam waha mojood hote they, phir Hassan Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu ki taraf mutawajjah hue aur kaha ae Abu Hurairah! tumhey Allah ki qasam kya tumne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko ye kehte hue nahi suna ae Hassaan tu Allah k Rasool ki taraf se kaafiro ko jawab de ae Allah! rooh ul qudus se Hassaan ki madad kar, Abu Hurairah ne jawab diya beshak (aapne farmaya). (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Badd ul Khalq Hadees no. 3212, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 2485)


MASJID MEIN GUFTAGU KARNA

Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k hum aksar Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki majalis mein baitha karte they, aap subah ki namaz padhne k baad suraj k nikalne tak masjid mein baithte, jab suraj tulu hota to aap (jaane k liye) khade hote, hum (masjid mein) zamana e jahiliyat k muamalaat ka zikr karte (guftagu k doraan) hum haste bhi they aur muskuraate bhi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 670)

MASJID JAANE KI FAZILAT

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks apne ghar se ba-wuzu ho kar farz namaz ada karne k liye masjid k liye nikalta hai pas usko hajj ka ahram baandhne wale ki manind sawab milta hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 558, iski sanad hasan hai)

Yaad rahe k jin par baitullah ka hajj farz ho chuka hai, jab tak waha ja kar hajj na kare unse farziyat saaqit na hogi khawah sari umar ba-wuzu ho kar paancho namazey masjid mein ja kar padhte rahe, is liye Allah ki bakshish aur ajr wa sawab ki farwaani se kisi qism ki galat fehmi ka shikar nahi hona chahiye.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jamaat k saath namaz padhne ka sawab apne ghar ya bazaar mein tanha namaz padhne se (kam az kam) 25 darje ziyadah hai, pas jab wo acchi tarah wuzu karke masjid jaye to uske har qadam se uska darja buland hota hai aur gunah maaf hote hai, jab wo namaz padhta hai to farishte uske liye us waqt tak dua karte rehte hai jab tak wo namaz ki jagah par baitha rehta hai, farishte kehte hai "ALLAHUMMA SALLI ALAIH" "Ae Allah! is par apni rahmat utaar, ae Allah iski tauba qubool kar" jab tak wo kisi ko aeza nahi deta wo hirs nahi karta farishte uske liye dua karte rehte hai, jab tak namazi namaz ka intazaar karta hai wo namaz hi mein hota hai. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Buyu Hadees no. 2119, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 649)

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k masjie e Nabwi k gird kuch makaan khali hue, banu salma ne masjid k qareeb muntaqil hone ka iraadah kiya, aapne farmaya "Ae banu salma apne (mojoodah) gharo mein thehrey raho (masjid ki taraf aate waqt) tumhare har qadam (ka sawab) likha jata hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 665)


MASJID KA NAMAZI, ALLAH K SAAYE MEIN

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Saat shaks hai jinhey Allah ta'ala us din (hashar mein) apne saaye mein rakkhega jis din siwaye uske saaye k koi saaya nahi hoga (pehla) aadil hakim (doosra) wo nojawaan jo Allah ki ibadat mein jawani guzaare (teesra) wo shaks jiska dil masjid mein atka hua ho, jis waqt namaz padh kar nikalta hai to uski taraf dobaarah aane k liye betaab rehta hai (chootha) wo do shaks jo (sirf) Allah ta'ala (ki raza) k liye aapas mein muhabbat rakhte hai (jab) milte hai to usi ki muhabbat mein aur juda hote hai to usi ki muhabbat mein (paanchwa) wo shaks jo tanhaayi mein Allah ko yaad karta hai aur (ifraat e muhabbat ya khashyat se) uski aankho se aansu beh padhte hai (chata (6th)) wo shaks k jise kisi khandaani, khoobsurat aurat ne (buraayi k liye) bulaya phir us shaks ne kaha mein Allah se darta hu (saatwa) wo shaks k jisne Allah k naam par kuch diya phir usko chipaaya yaha tak k uske baaye hath ko ilm na hua k uske daaye haath ne kya kharch kiya (yani khairaat ko bilkul makhfi (chipa kar) rakkha hai)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 660, Sahih Muslim Kitabuz Zakat Hadees no. 1031)


MASAJID MEIN KHUSHBOO

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hukm diya "Muhallo mein masjidey banao (yani jaha naya muhalla aabaad ho waha masjid bhi banao) aur unhey paak saaf rakkho, aur khushboo lagao". (Abu Dawood Kitbus Salaat Hadees no. 455, Ibne Maja Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 758, 759 ise Imam ibne Khuzaima 394 aur Imam Ibne Hibban 306 ne sahih kaha)


