AHKAAM E JANA'IZ - TAJ'HEEZ WA TAKFEEN

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Abu Qatadah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k paas ek janazah guzra aapne farmaya "Rahat paane wala hai ya us se auron ne rahat paayi" momin bandah dunya k ranj wa museebat se rahat pata hai aur us aeza se Allah ki rahmat ki taraf aaraam pata hai aur faji bandah se insan, shehar, darakht aur janwar rahat paate hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabur Riqaaq Hadees no. 6512, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 950)

AALAM E NAZA MEIN TALQEEN

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Un loogo ko jo marne k qareb ho (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) ki talqeen karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 916, 917)

Yaani unke qareeb (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) padho takey usey sun kar wo bhi padhey lekin afsoos k zohla zindah, qareeb ul marg ko to uski talqeen nahi karte albatta maut k baad chaar-paayi ko kandha dete waqt kehte jate hai "kalma e shahadat" halankey khair ul quroon k musalmano mein se kisi ne bhi ye kaam nahi kiya phir ye aaj hamare deen ka hissa kese ban sakta hai?

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Jiska aakhir kalaam "LA ILAHA ILLALLAH" ho wo janat mein dakhil hoga". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3116, ise Hakim 1:351, 500 aur Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Kyunki usne aasaar e maut dekh kar nahi balke Allah se darr kar (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) padha lekin chand hi lamho baad Allah ki qaza aa gayi aur (LA ILAHA ILLALLAH) uski zindagi ka aakhiri kalaam ban gaya, Allah ta'ala sabko iski tofeeq de Aameen.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab tum beemar ya mayyat k paas jao to bhalaayi ki baat kaho kyunki us waqt tum jo kuch kehte h farishte us par aameen kehte hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 919)

ALLAH TA'ALA K BAARE MEIN NAIK GUMAAN RAKHNA WAJIB HAI.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Tumhey is haal mein maut aani chahiye k tum Allah ta'ala k saath accha gumaan rakhte ho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jannah Hadees no. 2877)

MAKKAH AUR MADEENA MEIN MARNE KI TAMANNA KARNA

Hazrat Hafsa Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k mene Hazrat Umar Farooq Razi Allahu Anhu ko ye dua karte hue suna:

"ALLAHUMMAR ZUQNI SHAHADATAN FI SABEELIKA WAJ'AL MAUTI FI BALADI RASOOLIKA"

"Ae Allah! mujhe shahadat ki maut de aur mujhe madeena e Rasool mein maut de". (Sahih Bukhari Abwabul Fazail E Madeena Hadees no. 890)

MAUT KI AARAZU KI MUMANIYAT

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Maut ki aarazu na karo, agar tum naik ho to shayad ziyadah naiki kar sakoge aur agar bad-kaar ho to shayad tauba karke Allah ko raazi kar sakoge". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Tamanna Hadees no. 7235)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Na maut ki aarazu karo na maut ki dua karo, kyunki jab koi shaks mar jata hai to uski (naiki karne ki) ummeed khatam ho jati hai aur momin ki lambi umar se uski naikiya badhti hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Zikr wa Dua Hadees no. 2682)

Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mera kandha pakad kar farmaya "Dunya mein is tarah reh goya k tu musafir balke raahi hai" chunanchey Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmaya karte they jab shaam ho to subah ka intazaar na karo, jab subah ho to shaam ka intazaar na karo, tandrusti ko beemari aur zindagi ko maut se pehle ghaneemat jaan. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabur Riqaaq Hadees no. 6416)

KHUD KHUSHI SAKHT GUNAH HAI

Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks apne aapko gala ghoont kar maar daalta hai wo jahannam mein apna ghoot'ta rahega aur jo shaks naizah chubho kar apni jaan deta hai wo jahannam mein apne aapko naizah maarta rahega aur wo jahannam mein hamesha hamesha rahega". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1365, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 109)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Allah ta'ala ne farmaya: Mere bande ne apni jaan khud li is liye mene us par jannat haraam kardi". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 3463, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 113)

Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne us shaks ki namaz e janazah nahi padhi jisne khud khushi ki thi". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 978)

Lihaza mu'azzaz ahle ilm uski namaz e janazah mein shareek na ho takey baaqi logo ko ibrat hasil ho.

MAYYAT KO BOOSA DENA

Jiska koi qareebi dost, azeez faut ho jaye to usko mayyat ka fart e muhabbat se boosa lena jayez hai kyunki Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu ne Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki wafaat par aapka boosa liya tha. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1241)

MAYYAT PAR CHADAR DAALNA

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai k "Jab Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam faut hue to ek dhaari-daar yamni chadar se aapko dhaanp diya tha". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1241)

FAUT HONE WALE K DOOSTO AUR RISHTEDAARO KO USKE MARNE KI ITTELA DENA

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne habsha k baadshah najjashi k marne ki us din khabar di jis din wo faut hua. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 1245)

Hazrat Anas bin Maalik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ghazwa e mutah mein pehle Zaid phir Jafar aur phir Abdullah bin Rawaha Razi Allahu Anhum ki shahadat ki ittela di aur aapki aankho se aansu jaari they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1246)

MAYYAT KI AANKHEY BAND KARNA

Hazrat Ummey Salma Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Abu Salma Razi Allahu Anha ki iyadat ko aaye aur unki aankhey khuli reh gayi thi, phir aapne unko band kiya aur farmaya "K jab jaan nikalti hai to aankhey uske pichey lagi rehti hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 920)

MAYYAT KO JALD DAFAN KARNA

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Mayyat ko jald dafan karo, agar wo naik hai to jis taraf tu usey bhej rahe ho wo uske liye fayedah mand hai aur agar wo bura hai to usko apni gardano se utaar dogey". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 1315, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 944)

IYADAT KI DUWAYE

IYADAT KI DUWAYE

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Jab mareez ki iyadat k liye jaye to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki zuban e mubarak se nikli hui mardarja zail duwaye uske haqq mein kare:


PEHLI (1ST) DUA

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo shaks apne musalman bhai ki timaardaari k liye jata hai aur uske sar ke paas baith kar 7 martaba ye kalmaat padhta hai to wo shifayaat ho jata hai illa ye k uski maut ka waqt hi aa chuka ho"

"AS ALULLAHAL AZEEMA RABBAL ARSHIL AZEEMI AY-YASH FIYAKA"

"Mein azeem wa bartar Allah, arsh e azeem k rabb se sawab karta hu k mujhe shifa se nawazey". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3102, ise Ibne Hibban, Imam Hakim 1:342, 4:416, aur Imam Nawawi ne sahih kaha)


DOOSRI (2ND) DUA

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek aarabi ki iyadat k liye tashreef le gaye aur us se ye kalmaat kahe:

"LA B'ASA ZUHOORUN IN SHA ALLAH"

"Dar nahi (gham na kar) agar Allah ne chaha to (yahi beemari tujhe gunaho se) paak karne wali hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Marz Hadees no. 5656)


TEESRI (3RD) DUA

Hazrat Ayesha Siddeqa Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai k Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam mareez (k jism) par apna daaya hath pherte aur ye dua padhte they:

"AZHIBIL B'ASA RABBAN NAASI WASHFI ANTASH SHAAFI LA SHIFA'A ILLA SHIFA'UKA SHIFA'AN LA YUGHADIRU SAQAMA"

"Ae insan k rabb! beemari ko door kar aur shifa de, tu hi shifa dene wala hai, teri shifa k siwa koi shifa nahi aesi shifa (de) jo kisi beemari ko nahi choudti". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tibb Hadees no. 5750, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaam Hadees no. 2191)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab kisi musalman ko takleef (museebat ya nuksan) pahunchey to ye dua kahe:

"INNA LILLAHI INNA ILAIHI RAJI'OON, ALLAHUMMA AJOONI FI MUSEEBATI WA AKHLIF LI KHAIRAN MINHA"

"Hum sab Allah k liye hai aur usi ki taraf laut kar jaane wale hai, Ae Allah mujhe meri museebat mein ajr aur namul badal (dono) ata farma, to Allah ta'ala uske badle mein us se acchi cheez inayat farma deta hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 918)


