20 RAKAAT TARAWEEH KI PEHLI HADEES KA JAYEZA





Bismillahirrahmanirraheem

Hanafi hazraat 20 rakaat taraweeh k zail mein 3 ahadees paish karte hai pehli Hazrat ibne abbas r.a ki doosri Hazrat Umar farooq r.a ki aur teesri Hazrat e Ali r.a ki

in sha Allah in teeno hadeeso ka jayeza liya jayega

20 Rakaat Taraweeh ki Pehli Hadees ka jayeza

Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ramazaan mein 20 rakaat taraweeh aur witr padhte they. (Musannaf ibne abi shaiba Hadees no. 7766, Tabraani fil Kabeer Hadees no. 12102, Sunan Al Kubra Behaqui Hadees no. 4799, ibne adi fil Kaamil 1:240, wal Ausat Hadees no. 544)

Is hadees k ek lafz k izhaar se guraiz: Is hadees k hawaley k liye hanfiyo ka asal aetamaad 2 kitabo par hai ek imam suyooti ki masabeeh aur doosri imam behaqui ki sunan al kubra, in dono kitabo mein is hadees k jo alfaaz manqool hai unmein thoda sa fark hai, behaqui ki riwayat mein ek alfaaz zayid hai jo masabeeh mein nahi hai, is lafz zayid k baad ye hadees hanafi mazhab k liye kuch mufeed hone k bajaye ulti sakht mazar pad jati hai, balkey hanafiyo k saare daawey hi bikhar k reh jaate hai, isi liye hanafi hazaraat masabeeh wali hi riwayat bayan karte hai behaqui wali riwayat ki taraf koi ishara bhi nahi karte, munasib hai k hum dono riwayate aapke saamne bayan karde.

Masabeeh ki riwayat: Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ramazaan mein 20 rakaat taraweeh aur witr padhte they.

Sunan Behaqui ki riwayat: Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se riwayat hai k Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam maah e ramazaan gair jamaat mein 20 rakaat aur witr padhte they, Behaqui ne kaha is hadees ko sirf abu shaiba ibraheem bin usmaan ne riwayat kiya hai aur wo zaeef hai. (Sunan Behaqui Jild 2 safa no. 496)

Is hadees k jo alfaaz in dono kitabo mein manqool hai unko saamne rakhne se ye fark wazey hota hai k Al masabeeh mein fi gair jamaat ka lafz nahi hai aur behaqui mein hai, Hafiz Zahbi ne meezanul aetadaal mein abu shiba ibraeem bin usmaan k tarjuma mein is hadees ka zikr kiya hai is mein bhi gair jamaat ki sarahat mojood hai. (Meezaanul Aetadaal safa no. 23)

Is hadees ka ahnaaf k daawo se koi talluq nahi hai hanafi hazraat 20 rakaat taraweeh ko sunnat e mokkada kehte hai, mokkada to bahut door ki baat pehle ba'jamaat sunnat e nabviya to sabit kijiye?

Hum poorey daawey k saath kehte hai k poori hanfiyat mil kar bhi Sahih to darkinaar koi zaeef riwayat bhi aesi nahi paish nahi kar sakti jis se Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k qaul ya fail ya taqreer se jamaat k saath taraweeh ki 20 rakaato ka saboot hota ho, Abu shaiba koofi ki mazkoora bala riwayat (jis k zaeef par tamaam muhadiseen ka ittefaaq hai) k alawa 20 rakaat ki koi marfoo riwayat nahi hai, lekin insaaf k sath kahiye kya fi gair jamaat ka lafz hote hue is hadees ko hanafi mazhab ki daleel main paish kiya ja sakta hai?

Is se badh kar hairat to is be'baaki aur juraaat par hoti hai k 8 rakaat taraweeh (bila witr) k "Sunnat" hone se inkaar kiya jata hai, jiska ba'jamaat ada karna Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam k fail aur taqreer se saabit hai, aur 20 rakaat ba'jamaat ada karne ko "Sunnat" hi nahi balkey "Sunnat e Mokkadah" kaha jata hai jiske saboot mein koi marfoo hadees tak mojood nahi, sahih to bahut door ki baat hai.

Aan Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se infiradan bhi 20 rakaat ka padhna saabit nahi hai, hamari is giraft se ghabrakar koi hanafi ye kehne lage k khair ba'jamaat na sahi bagair jamaat k infiradan to Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se 20 rakaat taraweeh padhna is hadees se saabit ho jata hai, to iska jawab ye hai k jee nahi, Aan Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se infiradan aur bagair jamaat k bhi 20 rakaat ka padhna saabit nahi hai, kyunki mazkoora bala riwayat ulama e ahnaaf k nazdeek bhi zaeef aur na qabil e ehtajaaj hai, is hadees ki baabat ab tak hamne jo guftagu ki hai wo zaami jawab k liye bil'farz sahih maan kar ki hai warna haqeeqat mein ye hadees is qabil hi nahi hai k isko ma'arz e istadlaal mein paish kiya jaye ya kisi hukm e shari k asbaat k liye is ko maakhaz qarar diya jaye.