MASJID K NAMAZIYO K LIYE KHUSH-KHABRI

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Andhairon mein (namaz k liye) masjid ki taraf chal kar aane walo ko qayamat k din poorey noor ki khush-khabri suna do". (Ibne Maja Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 780, Imam Hakim 1:212 aur Imam Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)


QABRISTAAN AUR HAMMAM MEIN NAMAZ KI MUMANIYAT

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Tamaam rooh e zameen masjid hai (yani sab jagah namaz jayez hai) siwa e qabristan aur hammam k". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 492, Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 317, ise Imam Hakim 1:251, Imam Ibne Khuzaima 791, Ibne Hibban 338, 339, Zahbi aur Ibne Hajam ne sahih kaha)

Masjid k maana hai sajde ki jagah, jamaz ki jagah, jab qabristan mein sajdah aur namaz mana hui to namaz aur sajdah k liye masjid (sajdah ki jagah) banana bhi mana hui.

IMAMAT K CHAND MASA'IL

IMAMAT K CHAND MASA'IL

Bismillahirrahmanirreheem

1. Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne apne hujrah mein (ramazaanul mubarak mein) raat ki namaz padhi aur hujrah ki deewaar chooti thi loogo ne dekh liya aur unhone hujrey se bahar aapki iqtada mein namaz ada ki". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 729)

Maloom hua k Imam aur muqtadiyo k darmiyan agar deewar aa jaye to koi harj nahi, baaz masajid mein juma k din bheed hone ki bina par masjid se bahar sadak par namaz ada ki jaati hai agar muqtadi takbeer ki aawaaz sun rahe hai to aesa karne mein koi harj nahi.

2. Hazrat Abdullh bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k mein raat ki namaz mein Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k baayi taraf khada hua, aapne pichey se mera sar pakda aur mujhe apni daayi taraf kar diya. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 726, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salatul Musafireen Hadees no. 763)

Is se maloom hua k nawafil ki jamaat mein takbeer (iqamat) nahi hai aur agar akele aadmi ne namaz shuru ki phir doosra aa kar uske saath aa mila to pehla namazi imamat ki niyat karke namaz jaari rakkhey. Wallahu Aalam

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k mein namaz mein Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k pichey khada ho gaya to aapne mera kaan pakad kar mujhe apni daayi janib kar liya. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 766)

3. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab namaz ada karne k liye nikalte to Hazrat Bilal Razi Allahu Anhu aapko dekh kar takbeer kehte aur aapke (hujrah se) nikalne k baad loog saff-bandi karte they. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 606)

4. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki beemari k ayyaam mein Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu ne imamat karaayi, ek din aapne takleef mein takhfeef paayi to aap do Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum ka sahara lete hue masjid mein dakhil hue Siddeque E Akbar Razi Allahu Anhu jamaat kara rahe they, Jab Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu ne aapki aamad mehsoos ki to pichey hatna chaha, aapne isharah kiya k pichey na ho, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu ki baayi taraf baith gaye aur baith kar namaz ada ki aur Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu khade they, Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki iqtada karte aur loog Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu ki iqtada karte, ye zuhar ki namaz thi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 687, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 418)

5. Jang e Tabook mein ek din Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam rafa e haajat k liye gaye aa kar wuzu kiya jab pahunchey to dekha k Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Aouf Razi Allahu Anhu namaz padha rahe they unke pichey Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek rakaat padhi, Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Aouf Razi Allahu Anhu ne dono rakatey padhne k baad salam phair kar dekha to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam namaz puri karne ki khatir doosri rakaat k  liye khade ho gaye they, Salam k baad farmaya tum loogo ne accha kiya, tum loog waqt muqarrarah par namaz padha karo. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 274)

6. Hazrat Muaaz Razi Allahu Anhu Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath namaz padhte phir apni qaum k paas aatey aur unhey namaz padhaate. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 700, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 465)

Ye namaz Hazrat Muaaz Razi Allahu Anhu k liye nafil aur muqtadiyo k liye farz ban jaati thi, is se maloom hua k namaz mein imam aur muqtadi ki niyat ka mukhtalif hona jayez hai.