CHOUTHI (4TH) DUA - MAUZAAT KA DAMM

Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam beemar hote to apne aap par mauzaat se (quran ki aakhiri do suratey) damm karte aur apne jism par apna haath pherte, jab aap bahut beemar hue to mein mauzaat padh kar Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par beemari ki halat mein phoonkti aur aap hi ka haath aap par phair deti kyunki aapke haath mubarak mein mere haath se ziyaadah barkat thi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Fazail E Quran Hadees no. 5016, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaam Hadees no. 2192)


PAANCHVI (5TH) DUA

Hazrat Usman bin Abul Aas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k unhoney Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se jism k dard ki shikayat ki, aapne farmaya: Apna haath dard ki jagah par rakkho phir BISMILLAH kaho aur 7 dafa ye kalmaat padho:

"A'OUZU BILLHI WA QUDRATIHI MIN SHARRI MA AJIDU WA UHAZIRU"

"Mein Allah aur uski qudrat k saath panah maangta hu us cheez ki buraayi se jo mein paata (mehsoos karta) ho aur us se darta hu"

(Hazrat Usman Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai) mene isi tarah kiya to Allah ta'ala ne meri takleef door kardi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaam Hadees no. 2202)


CHATHI (6TH) DUA

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam Hasan aur Hussain Razi Allahu Anhuma ko in alfaaz k saath damm kiya karte they:

"A'OUZU BI KALIMAA TILLAHIT TAAMMATI MIN KULLI SHAITAANIU WA HAAMMATIN WA MIN KULLI AYNIL LAAMMATIN"

"Mein tum dono ko Allah k poorey kalmaat k saath (uski) panah mein deta hu har shaitan aur zehriley jaanwar aur har nazar e badd ki buraayi se"

phir farmaya "Tumhare baap Hazrat Ibraheem Alihis Salaam (bhi) in kalmaat k saath Ismaeel aur Is’haaq Alaihis Salaam k liye (Allah ki) panah talab kiya karte they (unhey damm karte they)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Ahadeesul Ambiya Hadees no. 3371)


SAATVI (7TH) DUA

Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Hazrat Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam ne kaha ae Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam! kya aap beemar hai? aapne farmaya "han" to Hazrat Jibraeel Alaihis Salaam ne (ye) padh kar (aap par damm kiya):

"BISMILLAHI ARQEEKA MIN KULLI SHAI'IN YUZEEKA MIN SHARRI KULLI NAFSIN AU AYNIN HAASIDIN, ALLAHU YASHFEEKA BISMILLAHI ARQEEKA"

"Allah ta'ala ka naam le kar mein aap par damm karta hu har us cheez se jo aapko takleef de,har nafs aur har hasad karne wali aankh k sharr se, Allah ta'ala aapko shifa de, mein allah ka naam le kar aap par damm karta hu". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaam Hadees no. 2186)


In Ahadees se maloom hua k:

1. Apne aap par khud damm karna
2. Jo damm karwaane aaye usey damm sikhana takey wo khud hi apne aap par damm kare
3. Mareez k mutalabey k baghair usey damm karna
4. Ya mareez ka kisi se damm karwana sab jayez hai
Lekin afsoos k musalman sirf aakhir jayez (damm karwaney) par hi amal karte hai apne aapko damm karne ki sunnat taqreeban mafqood ho chuki hai kyunki is mein ek aadh dua yaad karni padti hai, yaad rakhiye, barahe raast Allah ta'ala se maangana intihaayi sa'aadat ki baat hai, ye ayen ibadat hai aur mareez ki dua to wese bhi bahut qabool hoti hai lihaza usey chahiye k na sirf khud damm kare balkey astaghfaar ko mamool banaaye is se takleef se jald nijaat milegi ya darjaat badhenge neez khud duwaye kare Allah qabool karega In Sha Allah.

AHKAAM E JANA'IZ

BEEMAAR PURSI

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Musalman k musalman par 5 huqooq hai:

1. (Jab miley to usey salaam kahe ya uske) Salaam ka jawab de
2. Jab beemaar ho to uski iyadat kare
3. Jab mar jaye to uska janazah padhey
4. Jab dawat de to usey qabool kare
5. Agar wo cheenk par (ALHAMDULILLAH) kahe to jawab mein (YAR HAMU KALLAH) kahe". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jaza'iz Hadees no. 1240, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaam Hadees no. 2162)

Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jo musalman doosre musalman ki din k awwal hissey mein (dopahar se pehle) iyadat karta hai to 70 hazaar farishte uske liye shaam tak rahmat wa maghfirat ki dua karte hai aur jo musalman din k aakhiri hissey mein (dopahar k baad) iyadat karta hai to 70 hazaar farishte uske liye subah tak rahmat aur maghfirat ki dua karte hai neez uske liye bahisht mein baagh hai". (Tirmizi Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 969, Abu Dawood Kitabul Jana'iz Hadees no. 3099, Ise Ibne Hibban 710, Imam Hakim 1:341, 342 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya hai "Musalman jab apne musalman bhai ki timaardaari k liye jata hai to wo wapas lootney tak jannat k maivey chunta hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Birr wa Silah Hadees no. 2568)

BEEMARI SE GUNAH DOOR HOTE HAI

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Allah ta'ala jis shaks k saath bhalaayi ka iraadah karta hai usey takleef mein mubtala kar deta hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Marz Hadees no. 5645)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Musalman ko ranj, dukh, fikr aur gham pahunchta hai yaha tak k agar usey kaanta (bhi) lagta hai to wo takleef uske gunaho ka kaffarah ban jaati hai". (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 564, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Birr wa Silah Hadees no. 2572)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab koi musalman ko koi takleef pahunchti hai to Allah ta'ala uski wajah se uske gunaaho ko is tarah mita deta hai jis tarah darakht k pattey jhadte hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Marz Hadees no. 5647, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 2571)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Bukhar (ho jaye to us) ko bura na kaho kyunki bukhar aadmi k gunah is tarah door karta hai jis tarah bhatti loohey k mail ko door karti hai". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 2575)

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ka irshad hai "Allah ta'ala musafir aur mareez ko un aamaal k barabar ajr deta hai jo wo ghar mein aur tandrusti ki halat mein kiya karta tha". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Jihad was Siyar Hadees no. 2996)

BEEMARI MEIN SABAR KI FAZILAT

Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k Allah ta'ala farmata hai "Jab mein kisi bandey ko uski do mehboob cheezo (aankho) mein aazmata hu (usey beenaayi se mehroom karta hu) phir agar wo sabr kare to uske badley mein usey jannat dunga". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Marz Hadees no. 5653)

Ata riwayat karte hai k mujhe Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha mein tujhe jannati aurat dikhlau? mene kaha dikhlao to Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k paas ye kaali aurat aayi aur arz kiya k mujhe mirgi ka doorah padta hai aur mera satar khul jata hai, aap mere liye Allah se dua kare, Aapne farmaya "Agar tu sabar karegi to tere liye jannat hai aur agar chaahey to dua kiye deta hu" wo kehne lagi "mein sabar karungi" phir kaha "mera satar khul jata hai Allah ta'ala se dua kare k wo na khuley (takey mein be-pardah na ho jau) chunanchey Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne uske liye dua farmaayi". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Marz Hadees no. 5652, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Birr wa Silah Hadees no. 2576)

SALAATUT TAUBA AUR DAIGAR NAWAFIL

SALAATUT TAUBA AUR DAIGAR NAWAFIL

Hazrat Abu Bakr Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jab aadmi koi gunah karta hai, phir wuzu karta hai aur do rakaat namaz padh kar Allah ta'ala se bakhshish ka talib hota hai to Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala usko maaf kar deta hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Witr Hadees no. 1521, Tirmizi Hadees no. 406, Imam Tirmizi ne ise hasan kaha)


LAILATUL QADR K NAWAFIL

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jisne lailatul qadr mein emaan aur sawab ki niyat k saath qayam kiya uske tamaam guzishta gunah maaf kar diye jayengey". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Emaan Hadees no. 35, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 760)


PANDARVI (15TH) SHABAAN K NAWAFIL

Pandarvi Shabaan ki raat (shab e baraat) k nawafil k liye qayam karne aur jaagne ka ehtamaam karna ahadees e saheeya se sabit nahi, isi tarah sirf 15 shabaan ko rooza rakhne wali riwayat sakht zaeef hai.