HADEES E IBRAHEEM BIN USMAAN ABSI ABU SHAIBA KOOFI K ZAEEF PAR CHAND HANAFI AUR GAIR HANAFI ULAMA KI SHAHADATEY 

Ab hum zail mein chand aese hanafi aur gair hanafi ulama ki shahadatey paish karte hai jihone abu shaiba aur uski is hadees ko zaeef aur na qabil e ehtajaaj kaha hai.

1. Imam Behaqui ka qaul uper guzar chuka hai k wo is hadees ko riwayat karne k baad saath hi ye bhi likhte hai k: "Is riwayat k bayan karne mein abu shaiba ibraheem bin usmaan munfarid hai aur wo zaeef hai". (Sunan Al Kubra Behaqui Jild 2 safa no. 496 Hadees no. 4799)


2. Imam Sayooti ne masabeeh mein jiske hawaley se hanafi hazraat ne (aur khaas kar molana aazmi ne) is hadees ka tarjuma paish kiya hai, is hadees ko nakal karne k baad hi saaf saaf likha hai "ye hadees bilkul zaeef hai, hujjat k qabil nahi hai" (Safa no. 2), aagey chal kar abu shaiba k mutalliq muhaddiseen ki jarhey naqal karne k baad kaha "jis shaks ki tazaeef par ye sab a'imma e hadees muttafiq ho uski hadees se hujjat pakadna halaal nahi hai". (Safa no. 3)


3. Hafiz ibne hajar kehte hai: Aur jo ibne shaiba ne ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ki hadees se riwayat ki hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ramazaan mein 20 rakaat aur witr padhte they, awwalan to iski sanad zaeef hai aur ye Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha is us sahih hadees k mukhalif hai jo sahiheen mein unse marvi hai (k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ramazaan aur gair ramazaan mein 11 rakaaat se zayada nahi padhte they). (Fathul Baari 4: 299)


4. Allama ibne Hamaam hanafi kehte hai: Aur jo ibne abi shaiba ne musannaf mein aur tabraani aur un se behaqui ne ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu ki hadees se riwayat ki hai k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam ramazaan mein 20 rakaat witr k siwa padhte they, zaeef hai kyunki iska raavi abu shaiba ibraheem bin usmaan jo imam abu bakr bin abi shaiba ka dada hai bil ittefaaq a'imma e hadees zaeef hai aur is par sab muttafiq hai neez ye hadees Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ki sahih hadees k mukhalif bhi hai (is liye qabil e hujjat nahi). (Fathul Qadeer jild 1 safa no. 333, 1: 407)


5. Allama Zaili hanafi kehte hai: Abu shaiba ki wajah se ye hadees malool (ye zaeef ki ek kism hai) hai aur iske zaeef par tamaam muhaddiseen ka ittefaaq hai aur ibne adi ne Al Kaamil mein isko leen yaani zaeef kaha hai, aur ye hadees Hazrat Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ki sahih hadees k mukhalif bhi hai (lihaza qabil e qubool nahi hai). (Nasbur Raya safa no. 293, 2: 153)


6. Alama Aeni Hanafi Kehte hai: Is hadees k raavi abu shaiba ibraeem bin usmaan absi koofi shahar e waast ka qaazi abu bakr bin abi shaiba ka dada hai jisko shaaba ne kaazib (jhoota) kaha hai, Aur imam Ahmad ibne Hambal, aur Yahya bin Maeen, aur Imam Bukhari, aur Imam Nasayi wagaira ne isko zaeef kaha hai, aur ibne Adi ne apni kitab "Al Kaamil" mein is hadees ko abu shaiba ki munkir hadeeso mein darj kiya hai. (Umdatul Qaari jild 56 Safa no. 359, 8: 247)


7. Hafiz ibne Hajar Taqreebut Tahzeeb mein farmate hai: Ibraheem bin usmaan absi abu shaiba koofi jo shar e waast ka qaazi hai aur apni kaneet (abu shaiba) k saath mashoor hai wo matrookul hadees hai, saatvey tabkey se hai 129 hijri mein mara hai. (Taqreebut Tahzeeb safa no. 112), Aur allama Hafiz ibne Hajar taqreebut tahzeeb mein farmate hai, matrookul hadees wo raavi hai jiski qata'an kisi ne toseeq nahi ki, yaani siqa nahi aur uspar sakht zarah ki gayi hai. (Taqreebut Tahzeeb safa no. 81)