7. DO AADMIYO KI NAMAZ

Hazrat Abu Saeed Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k ek aadmi masjid mein aaya, aap namaz padha chuke they Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne pucha "Is par kaun sadqa karega ek shaks khada hua aur usne aane wale k saath ba-jamaat namaz padhi". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 574, Imam Tirmizi, Imam Hakim aur Imam Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Maloom hua k masjid mein pehle jamaat khatam hone k baad doosri jamaat qayim karna jayez hai aur jamaat k liye do aadmi kaafi hai isi tarah agar koi ramazaan mein us waqt masjid mein aaye jab taraweeh ki namaz shuru ho chuki ho aur usne isha ki namaz na padhi ho to wo isha ki niyat se jamaat mein shamil ho jaye aur imam k salaam phairne k baad baaqi rakaatey pori karle takey is tarah usey jamaat ka sawab mil jaye.

AURAT KI IMAMAT

Pehli saff k wast mein (doosri aurato k saath, barabar) khadi ho kar aurat aurato ki imamat kara sakti hai.

Hazrat Ummey Warqa Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne unhey hukm diya k wo apne ghar walo ki imamat karaaye". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 592, ise Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1676 ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha aurato ki imamat karati aur saff k darmiyaan khadi hoti thi. (Ibne ibi Shaiba 2:89, Imam Ibne Hazam ne ise sahih kaha)

IMAM KI IQTADA K AHKAAM

IMAM KI IQTADA K AHKAAM

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Imam se pehle na karo! jab wo takbeer kahe, uske baad tum takbeer kaho, aur jab imam (WALAZ ZAAL'LEEN) kahe tu tum uske baad aameen kaho, aur jab imam ruku kare tum uske baad ruku karo aur jab imam (SAMI ALLAHULMAN HAMIDAH) kahe to tum (ALLHUMMA RABBANA LAKAL HAMD) kaho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 415)

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek ghoodey se gir padey, aapki dahini pehlu chil gayi to aapne ek namaz baith kar padhi humne bhi aapke pichey baith kar namaz padhi, namaz se farigh hone k baad aapne farmaya "Imam is liye muqarrar kiya gaya hai k uski pairvi ki jaye jab wo khada ho kar namaz padhey to tum bhi khade ho kar padho, jab wo ruku kare tum bhi ruku karo aur jab wo ruku se sar uthaaye to tum bhi uthaao aur jab wo baith kar namaz padhey to tum bhi baith kar namaz padho". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 689, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 411)

Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah farmate hai k Humaidi ne kaha aapka ye farman k jab imam baith kar namaz padhey to tum bhi baith kar padho shuru ki beemari mein tha, maut ki aakhiri beemari mein aapne baith kar namaz padhi aur loog aapke pichey khade they, aapne unko baithne ka hukm nahi diya, aur aapka jo fa'al aakhiri ho usi ko lena chahiye. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 689)

Hazrat Bara bin Aazib Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k pichey namaz padhte they pas jab aap (SAMI ALLAHULIMAN HAMIDAH) kehte (to hum aapke pichey qoumey mein khade ho jate they aur phir) hum mein se koi apni peeth (sajdey mein jaane k liye) na jhukaata tha yaha tak k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam apni paishani zameen par rakh dete. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 690, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 474)

Hazraat! gaur kiya aapne! k jab tak Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam qoumey se sajde mein pahunch kar apni paishani mubarak zameen par na rakh dete they us waqt tak tamaam Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum khade rehte they, koi peeth tak na jhukaata tha aur hamara ye haal hai k imam qoumey se sajdey mein aaney k liye bhi (ALLAHU AKBAR) hi kehta hai to muqtadi imam k sajde mein pahunchane se pehle hi sajde mein pahunch jata hai Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam farmate hai "Imam se pehle ruku karo na sajdah aur imam se pehle khade ho na pehle salam phero". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 426)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo koi imam se pehle sajdah se apna sar uthata hai kya wo nahi darta k Allah ta'ala uske sar ko gadhey k sar ki tarah karde". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 428)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab namaz mein koi baat darpaish ho to mard muqtadi "SUBHAN ALLAH" kahe aur taali bajana aurato k liye hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Amala fis Salaat Hadees no. 1203, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 422)

Aurat Subhan Allah kehne ki bajaaye ek haath ko doosre hath ki push par maaregi. Wallahu Aalam

Hazrat Masoor bin Yazeed Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek dafa Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne qiraat mein quraan ka kuch hissa chood diya, ek aadmi ne kaha: aapne falah falah aayat chood di to aapne farmaya "Tuney mujhe yaad kyu na karwaya?". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 907, Imam Ibne Khuzaima aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise sahih kaha)