NAMAZ E TASBEEH

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne Hazrat Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib Razi Allahu Anhu se farmaya "Ae chacha Abbas! kya mein aapko kuch ata na karu? kya aapko kuch inayat na karu? kya mein aapko koi tohfa paish na karu? kya mein aapko (darj e zail amal ki wajah se) 10 acchi khaslatey wala na bana du? k jab aap ye amal kare to Allah ta'ala aapke agle pichle, purane naye, anjaane mein aur jaan boojh kar kiye gaye tamaam chootey bade, posheedah aur zahir gunah maaf farma de?

wo ye hai k:

Aap 4 rakaat nafil is tarah ada kare k har rakaat mein surah fatiha aur koi doosri surah padhey, jab aap is qiraat se farigh ho jaye to qayaam ki halat mein hi ye kamlmaat 15 baar padhey:

"SUBHANALLAHI WAL HAMDU LILLAHI WA LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU WALLHU AKBAR"

Phir aap ruku mein jaye (tasbeehaat ruku se farigh ho kar) ruku mein hi inhi kalmaat ko 10 baar dohraaye, phir aap ruku se uth jaye aur (SAMI ALLAHULIMAN HAMIDAH wagairah se farigh ho kar) 10 baar yahi kalmaat padhey, phir sajdey main jaye (sajdey ki tasbeehaat aur duwaye padhne k baad) yahi kalmaat 10 baar padhey, phir sajdey se sar uthaiye (aur us jalsa mein jo duwaye hai wo padh kar) 10 baar inhi kalmaat ko dohraiye aur phir (doosre) sajde mein chale jaiye (pehle sajde ki tarah) 10 baar phir is tasbeeh ko ada kare, phir sadah se sar utahiye (aur jalsa e istarahat mein kuch aur padhey baghair) 10 baar is tasbeeh ko dohraiye, ek rakaat mein kul 75 tasbeehaat hui isi tarah chaaro rakaat mein ye amal dohraiye.

Agar aap taqat rakhte ho to namaz e tasbeeh rozaana ek baar padhey, agar aap aesa na kar sakte ho to hafta mein ek baar padhey, ye bhi na kar sakte ho to maheeney mein ek baar padhey, ye bhi na kar sakey to saal mein ek baar, agar aap saal mein bhi ek baar aesa na kar sakte ho to zindagi mein ek baar zaroor padhey. (Abu Dawood Bab Salaatut Tasbeeh Hadees no. 1297, Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1386, Imam ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1216 aur Hakim 1:318 ne ise sahih kaha)

Hafiz ibne Hajar Rahimahullah farmate hai k ye hadees kasrat e tarq ki bina par hasan darja ki hai, Shaikh Albani farmate hai k Imam Hakim aur Hafiz zahbi ne is hadees ki taqwiyat ki taraf ishaarah kiya hai aur ye haqq hai kyunki iske bahut se tarq hai, Allama Mubarak poori aur Sheikh Ahmad Shakir ne bhi ise hasan kaha hai, jabke Khateeb Baghdaadi, Imam Nawawi aur Ibne Salaah ne ise sahih kaha.

Yaad rahe k is hadees shareef mein namaz e tasbeeh ko ba-jamaat ada karne ka zikr nahi hai sirf infiradi amal k taur par Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne apne chacha jaan ko uski targheeb di hai lihaza jo musalmaan namaz e tasbeeh ada karna chahey usey chahiye k pehle namaz e tasbeeh ka tareeqa seekhey, phir isey tanhaayi mein akela padhey, aur ye rawaiyya bhi intihaayi mubarak hai k bandah farz namazo par to tawajjah na de magar namaz e tasbeeh (ba-jamaat) ada karne k liye hamesha betaab rahe, lihaza farz namazo k taarik ko pehle sacchi tauba karni chahiye phir wo namaz e tasbeeh padhey to usey yaqeenan faida hoga In Sha Allah ul Azeez.

Namaz e tasbeeh k baad padhi jaane wali dua ki sanad sakht zaeef hai uske raavi Abdul Quddoos bin Habeeb ko Hafiz Haishmi ne Matrook aur Abdullah bin Mubarak ne kazzaab kaha hai.

Zuha k maana hai din ka chadhna aur ishraaq k maana hai tulu aaftaab, pas jab aaftaab tulu ho kar ek naizey k barabar ho jaye to us waqt nawafil ka padhna namaz e ishraaq kehlata hai.

Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam Razi Allahu Anhu se marvi hadees mein is namaz ko salaatul Awwabeen bhi kaha gaya hai (yaani Allah ta'ala ki taraf ruju karne walo ki namaz).

Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam Razi Allahu Anhu ne kuch loogo ko zuha ki namaz padhte dekha to kaha beshak ye loog jaante hai k is waqt k alawah namaz padhna afzal hai Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k "Awwabeen ki namaz ka waqt wo hai jis waqt ounth k bacchey k pao garam ho". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 748)

Maghrib aur isha k darmiyan padhi jaane wali namaz ko jis riwayat mein Salaatul Awwabeen kaha gaya hai wo riwayat mursal yaani zaeef hai.

Hazrat Abu Zarr Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Har aadmi par lazim hai k apne (jism k) har band (joodh) k badley sadqa khairaat kare, pas SUBHANALLAH kehna sadqa hai, ALHAMDULILLAH kehna sadqa hai LA ILAHA ILLALLAH kehna sadqa hai ALLAHU AKBAR kehna sadqa hai, naiki ka hukm dena sadqa hai aur buri baat se rook dena bhi sadqa hai aur in sab cheezo se zuha ki do rakaatey kifayat karti hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitbaus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 720)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Allah ta'ala farmata hai! Ae Aadam k baitey khalis mere liye chaar rakaatey awwal din mein padh (yaani ishraaq ki) mein tujhko us din ki shaam tak kifayat karunga". (Abu Dawood Kitabut Tatvi Hadees no. 1289, Tirmizi Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 474, Hafiz Zahbi ne ise hasan aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne sahih kaha)

Kifayat ka ek mafhoom ye bhi hai k tere kaam sawarunga. (Wallahu Aalam)

Hazrat Muaaz ne Ayesha Siddeqa Razi Allahu Anha se daryaft kiya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam namaz e zuha ki kitni rakaatey padhte they? Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne kaha "Chaar rakaatey aur jis qadar Allah ta'ala chahta aap (us se) ziyaadah (bhi) padhte". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 719)

Hazrat Ummey Haani Razi Allahu Anha farmati hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne fatah makkah k din ghusal kiya aur 8 rakaat namaz e zuha padhi". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud, Baab Salaatuz Zuha fis Safar Hadees no. 1176, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Haiz Hadees no. 336)

Maloom hua k chaasht (zuha) ki rakaatey do, chaar aur aath (8) hai.

Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya "Mujhe mere piyaare doost Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne teen cheezo ki waseeyat ki, jab tak mein zindah rahunga unko nahi choodunga, har (arabi) maheena (mein 13, 14 aur 15) k teen roozey, chaast ki do rakaatey aur sooney se pehle witr padhna". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1178, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 721)

Ummul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha riwayat karti hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ek kaam ko chood dete halankey aapko uska karna pasand hota tha, aap us baat se darte they k aesa na ho k loog is kaam ko karne lag jaye phir wo un par farz ho jaye. (Sahih Bukhari Abwabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 128, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 718)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki wafat k baad namaz e chaast k farz hone ka khauf khatam ho gaya, jis khauf ki bina par Rasool E Arkam Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam kabhi chaast ki namaz ada karte aur kabhi na karte, ab ye namaz hamare liye mustahab hai.


