JANABAT K AHKAAM

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Wajoob e gusal ki haalat ko "Janabat" kehte hai, jis insaan par gusal wajib ho wo junbi kehlata hai junbi gusal karne se pehle na to namaz ada kar sakta hai aur na hi kaba ka tawaaf kar sakta hai
Mandarja zail haalato mein musalman mard aur aurat par gusal karna farz ho jata hai:

1. Josh k saath mani kharij hone k baad (is mein ehtalaam bhi dakhil hai)
2. Sohbat k baad
3. Haiz k baad
4. Nifaas k baad (wo khoon jo bacchey ki paidaish par jaari hota hai)
5. Marne k baad mayyat ka gusal
6. Kafir jab islam qubool kare


SOHBAT AUR GUSAL E JANABAT:

Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum k darmiyaan gusal e janabat ka ek masla zair e bahas aaya, ek garooh kehta tha k gusal sirf dakhool par farz ho jata hai inzaal shart nahi, doosra garooh bayan karta tha k wajoob e gusal k liye dakhool k saath inzaal bhi shart hai, Hazrat Abu Mosa Razi Allahu Anhu ne Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se daryaft kiya, Hazrat Ayesha Siddeqa Razi Allahu Anha ne kaha k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab mard, aurat ki chaar shaako k darmiyaan baith jaye aur uska mahal khatnah aurat k mahal khatnah k saath mas kare to gusal wajib ho jata hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 349)

Masla ye sabit hua k sirf sharmgaaho k milne par hi mard aur aurat junbi ho jaate hai aur unpar gusal wajib ho jata hai, inzaal shart nahi hai.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum aurat ki chaar shaako k darmiyaan baith kar sohbat karo to tum par gusal wajib ho gaya, agarchey mani na nikle". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Gusal Hadees no. 291, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 348)

AURAT BHI MOHTALIM HOTI HAI:

Ummul Momineen Hazrat Salma Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k Ummey Saleem Razi Allahu Anha ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se kaha, ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! yaqeenan Allah haqq se nahi sharmaata (mein bhi aap se masla poochti hu) kya aurat par gusal hai jab k usko ehtalaam ho? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Han" lekin jab paani (mani ka nishan) dekhey, us par Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha ne arz kiya Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! kya aurat ko bhi ehtalaam hota hai? Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Han (hota hai) tera dahina haath khaak aalood ho". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Gusal Hadees no. 282, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 313)

Is mein aakhiri jumla bad-dua nahi, mehaz ek muhawara hai, muraad tanbiha karna hota hai
Maloom hua k aurat ya mard neend se uth kar agar tari yaani nishaan e mani dekhey to (ye ehtalaam ki alamat hai lihaza) us par gusal karna farz ho jata hai aur agar ehtalaam ki kaifiyat unhey yaad ho lekin nishan na paaye to gusal farz nahi hoga aesi soorat mein shak karne ki zaroorat nahi hai.


JUNBI K BAALO KA MASLA:

Hazrat Ummey Salam Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k mene kaha Ae Allah k Rasool Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! mein apne sar k baal khoob mazboot goondati ho, kya mein unhey gusal e janabat k waqt khool du? Aapne farmaya "unka khoolna zaroori nahi, tere liye kaafi hai k teen lapp paani apne sar par daale, phir apne saare badan par paani bahaye, pas tu paak ho jayegi". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 330)

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ko khabar mili k Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu aurato ko gusal e janabat k liye baal khoolne ka hukm dete hai aap farmane lagi, Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu par tajjub hai unhone aurato ko takleef mein daal diya wo unhey sar mundhwaane ka hukm kyu nahi de dete, mein aur Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek hi bartan mein gusal karte aur mein apne baal (khoole bagair) sar par teen chullu se ziyadah paani nahi daalti thi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 331)

Maloom hua gusal e janabat k liye baal khoolne ki zaroorat nahi magar ye hukm sirf gusal e janabat ka hai, gusal e haiz k liye baalo ko khoolna zaroori hai.

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k unhey Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne gusal e haiz k liye farmaya "Apne baal kholo aur gusal karo". (Ibne Maja Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 641, Busairi ne kaha k iske ravi siqa hai)


JUNBI K SAATH MILNA JULNA:

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k ek din ba-haalat e janabat mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se mulaqaat ki, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mera haath pakda aur mein Aapke saath ho liya, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek jagah baith gaye aur mein chupke se nikal gaya aur ghar ja kar gusal kiya phir wapas aaya, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam abhi bhi baithey hue they, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne pucha "Ae Abu Hurairah! tu kaha gaya tha" mene sara haal keh sunaya to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Subhan Allah, tehqeeq e momin na-paak nahi hota". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Gusal Hadees no. 283, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 371)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka ye farmaan k momin na-paak nahi hota, iska matlab ye hai k momin najis aur paleed nahi hota, janabat, hukmi najasat hai, hasi nahi yaani shariyat ne maslehat ki bina par ek haalat mein hukman us par gusal wajib kiya hai, pas junbi k saath milna julna, uthna baithna, ikhtataat wa irtabaat aur khana peena sab jayez hai.


MAZI K KHARIJ HOONE SE GUSAL WAJIB NAHI HOTA:

Sayyadna Ali Razi Allahu Anhu ko mazi kasrat se aati thi, Aap ko masla maloom na tha k mazi k kharij hoone par gusal wajib hota hai ya nahi, chunkey Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k damaad they is liye bil mashaafah daryaft karte hijaab aya to apne doost Hazrat Miqdaad Razi Allahu Anhu se kaha k wo masla daryaft kare, Hazrat Miqdaad Razi Allahu Anhu ne Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se pucha, Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Agar mazi kharij ho to sharmgaah ko dhoo lo aur (namaz k waqt) wuzu karo". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Wuzu Hadees no. 178, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 303)

Neez farmaya "Agar kapde par jaha mazi lagi ho ek chullu paani le kar chidak lena kaafi hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 210, Tirmizi Kitabut Taharah Hadees no. 115, Imam Tirmizi ne ise hasan sahih kaha)


MAZI, MANI, WADI KA FARQ:

Mazi: Us chipakte hue lais-daar paani ko kehte hai jo shahoot k waqt zikr k sire par namudaar hota hai.

Mani: Azu makhsoos se lazzat aur josh k saath tapak kar kharij hoone wala safaid maada hota hai jis se insaan paida hota hai aur uske khurooj se aadmi par gusal farz ho jata hai.

Wadi: Wo gaadha safaid paani jo paishaab se qabl ya baad kharij hota hai, uske nikalne par gusal karna zaroori nahi hai.

SEELAAN RAHAM MOJOOB GUSAL NAHI:

Jin aurato ko safaid ratoobat yaani laikooriya ki shikayat hoti hai us se bhi gusal laazim nahi hota, hasb e mamool namazey ada karni chahiye.