IMAMAT KA BAYAN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Loogo ka imam wo hona chahiye jo un mein sabse ziyada quran acchi tarah (sahih padhna) jaanta ho aur agar qiraat mein sab barabar ho phir wo imamat karaaye jo sunnat ko sabse ziyadah jaanta ho (yaani sabse ziyadah ahkaam aur masa'il ki haseese jaanta ho) phir agar sunnat k ilm mein bhi sab barabar ho to phir imamat wo karaye jisne sabse pehle (Madeena ki taraf) hijrat ki, agar hijrat mein bhi sab barabar ho to phir wo imamat karaye jo sabse pehle musalman hua, aur (bila ijazat) koi shaks kisi ki jagah imamat na karaaye aur na kisi k ghar mein saahib e khaana ki musnad par uski ijazat k bagair baithey". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 673)


NA-BAALIGH BACCHEY AUR NA-BEENA KI IMAMAT

Agar kitabullah kisi na-baaligh bacchey ko ziyaadah yaad ho to usey imam banaya ja sakta hai.

Hazrat Umar bin Salma Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k apne qabeeley mein sabse ziyaadah quran mujhe yaad tha mujhe imam banaya gaya halankey meri umar saat saal thi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Magaazi Hadees no. 4302)

Andhey ko imam banana jayez hai kyunki Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Abdullah bin Ummey Makhtoom Razi Allahu Anhu ko imam muqarrar kiya tha, halankey wo na-beena they. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 595, imam Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 370 ne ise sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya teen aadiyo ki namaz qubool nahi hoti:

1. Wo ghulam jo apne malik se bhaag gaya ho jab tak wapas na aa jaye.
2. Wo aurat jiska khawind naraaz ho lekin wo raat-bhar sooti rahey.
3. Wo aadmi jo loogo ki imamat karaaye jabke loog us'se (uski bidaat, jahalat ya fisq ki bina par) na-pasand karte ho. (Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 360)


NAMAZ MEIN TAKHFEEF

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki si (jesi) bahut halki aur bahut kamil namaz mene kisi imam k pichey nahi padhi, jab aap (aurato ki saff mein) bacchey k rooney ki aawaaz sunte to is darr se namaz halki kar dete k uski maa ko takleef hogi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 708, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 469)

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Mein namaz lambi karne k iraade se namaz mein dakhil hota hu, phir (aurato ki saff mein) bacchey k rooney ki aawaaz sunta hu to apni namaz mein kami kar deta hu (halki padhta hu) k bacchey k rooney se uski maa ko takleef hogi". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 707)


LAMBI NAMAZ PAR NABI E AKRAM SALLALLAHU ALAIHI WA SALLAM KA GUSSA

Hazrat Abu Mas'ood Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k ek shaks ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se arz kiya ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! Allah ki qasam mein subah ki namaz (jamaat mein) is wajah se nahi aata k falah shaks namaz ko lambi karte hai Hazrat Abu Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko kisi waaz mein itne gussey mein nahi dekha jitna (lambi namaz padhaane walo par) dekha, Aapne farmaya "Tum (lambi namazey padha kar) loogo ko nafrat dilaane wale ho, (suno) jab tum loogo ko namaz padhaao to halki padhaao is liye k un (muqtadiyo) mein zaeef, boodhey aur haajat-mand bhi hote hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 702, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 466)

Hazrat Usman bin Abul Aas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k mujhe Rasool Allah ki aakhir waseeyat ye thi "Jab tum loogo ki imamat karo to unko namaz halki pahaao kyunki tumhare pichey boodhey, mareez kamzoor aur kaam-kaaj wale loog hote hai, aur jab akele namaz padho to jis qadar chaaho lambi padho". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 468)

Halki namaz ka ye matlab nahi k ruku, sujood, qoumey aur jalse ko darham darham karke rakh diya jaye wazey ho k arkaan e namaz ki tadeel aur tamaniyaat k bagair namaz batil hoti hai aur quran ki tilawat ko na-munasib hadd tak taiz karna bhi jayez nahi hai balke halki namaz ka matlab ye hai k qiraat mein ikhtasaar kiya jaye magar qayaam ziyadah mukhtasar bhi na ho Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Afzal namaz wo hai jisme qayam lamba ho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen  Hadees no. 756)


NAMAZ KI TARAF SUKOON SE AANA

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha k hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k sath namaz padh rahe they aapne loogo ki khat-pat suni, namaz k baad aapne pucha "Tum kya kar rahe they?" unhone arz ki hum namaz ki taraf jaldi aa rahe they, Aapne farmaya "Aesa na karo jab tum namaz ko aao to aaraam se aao, jo namaz tumhey mil jaye padh lo aur jo faut ho jaye usko baad mein poora karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Masajid Hadees no. 603)