FAJAR KI NAMAZ K BAAD MASJID MEIN BAITHNA AUR SOORAJ NIKALNE K BAAD DO RAKAAT PADHNA

Hazrat Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jisne fajar ki namaz jamaat se padhi phir sooraj nikalne tak baitha aur Allah ka zikr karta raha (sooraj nikalne k baad) do rakaat namaz padhi uske liye hajj aur umrah k barabar sawab hai" Aapne farmaya "Poorey hajj aur umrah ka, poorey hajj aur umrah ka, poorey hajj aur umrah ka. (Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 576)

Hazrat Jabir bin Samurah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab farjar ki namaz ada karte to sooraj k tulu hone tak masjid mein baith'te, jab sooraj tulu hota to aap jaane k liye khade hote". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 670)

NAMAZ E ISTASQA

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Agar qahat sali ho jaye, barish na barsey to us waqt musalmano ko chahiye k ek din tajweez karke sooraj nikalte hi purane kapde pehan kar aajazi aur giryzari karte hue aabaadi se bahar kisi khuli jagah mein nikle aur mimber bhi rakkha jaye.

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam purane kapde pehne, khushu aur aahistagi se chalte hue, aajazi aur giryazari karte hue nikle aur namaz (istasqa) ki jagah pahunchey". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaatul Istasqa Hadees no. 1165, Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 557, Imam Tirmizi, Imam Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1405, 1408, 1419, Imam Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 603, Imam Hakim 1:326 aur Imam Nawawi ne ise sahih kaha)

Hazrat Ayesha Siddeqa Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se qahat saali ki shikayat ki to aapne eid-gaah mein mimbar rakhne ka hukm diya, jab sooraj ka kinaarah zahir hua to aap nikle aur mimbar par baithey, Allah ki badhaayi aur hamd bayan ki phir farmaya "Tumne apne ghulamo mein qahat saali aur bar waqt barish na hone ki shikayat ki hai, jabke Allah ta'ala ki taraf se tumko hukm hai k tum usko pukaro aur usne tumhari dua qabool karne ka wada kiya hai" phir farmaya:

"ALHAMDU LILLAHI RABBIL AALAMEEN AR-RAHMA NIR RAHEEM MALIKI YAUMID DEEN, LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU YAF'ALU MA YUREED, ALLHUMMA ANTA, ALLHU LA ILAHA ILLA ANTAL GHANEEYU WA NAHNUL FUQARA'U ANZIL ALAINAL GHAISA WAJ'AL MA ANZALTA LANA QUWWATAU WA BALAGHAN ILA HEEN"

"Sab tareef Allah k liye hai jo tamaam jahaano ka parwardigaar hai, bahut raham karne wala nihayat meharbaan hai, rooz e jaza ka malik hai, jo chahta hai wo karta hai, Ae Allah tu (saccha) mabood hai, tere siwa koi mabood nahi, tu sakhi aur be-parwah hai aur hum (tere) mohtaj aur faqeer (bande) hai hum par barish barsa aur jo barish tu nazil farmaye usey hamare liye ek muddat tak quwwat aur (maqasid tak) pahunchane ka zariya bana". (Abu Dawood Kitabul Istasqa Hadees no. 1173, Imam Hakim 1:268, ibne Hibban 604 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Is se maloom hua k Sayyadul Mursaleen Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam aur unke paak-baaz Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum bhi apna sachi aur data sirf Allah hi ko samajhte they, wo usi k darr k mohtaj, usi se darne wale baraahe-raast usi se duwaye maangte rahe. Quran Majeed ne bhi isi aqeedey ki taleem di hai (Surah Fatir Surah no. 35 Ayat no. 14 aur 15) lihaza hum gunahgaaro ko bhi chahiye k kitab o sunnat k mutabiq sirf Allah hi ho apna sakhi aur daata maney aur us se baraahe raast duwaye maange, yahi Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se sacchi muhabbat aur unki ita'at ka taqaaza hai.

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam namaz e istasqa k alawah kisi dua mein apne dono haath nahi uthaate they, Aapne dono haath uthaaye, haatho ko daraaz kiya, hatta k baghley dikhaayi di. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Istasqa Hadees no. 1031, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Istasqa Hadees no. 895)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam barish k liye dua kar rahe they aap khade hue they aur aapne apne haatho ko chehrey k saamne kiya hua tha aur haath sar se unhey nahi they. (Abu Dawood Kitabul Istasqa Hadees no. 1168, Imam Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 601 aur 602 ne ise sahih kaha)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k haatho ki pusht aasmaan ki taraf thi. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 895)

Phir imam loogo ki taraf peeth karke qibla rukh ho jaye (aur haath uthaaye rakkhey) aur mandarja zail duwaye badi aajazi se roo roo kar padhey, aur sab loog bhi badey khuzu se aabadeedah ho kar haatho ko ulta karke uthaiye aur dua maangey dua ye hai:

"ALLHUM MASQINA, ALLHUM MASQINA, ALLHUM MASQINA"

"Ae Allah! hamey paani pila, Ae Allah! hamey paani pila, Ae Allah! hamey paani pila". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Istasqa Hadees no. 1013)

"ALLHUM MAQINA GHAISHAN MUGHEESHAN MAREE'AM MAREE'AN GHAIRA ZAAAARIN AAJILAN GHAIRA AAJILIN"

"Ae Allah! hamey paani pila, hum par aesi baarish nazil farma jo hamari tashnagi baja de, halki phuwaarey bin kar galla gaaney wali, nafa dene wali ho na k nuksan pahunchane wali, jald aaney wali ho na k dair lagaaney wali". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1169, Imam Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1416, Imam Hakim 1:327 aur Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

"ALLAHUMMA ASQI IBADAKA WA BAHA IMAKA WA ANSHUR RAHMATAKA WA AHYI BALADAKAL MAYYITA"

"Ae Allah! apne badno aur janwaro ko sairaab kar, apni rahmat ko phela aur apne murda shehro ko zinda karde". (Abu Dawood Hadees no. 1176, iski sanad hasan hai)

Salaatul Istasqa mein ek aham masla chadar ka palatna hai, Hazrat Abdullah bin Zaid Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam istasqa k liye eid-gaah ki taraf nikle, aapne apni peeth logoo ki taraf ki aur qibla rukh ho kar dua karne lage phir apni chadar ko palta phir unko do rakaatey namaz padhaayi aur us mein buland aawaaz se qiraat ki. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Istasqa Hadees no. 1025, Sahih Muslim Salaatul Istasqa Hadees no. 894)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam par siyaah chadar thi aapne uska nichla hissa uper lana chaha magar mushkil paish aayi to aapne usey apne kandho par hi ulat diya. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaatul Istasqa Hadees no. 1164, Imam Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1416aur Imam Ibne Hibban ne ise sahih kaha)

Yaani chadar palat'te waqt chadar ka daaya kinaarah baaye kandhey par uar baaya kinaara daaye kandhey par daal diya.

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne qibla rukh ho kar chadar ko palta, uske andar ka hissa bahar ki taraf kiya aur Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ne bhi aapke saath chaadaro ko palta. (Musnad Ahmad 4:41, 16579, Ibne Daqeeq ul eid ne ise sahih kaha)

Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne namaz e eid ki tarah loogo ko do rakaatey namaz e istasqa padhaayi. (Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 55, Abu Dawood Kitabul Istasqa Hadees no. 1165, ise Imam Tirmizi, Imam Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1405 aur Imam Nawawi ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Abdullah bin Zaid bin Aasim Maazani Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne khutbey se pehle namaz padhaayi. (Musnad Imam Ahmad 4:16580)

Jamhoor ka amal isi par hai magar khutba namaz se pehle bhi jayez hai. (Ibne Khuzaima Jama Abwabus Salaatul Istasqa Hadees no. 1407)

Hazrat Adbullah bin Yazeed Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne do rakaatey (istasqa) ki padhaayi aur un mein tilawat buland aawaaz se ki aur namaz e istasqa baghair azaan aur iqamat k padhaayi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Istasqa Hadees no.1022)

Ibne Bilal ne kaha k ulama ka is baat par ijma hai k namaz e istasqa mein azaan aur iqamat nahi hai.