8. Allama hafiz safiuddin ahmad bin abdullah khazraji ansari khulasa e tahzeebut tahzeeb al kamaal fi asma wa rijaal mein farmate hai: Ibraheem bin usman absi jo shahar e waast ka qaazi hai apni maamo hakam bin ateebah aur abu is'haaq aur ek jamaat se riwayat karta hai aur us se uska kaatib yazeeb bin haroon riwayat karta hai aur yazeed bin haroon uski ye sifat bayan karta hai k faisala jaat mein insaaf karta tha yahya bin maeen aur abu dawood ne usko zaeef aur nasayi ne matrookul hadees kaha hai. (Khulasa Tahzeebut Tahzeeb kamaal 1: 153 rakqam 249)


9. Imam Zahbi Meezanul Aetadaal mein farmate hai: Ibraheem bin usman apne maamu hakam bin ateebah wagaira se riwayat karta hai, shaba ne usko is wajah se jhoota kaha hai k usne hakam se riwayat ki k ibne abi laili ne kaha k siffeen mein 70 ahle badr sahabi hazir they, shaaba ne kaha wallah! abu shaiba ne baat jhoot kahi mene to khud hakam se muzakira kiya to siwa e khuzaima k aur kis ko ahle badr se nahi paya jo siffeen mein hazir hua ho, mein kehta hu subhan Allah kya siffeen mein Ali hazir na they, kya siffeen mein umara hazir na they, usman daarmi ne yahya bin maeen se riwayat ki k abu shaiba siqa nahi hai aur imam ahmad ibne hamabal ne kaha k zaeef hai aur imam Bukhari ne kaha saqtawa anh aur nasayi ne kaha k matrookul hadees hai aur abu shaiba k munakeer mein se ek wo hadees hai jo bagwi ne riwayat ki kaha hum ko khabar di mansoor bin abu muzaham ne unhone kaha hum ko khabar di abu shaiba ne an hakam an maqsam an abne Abbas k Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam maah e ramazaan mein gair jamaat mein 20 rakaat aur witr pahdte they aur abu shiba ne hakam se chand hadeese aur bhi riwayat ki hai halankey abdur rahmaan bin muawiyaah atbi ne kaha k mene umar bin khalid haraani se suna hai wo kehte hai k mene abu shaiba se suna wo khud kehta tha k mene hakam se sirf ek hi hadees suni hai. (Meezanul Aetadaal 1: 47 rakqam 145)


10. Allama Jalaluddin Sayooti tadreebur raavi mein farmate hai: Imam Bukhari Rahimahullah lafz fi nazr aur lafz saktawa anh us raavi k haqq mein istamaal karte hai jo matrookul hadees ho, yaani laft fi nazr aur saktawa anh aur matrookul hadees ye teeno alfaaz imam Bukahri Rahimahullh k nazdeek ek hi hai maana mein mustaamal hai aur matrookul hadees k maana taqreebut tahzeeb se uper bayan ho chukey hai. (Tadreebur Raavi 1: 41)


11. Molana Abdul Hayi Lakhnavi hanafi farmate hai: Hafiz Aeraaqi ne apni kitab al fiyatul hadees ki sharah mein farmaya k ye do laft fi nazr aur fala saktawa anh imam Bukhari us raavi k haqq mein istemaal karte hai jo matrookul hadees hota hai. (Ar Rafa wal takmeel safa no. 28), aur Majmua e fatawa mein abu shaiba wali hadees ko zaeef kehte hai. (Majmua E Fatawa jild 1 safa no. 354)


12. Allama Abu Lateeb Muhammad bin abdul qaadir sindhi madani nakshbandi hanafi: Apni kitab tirmizi ki sharah jild 1 safa no. 423 par likhte hai: Is hadees ki sanaf zaeef hai aur ye hadees Hazrat E Ayesha Razi Allahu Anha ki hadees jo sahiheen mein marvi hai uske ma'ariz (khilaf) bhi hai (lihaza ye hujjat k qabil nahi).


13. Molana Anwar Shah Kashmeeri hanafi farmate hai: Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se taraweeh 8 hi rakaat sahih taur par saabit hai, 20 rakaat wali riwayat ki sanad zaeef hai aur aesi zaeef hai k uske zaeef par sab ka ittefaaq hai. (Arfush Shuzi safa no. 320)


14. Molana Muhammad zakariya kandhalwi hanafi apni sharah muatta mein likhte hai: Isme koi shak nahi hai k taraweeh ki 20 rakaato ki tahdeed wa ta'een Rasool Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam se usool e muhaddiseen k tareeq par saabit nahi hai aur jo riwayat hazrat Ibne Abbas Razi Allahu Anhu se 20 rakaat k mutalliq marvi hai wo ba'usool e muhadiseen majrooh aur zaeef hai. (Sharah Muatta jild 1 safa no. 397)


15. Khud Molana Habibur rahmaan aazmi ko bhi hazaar haira pheri k ba'wajood ye tasleem karna pada hai k ye hadees zaeef hai chunanchey likhte hai: Behar-haal humko itna tasleem hai k ibraheem zaeef raavi hai aur uski wajah se ye hadees bhi zaeef hai. (Rakatut Taraweeh safa no. 59)