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab farz namaz ki takbeer kahi jaye to doodte (bhaagte) hue na aao balke sukoon se aao jo mile padho aur jo rah jaye usey baad mein poora karlo kyunki jab tum namaz ka iraadah karte ho to namaz hi mein hote ho". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 602)


IMAMO PAR WABAAL

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Agar imamao ne namaz acchi tarah (arkaan ki tadeel aur sunnato ki ri'aayat k saath) padhaayi to tumhare liye bhi sawab hai aur unke liye bhi sawab hai aur agar namaz padhaane mein khata ki (yaani ruku wa sujood ki adm tamaniyaat aur qoumey jalse k fuqdaan se namaz padhayi) to tumhare (muqtadiyo) k liye (to) sawab hai aur unke liye wabaal hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 694)

Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah farmate hai k "Is hadees mein is baat ki daleel hai k agar koi imam be-wuzu ya ba-haalat e janabat namaz padha deta hai to muqtadiyo ki namaz sahih aur imam par namaz ka aadah hai khawah usne ye fa'al iradatan kiya ho ya la-ilmi ki bina par"


FASIQ KO IMAMAT SE HATANA

Agar kisi ko masjid mein imam muqarrar karne ka ikhtiyaar ho to wo fasiq ko imamat se hata sakta hai.

Ek Sahabi apni qaum ki imamat karaate they ek dafa usne qabeeley ki taraf thoka jabke Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam usey dekh rahe they jab wo namaz se farigh hua to aapne farmaya k "Ye tumhari imamat na kare" phir usne imamat karni chahi to usey rook diya aur usey Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka farmaan sunaya usne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se us baat ka zikr kiya to aapne farmaya "Han! tumne Allah aur uske Rasool ko azeeyat di". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 481)

Aur agar imam k aqeedey mein shirk e akbar ya kufr e akbar ho to uske pichey namaz ada nahi ki jayegi agar imam mastoorul haal hai yaani uske aqa'id k baare mein ilm nahi hai to uske pichey ada ki gayi namaz durust hai.


KISI UZR K SABAB MUQTADI IMAM K PICHEY NAMAZ KHATAM KAR SAKTA HAI

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k ek shaks ne paani uthaane wale ounth (camel) le kar aaya, raat andheri ho gayi, usne Muaaz ko (isha ki) namaz padhte hue paya to usne apne ountho ko baithaya aur namaz mein shareek ho gaya, Hazrat Muaaz Razi Allahu Anhu ne Surah Baqarah shuru ki usne salam pher diya akele namaz padhi aur chala gaya aur Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se shikayat ki aur arz ki ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! hum mehnat karne wali qaum hai, Muaaz pehle aapke saath isha ki namaz padhta hai phir (taakheer k saath) hamare paas aata hai phir usne Surah Baqarah ki tilawat shuru kardi, Aapne Muaaz se farmaya "Ae Muaaz! kya tu loogo ko aazma'ish mein daalta hai? kya tu loogo ko nafrat dilata hai aur fitna khada karta hai aapne teen baar farmaya". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 701, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 465)


NAMAZ PADHA KAR IMAM MUQTADIYO KI TARAF MUH PHERE

Hazrat Samurah bin Jundab Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai, wo kehte hai "Jab Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam namaz padh chukte to hamari taraf mutawajjah hote". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 845, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 2275)

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko aksar apni daahini taraf mudhte hue dekha hai. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 708)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ood Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai tum apni namaz mein se sirf daayi taraf se phir kar shaitan ka hissa muqarrar na karo, tehqeeq mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko dekha k wo apne baaye taraf se bhi phirte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 852, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 708)

Maloom hua k imam ko phirne k liye sirf ek taraf muqarrar nahi kar leni chahiye, balkey kabhi daayi taraf se phira kare kabhi baayi taraf se magar aksar daayi taraf se mudhna chahiye.

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Beshak Allah ta'ala aur uske farishte daayi taraf wali safoo par rahmat bhejte hai". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 676)

Hazrat Bara Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k hum Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k pichey namaz padhte to hum aapke daayi taraf khade hoone ko pasand karte they takey aap hamari taraf muh karke baithey. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 709)

Hazrat Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab salam pherte to auratey salam pherte hi khadi ho kar chali jaati aur aap sahaba k saath thodi dair baithey rehte phir Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam khade hote aur Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum bhi aapke saath khade ho jaate aur aapke uthne se pehle auratey gharo mein dakhil ho chuki hoti thi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 837, 850)