NAMAZ E KASOOF: (SOORAJ AUR CHAND GARHAN KI NAMAZ)

Bismillahirramanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Chand aur sooraj garhan aasaar e qudrat hai, kisi k marne, jeeney (ya kisi aur wajah) se namudaar nahi hote, balke Allah (apne) bando ko ibrat dilaane k liye zahir farmata hai, agar tum aese aasaar dekho to jaldi dua e astaghfaar aur yaad e ilahi ki taraf rujoo karo". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Kasoof Hadees no. 1059, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Kasoof Hadees no. 912)

Ahle jahiliyat ka aqeedah tha k sooraj ya chaand usi waqt garhan hote hai jab koi aham shaksiyat paida ho ya wafaat paye ya dunya mein koi aham waqiya runuma ho, Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne isi baatil aqeedey ki nafi farmayi, yani sooraj aur chand k garhan hone ka talluq kayenaat ke waqiaat se nahi balke barahe-raast Allah ta'ala ki masheeyat aur qudrat se hai aur wo Allah jo tumhare saamne unhey be-noor kar sakta hai wo qayamat k qareeb bhi unhey be-noor karke lapait dene par qadir hai, lihaza us se darte raho. Hazrat Adbullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k jab sooraj garhan hua to Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek shaks ko ye aelaan karne ka hukm farmaya "ASSALATU JAAMIAH" "Namaz jama karne wali hai (tumhey bula rahi hai)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Kasoof Hadees no. 1045, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 910)


SOORAJ GARHAN KI NAMAZ KA TAREEQA

Hazrat Adbullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k zamaney mein sooraj garhan hua, aapne ba-jamaat do rakaat namaz padhi, Aapne Surah Baqarah tilawat karne ki miqdaar k qareeb lamba qayaam kiya phir lamba ruku kiya, phir sar utha kar lamba qayaam kiya (ruku k baad qauma karne ki bajaaye dobarah qiraat shuru kar dena ek hi rakaat ka tasalsul hai lihaza is mouqey par naye sirey se fatiha nahi padhi jayegi, Wallahu Aalam) phir pehle ruku se kam lamba ruku kiya, phir (qauma karke) do sajdey kiye, phir khade ho kar lamba qayaam kiya, phir do ruku kiye phir do sajdey karke aur tashahud padh kar salaam phaira, phir khutba diya jis mein Allah ki tareef aur sana bayan ki aur farmaya "Sooraj aur chand ki nishaniyo mein se do nishaniya hai, kisi k marne ya paida hone se us ko garhan nahi lagta, jab tum garhan dekho to Allah ka zikr karo (doraan e namaz) mene jannat dekhi, agar mein us mein se ek angoor ka goosha le leta to tum rehti dunya tak us mein se khaate rehte aur mene dozakh (bhi) dekhi, us se badh kar hoolnak manzar mene (kabhi) nahi dekha (aur) mene jahannam mein ziyaadah tadaad aurato ki dekhi arz kiya gaya ya Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam kya wajah hai (auratey ziyaadah jahannam mein kyu hai) aapne farmaya "Wo kufr karti hai arz kiya gaya allah ka kufr karti hai? aapne farmaya "wo Khawind ki na-shukri karti hai, agar tu ek muddat tak uske saath acchayi karta rahe phir unki marzi k khilaf koi kaam kare to kehti hai k mene tujhse kabhi bhalaayi nahi dekhi". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Kasoof Hadees no. 1052, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Kasoof Hadees no. 907)

Is se maloom hua k kisi mohsin ki ehsaan faramooshi gunah e kabeerah hai, jab isi bandey ki ehsaan faramooshi kabeerah gunah hai to jo khaliq ki ehsan faramooshi karta hai uska gunah kis qadar khatarnaak hoga? Allah hum sabko hidayat de Aameen.

Sooraj aur chand k garhan jaane par Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ghabra uthtey aur namaz padhte, Hazrat Asma Razi Allahu Anha bayan karti hai k aapke zamane mein (ek dafa) sooraj garhan hua to aap ghabra gaye aur ghabrahat mein ahle khaana mein se kisi ka kurta le liya, baad mein chadar mubarak aapko pahunchayi gayi, Hazrat Asma Razi Allahu Anha bhi masjid mein gayi aur aurato ki saff mein khadi ho gayi, aapne itna taweel qayaam kiya k unki niyat baithne ki ho gayi lekin unhone idhar udhar apne se kamzoor aurato ko khade dekha to wo bhi khadi rahi. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 906)

Aapka ghabraana Allah k darr ki wajha se tha, jab Aap Allah k piyaare Nabi ho kar ghabra uthte they to afsoos hai in ummatiyo par jo baar baar garhan k ba-wajood aese mouqey par Allah ki taraf ruju nhi karte.

Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k zamane mein ek sakht garmi k din sooraj garhan hua, aapne Sahaba E Kiraam Razi Allahu Anhum ko saath le kar namaz padhi, aapne itna talweel qayam kiya k loog girne lagey. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 904)

Hazrat Asma Razi Allahu Anha kehti hai k Aapne itna lamba qayaam kiya k mujhe (aurato ki saff mein khade khade) ghash (chakkar) aa gaya, mene barabar mein apni mushak se paani le kar sar par daala. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 922, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 905)

Qaariyeen e kiraam gaur farmaya aapne! k Nabi E Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam kis qadar inhamaak aur ehtamaam se sooraj garhan ki namaz padhte they, lekin humne kabhi us namaz ki taraf tawajjah nahi ki, Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k pechey auratey bhi sooraj garhan ki namaz padhti thi, hamey bhi chahiye k hum masjid mein sooraj garhan ki namaz ba-jamaat ka ehtamaam kare aur hamari auratey bhi zaroor masajid mein ja kar namaz mein shamil ho.

Jab kisi ko koi (jayez) amr darpaish ho aur wo us mein mutaraddud ho, k isey karu ya na karu, ya jab kisi kaam ka iraadah kare to us mouqey par istakharah karna sunnat hai.

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam hamey tamaam mouqo k liye usi tarah istakharah ki dua sikhate they jis tarah quran hakeem ki koi surah sikhaate they aap farmate "Jab koi aadmi kisi kaam ka iraadah kare to do rakaat nafil ada kare phir farigh ho kar ye dua padhey:

"ALLHUMMA INNI ASTAKHEERUKA BI ILMIKA WA ASTAQDIRUKA BI QUDRATIKA WA AS'ALUKA MIN FAZLIKAL AZEEMI FA INNAKA TAQDIRU WALA AQDIRU WA TAALAMU WALA AALAMU WA ANTA ALLAMUL GHOYOOBI ALLAHUMMA IN KUNTA TAALAMU ANNA HAZAL AMRA KHAIRUL LI FI DEENI WA MA'AASHI WA AAQIBATI AMRI FAQDURHU LI SUMMA BARIK LI FEEHI WA IN KUNTA TAALAMU ANNA HAZAL AMRU SHARRUL LI FI DEENI WA MA'AASHI WA AAQIBATI AMRI FASRIFHU ANNI WASRIFNI ANHU WAQDUR LIYAL KHAIRA HAISU KANA SUMMAR ZINI BIHI"

"Ae Allah! tehqeeq mein (us kaam mein) tujhse tere ilm ki madad se khair maangta hu aur (husool e khair k liye) tujhse teri qudrat k zariye qudrat maangta hu aur mein tujh se tera fazal e azeem maangta hum beshak tu (har cheez par) qaadir hai aur mein (kisi cheez par) qadir nahi, tu (har kaam k anjaam ko) jaanta hai aur mein (kuch) nahi jaanta aur tu tamaam ghaibo ka jan'ne wala hai, Ae Allah! agar tu jaanta hai k ye kaam (jiska mein iraadah rakhta hu) mere liye mere deen, meri zindagi aur mere anjaam-kaar k lihaaz se behtar hai to ise mere liye muqaddar kar aur aasaan kar phir is mein mere liye barkat paida farma aur agar tere ilm mein ye kaam mere liye deen, meri zindagi aur mere anjaam-kaar k lihaz se bura hai to is (kaam) ko mujhse aur mujhe is se phair de aur mere liye bhalaayi muhayya kar jaha (kahi bhi) ho, phir mujhe uske sath raazi karde, Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya k phir apni hajat bayan karo". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Tahajjud Hadees no. 1162)

Baaz loog khud istakharah karne ki bajaaye dosro se istakharah karwate hai ye roosh ek waba ki shakal ikhtayar kar gayi hai jisne jagah jagah doosro k liye istakharah karne wale specialist paida kar diye hai halankey apne liye khud istakharah karne ki bajaaye kisi aur se istakharah karwana sirf khilaf e sunnat hi nahi balke kahin aur najoomi ki tasdeeq karne k mutaradif hai khasoosan jabke istakharah karwane wala is niyat se istakharah karwata hai k mujhe in 'buzurgo' se koi pakki khabar ya wazey mushahidah milega jise baad mein wo mim-wa-an saccha jaan kar kisi kaam k karne ya na karne ka faisla karta hai, halankey istakharey k liye na to ye laazmi hai k ye sooney se pehle kiya jaye aur na ye laazmi hai k khawab mein koi wazey isharah hoga, seedhi si baat hai k zaroorat-mand khud istakharah karey Allah ta'ala uska seena khool dega mazeed tasalli chahta hai to kisi acchey shaks se mashwarah karke phir wo jo kaam karega Allah ta'ala us mein behtari paida karega in sha Allah ta'ala (Muhammad Abdul Bazzaaz)

Jab aap ye masnoon istakharah karke koi kaam karengey to Allah ta'ala apne fazal se zaroor us mein behtari ki soorat paida karega aur burayi se bachayega.

Istakharah raat ya din ki jis ghadi mein bhi aap chahey kar sakte hai, siwaaye auqaat e maqrooha k.

DO NAMAZO KA JAMA KARNA

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

1. HAJJ K DORAAN MAIDAAN E ARFAAT MEIN

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Arfa k din zuhar aur asar ki namaz ko jama karna Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki sunnat hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 1662)


2. MAZDALFA MEIN

Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hajja tul wida k moqey par mazdalfa mein maghrib aur isha ko jama kiya". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 1674, Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 1287)

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hajja tul wida k mouqey par mazdalfa mein ek azaan aur do iqamato se namaz e maghrib aur isha jama ki aur darmiyaan mein sunnatey nahi padhi. (Sahih Muslim Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 1218)


3. BARISH YA KHAUF K ILAWAH KISI ZAROORAT K TAHAT

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne madeena mein zuhar aur asar ko jama karke padha, halankey waha (dushman ka) khauf tha aur na hi barish, Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se pucha gaya k aapne aesa kyu kiya to unhone ye jawab diya k Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam apni ummat ko dushwaari mein nahi rakhna chahte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Mawaqeetus Salaat Hadees no. 543, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 705)

Hazrat Adbullah bin Shafeeq se riwayat hai k ek martaba Hazrat ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ne basrah mein asar k baad hamey khutba dena shuru kiya yaha tak k sooraj ghuroob ho gaya aur sitaarey chamakne lage, kisi ne kaha k namaz (maghrib) ka waqt ho chuka hai, aapne farmaya mujhe sunnat na sikhao, mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko zuhar wa asar aur maghrib wa isha mila kar padhte hue dekha hai, Abdullah bin Shafeeq kehte hai k mujhe shubah paida hua mene Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allahu Anhu se daryaft kiya to unhoney uski tasdeeq ki. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 705)

Beemari ki shiddat mein agar mareez ko namazo ki waqt par ada'igi mein takleef hoti ho ya jaan, maal ya izzat ka khauf ho to namazey jama ki ja sakti hai.

Iska ek tareeqa Abu Sha'asa Jabir Rahimahullah bayan karte hai k mein samajhata hu k aapne zuhar ko uske aakhiri waqt mein padha aur asar ko uske awwal waqt mein padh kar dono namazo ko jama kiya, isi tarah maghrib ko aakhiri waqt mein aur isha ko awwal waqt mein padh kar dono namazo ko jama kiya. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 1174)

Yaani k na-gazeer qism k haalaat mein halat e iqamat mein bhi do namazey jama karke padhi ja sakti hai, ta-hum shadeed zaroorat k baghair aesa karna jayez nahi, jese karobaari loogo ka aam mamool hai k wo susti ya karobaari masroofiyat ki wajah se do namazo ko jama kar lete hai, ye sahih nahi, balke sakht gunah hai, har namaz ko uske waqt par hi padhna zaroori hai, siwa e na-gazeed halaat k.

NAMAZ E SAFAR

NAMAZ E SAFAR

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Safar mein zuhar, asar aur isha ki chaar chaar farz rakaato ko do do padhna qasar (kam karna) kehlata hai, fajar aur maghrib mein qasar nahi hai, jo shaks safar k iraadey se apne ghar se chaley aur gaon ya shehar ki aabaadi se nikal jaye to wo az-rooye shariyat musafir hai, aur apni farz namaz mein qasar kar sakta hai.


SAFAR KI MUSAFAT

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam jab teen meel ya teen farsang ki musafat par nikley to namaz do rakaatey padhte. (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 491)

Is hadees mein raavi e hadees ne poori imaandari se kaam lete hue teen meel ya teen farsang kaha hai, yaani raavi ko shak hai k Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam teen meel ki musafat par qasar karte they ya teen farsang (9 meel) par, pas musafir ko chahiye k apne shehar ki hadoon se nikalne k baad agar manzil e maqsood 9 meel ya us se ziyaada musafat par waqey ho to musafir qasar kar sakta hai.

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne madeena mein zuhar ki namaz chaar rakatey padhi aur zul haleefa mein asar ki namaz do rakatey padhi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 1547, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 690)

Zul Haleefa ek muqaam ka naam hai jo madeena munawwarah se 6 meel k fasiley par hai, Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam makka k liye rawaana hue to zul haleefa pahunch kar namaz e asar ka waqt ho gaya, pas aapne waha asar mein qasar karli.


MUSAFIR BAGHAIR KHAUF K QASAR KAREY

Yaala bin Umaiyya se riwayat hai k mene Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu se pucha k Allah ta'ala to farmata hai:

"WA IZA ZARABTUM FIL ARZI FALAISA ALAIKUM JUNAHUN AN TAQSURU MINAS SALAATI IN KHIFTUM AYYAF TINAKUMUL LAZEENA KAFARO" (Surah Nisa Surah no. 4 Ayat no. 101)

"Aur jab tum safar mein ho aur agar tumhey kuffar se khauf ho to namaz qasar karlo tum par koi gunah nahi"

Aaj hum aman mein hai namaz qasar kyu karey?

Hazrat Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya "K mujhe bhi yahi tajjub hua jese tumhey tajjub hua to mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se pucha to aapne farmaya k (aman ki halat mein qasar ki ijazat dena) Allah ka ehsan hai isey qabool karo". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 486)

Hazrat Haarsa bin Wahab Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hamey mina mein qasar namaz padhaayi halankey hum tadaad mein ziyaadah aur haalat e aman mein they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Hajj Hadees no. 1656, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 696)


QASAR KI HADD

Agar koi musafir kisi ilaaqey mein mutaraddud thehrey k aaj jao ya kal, to namaz e qasar karta rahey, khawah kayi maheeney lag jaye, Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu Abdul Malak bin Marwaan k hamraah do maah (ba-hesiyat e mutaraddud musafir) shaam mein rahey aur namaz do rakaatey padhte rahey. (Behaqui 3:152)

Abu Jumrah Nasar bin Imraan se riwayat hai k mene Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se sawal kiya k hum gazwa ki garz se kharasaan mein taweel qayaam karte hai, kya hum poori namaz padhey? Aapne farmaya "Do rakaatey hi padha karo khawah tumhey (kayi jagah mutaraddud musafir ki hesiyat se) 10 saal qayaam karna padey". (Musannaf ibne Ibi Shaiba)

Aur agar 19 din tak theharney ka iraadah ho to namaz mein qasar kare, aur agar 19 rooz se zayid theharney ka iraadah ho to phir namaz poori padhni chahiye.

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne ek safar kiya, phir aap 19 din thehrey aur do do rakaatey namaz padhte rahe, Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya "Agar hum kisi manzil mein 19 din theharte hai to do do rakaatey padhte hai aur jab is (19 din) se ziyaadah theharte hai to chaar rakaat padhte hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Taqseerus Salaat Hadees no. 1080)


SAFAR MEIN AZAAN AUR JAMAAT

Hazrat Malik bin Huwairis Razi Allahu Anhu kehte hai k do aadmi Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki khidmat mein hazir hue jo safar par ja rahe they to aapne farmaya k "Jab tum safar par jao aur namaz ka waqt ho jaye to azaan aur iqamat kaho phir tum mein jo bada ho wo imamat karaaye". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Azaan Hadees no. 630)


SAFAR MEIN DO NAMAZEY JAMA KARNA

Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam doraan e safar zuhar aur asar ko ikattha padhte aur maghrib aur isha ko jama karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Taqseerus Salaat Hadees no. 1107)

Jama ki do suratey hai:

1. Jama Taqdeem: Zuhar k saath asar aur maghrib k sath isha ki namaz padhna.
2. Jama Takheer: Yaani asar k saath zuhar aur isha k saath maghrib ki namaz padhna.

Hazrat Muaaz bin Jabal Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k gazwa e tabook k moqey par agar Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam sooraj dhalne k baad safar shuru karte to zuhar aur asar ko us waqt jama fama lete aur agar sooraj dhalne se pehle safar shuru karte to zuhar ko mu'akkhar karke asar k saath ada farmate, isi tarah sooraj ghuroob hone k baad safar shuru karte to maghrib aur isha usi waqt padh lete aur agar sooraj ghuroob hone se pehle safar shuru karte to maghrib ko mu'akkhar karke isha k saath padhte. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaatus Safar Hadees no. 1220, Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hades no. 553, ise Imam Ibne Hibban 4:413, 414 ne sahih kaha)

Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu riwayat karte hai k mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ko dekha jab aapko safar mein jaldi hoti to maghrib ki namaz mein takheer karte yaha tak k isha ka waqt dakhil ho jata phir aap maghrib aur isha ko ikattha padhte. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Taqseerus Salaat Hadees no. 1091, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 703)


SAFAR MEIN SUNNATO KA BAYAN

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu ne kaha "Mein Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k hamraah safar mein raha, magar aapne do rakaato se ziyaadah namaz na padhi yaha tak k Allah ta'ala ne aapki rooh qabz karli aur mein Abu Bakr, Umar Farooq aur Usman Ghani Razi Allahu Anhum k hamraah, safar mein raha, un sabne safar mein do rakaato se ziyaadah namaz nahi padhi, aur Allah ne irshad farmaya hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ki itteba hi tumhare liye behtar hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabut Taqseerus Salaat Hadees no. 1101, 1102, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 689)

Hazrat Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu do rakaatey (yani namaz e qasar) padh kar apne bistar par chale jaate they, Hafs kehte hai mene kaha chacha jaan! agar iske baad aap do rakaatey (sunnat) padh liya kare to kya harj hai? farmaya "Agar mujhe ye karna hota to (farz) namaz hi poori padh leta". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Musafireen Hadees no. 694)

NAMAZ E EID KA TAREEQA

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid ul fitr aur eid ul azha k din eid-gaah jaate, sabse pehle namaz padhte, phir khutba dete jabke loog safoo mein baithey rehte, khutba mein loogo ko naseehat aur waseeyat karte aur hukm detey phir wapas laut'tey. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 956, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Eidain Hadees no. 889)

Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha se riwayat hai k beshak Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid ul fitr aur eid ul azha ki namaz ki awwal rakaat mein saat (7) takbeeraat kehte aur doosri rakaat mein paanch (5) takbeeraat kehte. (Abu Dawood Kitabuj Juma, Baab - Takbeer fil Eidain Hadees no. 1149, Tirmizi Hadees no. 536, ise Imam Ahmad aur Ali bin Madeeni ne sahih kaha)

Har takbeer par rafulyadain kare aur har takbeer k baad hath baandhey, Imam unchi aawaaz se aur muqtadi aahista alhamdu shareef padhey, phir imam unchi aawaaz se qiraat padhey, aur muqtadi chup chaap suney.

Imam Behaqui Rahimahullah ne namaz e eidain ki zaayid takbeeraat mein rafulyadain karne par jin hadees se istadlaal kiya hai us mein Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam har us takbeer mein hath uthaatey jo ruku mein jaane se pehle kehte, yaha tak k aapki namaz mukammal ho jaati. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 722, Ibne Jarood ne ise sahih kaha, Musnad Ahmad 2:133, 134, 6175 aur Daare Qutni 1:289)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam, Abu Bakr, Umar wa Usman Razi Allahu Anhum pehle namaz padhte phir khutba dete. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 884)

Eidain ka khutba mimbar par na padhey, Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allahu Anhu ki hadees se maloom hota hai k eid-gaah mein mimbar ka ehtamaam Marwan bin Hakam k ahad mein kiya gaya. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 956, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Salaatul Eidain Hadees no. 889)

Ek shaks ne Marwan k is fail (amal) par aetraaz karte hue kaha "Tumne eid k rooz mimbar la kar sunnat ki mukhalifat ki kyunki is rooz isey nahi laya jata tha, aur tumne khutba ko namaz se pehle padh kar (sunnat ki mukhalifat ki)". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat, Baab - Khutba yaum e eid Hadees no. 1140, Ibne Maja Iqamatus Salaat Hadees no. 1275)


EID UL AZHA K DIN NAMAZ E EID PADH KAR QURBANI KARNI CHAHIYE:

Hazrat Bara bin Aajib Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis shaks ne namaz k baad qurbani ki uski qurbani ho gayi aur usne musalmano k tareeqey ko apna liya aur jisne namaz se pehle qurbani ki uski qurbani nahi hogi wo mehaz goosht ki ek bakri hai jo usne apne ghar waalo k liye zibah ki hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 965, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Azahi, Baab - Waqtaha Hadees no. 1961)

Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Jis shaks ne namaz e eid se pehle qurbani ki wo namaz k baad doosri qurbani karey". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 975, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Azahi Hadees no. 1960)

TAKBEERAAT E EID

TAKBEERAAT E EID

Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hafiz ibne Hajar Rahimahullah takbeeraat k padhne k baare mein farmate hai "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se is baarey mein koi hadees sabit nahi, Sahaba Razi Allahu Anhum se jo sahih tareen riwayat marvi hai wo Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu ka qaul hai".

1. Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu arfa k din (9 zill hijjah) ki fajar se le kar 13 zill hijjah ki asar tak takbeeraat kehte. (Behaqui 3:279, Imam Hakim aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

2. Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu eid ul fitr k din ghar se eid-gaah tak takbeeraat kehte. (Behaqui 3:279, Imam Behqui farmate hai k hadees Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu mauqoofan mehfooz hai)

3. Imam Zahri kehte hai k loog eid k din apne gharo se eig-gaah tak takbeeraat kehte, phir imam k saath takbeeraat kehte. (Musannaf ibne Ibi Shaiba 1:489)

4. Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu 9 zill hijjah ko namaz e fajar se le kar 13 zill hijjah namaz e asar tak in alfaaz mein takbeeraat kehte:

"ALLAHU AKBAR KABEERA, ALLAHU AKBAR KABEERA, ALLAHU AKBAR WA AJALLULLAHU AKBARU WA LILLAHIL HAMD"

"Allah sabse bada hai, bahut bada hai, Allah sabse bada hai bahut bada hai, Allah sabse bada hai aur sabse ziyaadah sahib e jalaal hai, Allah sabse bada hai, Allah hi k liye saari tareef hai". (Ibne ibi Shaiba 1:489, 490, ise Imam Hakim 1:299 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

5. Hazrat Salman Razi Allahu Anhu yuh takbeeraat kehte:

"ALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR KABEERA". (Behaqui 3:316)

Hafiz ibne Hajar Rahimahullah kehte hai k is baarey mein sahih tareen qaul Hazrat Salman Razi Allahu Anhu ka hai.


TAMBIYAAH:

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se alfaaz e takbeeraat ki sarahat Daare Qutni mein yuh aayi hai:

"ALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR, LA ILAHA ILLALLAHU, WALLAHU AKBAR, ALLAHU AKBAR, WA LILLAHIL HAMD".

Is Hadees ko imam Zahbi ne sakht zaeef balkey mouzo (manghadat) kaha hai, lihaza in alfaaz ko aapki taraf mansoob karna jayez nahi hai.

Hazrat Anas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam madeena munawwarah tashreef laye to saal mein do din muqarrar they jin mein loog khelte aur khushiya manaate they aapne unse pucha k ye do din kese hai? unhone kaha k zamana e jahiliyat se hum in mein khelte chale aa rahe hai, aapne farmaya "Allah ta'ala ne tumko unke badley mein do behtareen din ata farmaye hai wo eid ul fitr aur eid ul azha k din hai". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1134)

Hazrat Nabeesha Al Huzli Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Ayyaam e Tashreeq yaani: 11, 12 aur 13 zil hijjah khane peene aur Allah ta'ala k zikr k din hai". (Sahih Muslim Kitabus Siyam Hadees no. 1141)

Maloom hua k eid ul azha aur ayyaam e tashreeq k dono dino mein khane peene mein wus'at karna aur mubaah khel khood mein koi harj nahi.

Hazrat Ayesha Siddeqa Razi Allahu Anha k paas bacchiya daff baja kar jang e ba'aas ka qissa jo ansar ne ish'aar mein likha tha (jang e ba'aas aous aur khazraj k darmiyan halat e kufr mein hui thi) gaa rahi thi, Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddeque Razi Allahu Anhu ne unhey mana kiya, Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne farmaya "Ae Abu Bakr! inhey kuch na kaho beshak aaj eid ka din hai, bila shubah har qaum ki ek eid hoti hai aur aaj hamari eid hai". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 952, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salatul Eidain Hadees no. 892)

Is Hadees se maloom hua k agar padhne wali chooti bacchiya ho, aalaat e mosiqi mein se sirf daff (ya us se kam-tar koi aala) ho neez ash'aar khilaf e shariyat na ho aur eid ka mouqa ho to aese ash'aar padhne ya sunney mein koi harj nahi hai lekin mufaad parast gawaiyyo ne is hadees shareef se apna ullu seedha karne mein koi kasar nahi utha rakkhi chunanchey unhoney bacchiyo se har umar ki paisha-war gulu ka ruh sabit kardi, daff se jumla aalaat e mosiqi jayez qarar diye, acchey ash'aar se gaano ka jo ashkasheed kiya aur eid k din se "ruh ki gizaiyat" (yani gaaney wa kawwali wagairah gaa kar rozi) dhoondh nikali aur ye na socha k Allah khaliq wa malik hai usne apne bando k liye jawaaz ki jo hadd chahi muqarrar kardi aur us se tajawuz ko haram kar diya.


MASA'IL WA AHKAAM:

1. Hazrat Ali Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai: "Juma, arfa, qurbani aur eid ul fitr k din ghusal karna chahiye". (Behaqui 3:278, iski sanad sahih hai)'

Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Razi Allahu Anhu eid k din eid-gaah ki taraf nikalne se pehle ghusal kiya karte they. (Muatta Imam Malik Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 1:177, iski sanad sahih hai)

Imam Nawawi Rahimahullah farmate hai k eid k din ghusal k masa'il mein Ibne Umar Razi Allahu Anhu k asar se istadlaal aur juma k ghusal par qayas kiya gaya hai.

2. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne hukm diya k eid ul fitr ki namaz k liye ghar se nikalne se pehle sadqa e fitr ada kiya jaye. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabuz Zakaat Hadees no. 1503, Sahih Muslim Kitabuz Zakaat Hadees no. 986)

Eid-gaah mein pahunch kar sadqa e fitr ada karna sahih nahi hai, balkey usey namaz e eid k liye nikalne se pehle ada karna chahiye.

3. Hazrat Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu ne farmaya "Mene Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k saath eid ki namaz padhi aapne baghair azaan aur takbeer k khutba se pehle namaz padhaayi". (Sahih Muslim Hadees no. 885)

Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Ansari Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k namaz e eid k liye azaan hai na takbeer, pukarna hai na koi aawaaz. (Sahih Bukhari Hadees no. 960, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Eidain Hadees no. 886)

4. Hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu bayan karte hai k Aap Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne eid-gaah mein siwaaye eid ki do rakaato k na pehle nafil padhey na baad mein. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 964, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Eidain Hadees no. 884)

5. Nabi Rahmat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid ul fitr mein kuch khaa kar namaz ko nikalte, aur eid ul azha mein namaz padh kar khaate. (Tirmizi Kitabuj Juma Hadees no. 542, Ibne Maja Kitabus Siyaam Hadees no. 1756, Ibne Hibban Hadees no. 593, Ibne Khuzaima Hadees no. 1426, Ibne Qattan, Hakim 1:294 aur Hafiz Zahbi ne ise sahih kaha)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid ul fitr k rooz taaq khajoorey kha kar eid-gaah jaya karte they. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 953)

6. Anas bin Malik Razi Allahu Anhu jab shehar ja kar eid ki namaz ba-jamat ada na kar sakte to apne ghulaamo aur baccho ko jama karte aur apne ghulam Abdullah bin abi Atibbah ko shehar walo ki namaz ki tarah namaz padhane ka hukm dete. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain, Behaqui 3:305)

7. Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k paas ek sawaar aaya usne gawahi di k unhone kal chand dekha tha to aapne hamey rooza iftar karne ka hukm diya aur doosre din eid ki namaz padhi, kyunki ruyat e hilal ki khabar itni dair mein pahunchi k namaz e eid ka waqt nikal chuka tha. (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1157, Ibne Hazam aur Behaqui ne ise sahih kaha)

Is Hadees mein is baat ki daleel hai k agar kisi uzr ki bina par namaz e eid faut ho jaye to wo agley din eid ki namaz k liye nikley.

8. Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ne farmaya k "Eid k din sodaan dhaalo aur naizo se khelte they Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ne mujhse pucha k kya tum isey dekhna chahti ho mene kaha han! mujhe aapne apne pichey khada kar liya aur mein un habshiyo ka tamasha dekh rahi thi jo eid k din masjid mein jangi khelo ka muzahirah kar rahe they". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 454, Sahih Muslim Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 892)

9. Hazrat Abdullah bin Bashar Razi Allahu Anhu eid ul fitr k rooz namaz k liye gaye, imam ne namaz mein takheer kardi to wo farmaney lage "Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k zamaney mein hum is waqt namaz se farigh ho chukey hote they, ravi kehta hai k ye chasht ka waqt tha". (Abu Dawood Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 1135, ise Imam Hakim aur Hafiz Zahbi ne sahih kaha)

10. Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah Razi Allahu Anhu farmate hai k "Nabi E Akram Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid k din eid-gaah aaney jaaney ka raasta tabdeel farmaya karte they". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 986)


EID-GAAH MEIN AURATEY:

11. Hazrat Ummey Ateeya Razi Allahu Anha kehti hai k hamey hukm diya gaya k hum (sab aurato ko hatta k) haiz waliyo aur pardah waliyo ko (bhi) dono eidon mein (gharo se nikaley) takey wo (sab) musalmano ki jamaat (namaz) aur unki dua mein hazir ho, aur farmaya haiz waliya jaye-namaz se alag rahey (yani wo namaz na padhey) lekin musalmano ki duwaon aur takbeero mein shamil rahey, takey Allah ki rahmat aur bakshish se hissa paye, ek aurat ne arz kiya k agar hum mein se kisi k paas chadar na ho (to phir wo kese eid-gaah mein jaye?) farmaya "Usko uski saath wali aurat chadar utha de (yani kisi doosri aurat se chadar aariyatan le kar chaley)". (Sahih Bukhari Kitabus Salaat Hadees no. 351, Sahih Muslim Kitabus Salaatul Eidain Hadees no. 890)

Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam eid-gaah ki taraf jaate, aapki eid-gaah masjid e nabwi se hazaar zaraa k fasila par thi, ye eid-gaah baqee ki taraf thi. (Sahih Bukhari Kitabul Eidain Hadees no. 976)
